We had a generally very positive stay at this hotel. I'd been a bit afraid, but maybe somehow we got lucky :) We got one of the nice rooms, with a sea view and a big terrace in a quiet part of the whole resort – perfect for a relaxing break. It got louder during meals, but we were not there at the time. I cannot imagine having a view on the trash bins or pool area, which were also options. The room was very clean, with simple but nice furniture and very comfortable oven and all the necessary cooking equipment and a separate alcove for my son, he liked the bit of privacy with the sliding door. We had only breakfast and it was great for us, with a good variety that kept us full till the late afternoon - although the stress is put on English fried food and fried sweets :( I liked especially freshly made omelets, local cheese, and fruit. We didn't experience any trouble with queuing, but we don't like to sleep in ;) We didn’t use many of other amenities, but we did try the gym – it's small but functional, though the equipment is showing signs of rust. You get separate blue pool towels from the service, which is fine. Free sunbeds can be tricky to find, but due to the changeable weather during our stay, it wasn’t too much of an issue for us. The beach nearby is lovely – clean, pleasant, one step from the hotel. I’d recommend walking a bit further e.g. toward Can Picafort if you're looking for more space and fewer people. It gets quieter the further you go (just a heads-up that you might come across some nudists along the way). Kind and communicative staff. Lovely live music and singing. I watched photographers in action - good job :) We appreciated drinking water available for everybody. Good public transport options to the nearest places - Alcudia and Can Picafort (even with the transportation strike in progress at the time).

The pools waer just cold, especially on days when the temperatures weren’t too high, but that didn’t seem to bother some guests or kids. I wasn't able to get in but once, what a pity since that is my non-negotiable for a hotel. The equipment in the gym is showing signs of rust and could use some maintenance. If you manage to get a sunbed, you still feel like a sardine next to another guest. Generally, there is a huge crowd of people everywhere around you, be prepared.

Bad smell at times during the day at bar where stage is ,off putting, Food can be repetitive at times (as with most all inclusives)but still very good If u want snacks(chips etc) for around pool ,you have to pay for it ,annoying since we were all inclusive,can see why but still....

Rooms are very nice - the kitchen gives you the possibility to prepare everything in your room. The breakfast is amazing. A lot of different fruits, breads, and eggs are being prepared on the spot. Being so close to the beach is also a plus! The beach is nice, but if it's too windy, you will have a lot of waves.

There are many signs saying not to reserve sunbeds, but at 9:00, before the pool opens, all the sunbeds were reserved. This is ridiculous—people reserving 6 sunbeds and not even being in the pool. In my opinion, the hotel should remove all the towels that people place before the pool opens. Some families with 3 beach umbrellas (and 1 closed but when we took it were complaining that it was theirs) and I saw one mom with 2 kids laying in the sun without even 1 because there was no availability.

Honestly, this hotel deserves way more credit. I almost didn’t book because the photos online looked outdated, but in person it’s a different story—bright, clean, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, the staff are genuinely kind. It’s one of those places where the vibe just can’t be captured on camera. If you’re on the fence, go for it—you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

The only area that could use improvement is the food offering — the menu is quite limited and could be more creative. That said, everything else exceeded expectations, and I’d happily recommend this place for anyone looking for a hidden gem

Very good location. On the beach so access to the beach through a small gate. A supermarket nearby. Bus stop nearby. Take away places and restaurants at walking distance. Ample parking just outside which is free. Sometimes it could be difficult to find parking during the day but easier at night. Spacious apartment. Good facilities and good view. All appliances provided for a comfortable stay. Clean. It’s in a quiet area.

They offered basics like bread, butter, etc for a fee. We did not opt for this as we had a very short stay. Basics like tea/coffee/sugar could have been provided for free.

The hotel is great, my daughter loves the pool and there’s a beach nearby. There are many activities to choose from. I love this hotel bec theres a hob you can do some simple cooking. Bec breakfast is expensive.

The aircon is not cooling enough, the location is very far from the airport, but it’s our choice (lol) if you want to stay here might as well rent a car if you can. This property is nearby the bus stop, travelling from here to the airport would take approx. 1-2hrs.

This hotel is perfectly located on Playa de Muro beach. Short distance from Can Picafort. The hotel can cater for all ages, with an abundance of sun loungers and numerous pools. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, large balcony, ideal cooking facilities which suited our family of 4. Ample free parking outside hotel.

There was no fault, it's a very busy resort but seems to be able to cater well with the volumes of adults and children. We have just returned which was peak holiday season in July

This is a very nice hotel. The reception staff are kind and helpful. We booked half board and were incredibly happy. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated and always clean. We used the main restaurant where we found the staff to be absolutely lovely and the restaurant tables and floor always clean. There was a fantastic choice of food at breakfast and every evening, really superb quality. The pool area was beautiful and there were plenty of sun beds. The Tui blue entertainment team at this hotel were marvellous, we enjoyed the daytime activities and all of the evening shows.

1. Quite a few of the sun beds around the quiet pool were sadly broken. 2. We felt that the room towels were changed too often, it really wasn't necessary.

This is a fantastic hotel, located directly next to a beautiful beach (beach access directly from hotels sun terrace-Playa de Muro). Free parking outside the hotel. We booked half board and had 3 restaurants where we could go too, hence plenty of choices… you must be very fussy if you don’t find something you like to eat. There are lots of larger and smaller pools, with our 2 year old son we went daily to the kids pool which was half shaded and great to play in. Lots of entertainment in the hotel and free towels for pool and beach. The staff were at all times very friendly and helpful and attentive. We would definitely come again with our family.

We liked it a lot.

The friendliness of the staff is exceptional on every level, from the receptionists to the restaurant/bar staff to the cleaning team, EVERYONE was extremely polite and friendly. We loved the variety of different pools and mainly we LOVED the entertainment every evening. Our girls never had a holiday before and this definitely set a very high expectation for the future ones. We’d like to send a special shout out to Victoria the lady who checked us in, Miguel that helped us out with the iron, and I think it was Joume, the gentleman that helped us with booking our taxi transfer to the airport.

After midnight there was distinct smell of sewage outside but in the morning it was all gone.
