Comfortable bed, good shower, good hanging space in the wardrobe, floor length mirror ,excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

No reception staff on site. Access after 23.00hrs, is by negotiating a very poor and dimly lit obstacle course of outdoor furniture, covered loosely with tarpaulins that " pool " on the floor as a trip hazard, then having to climb thirty + steps to the fist floor. No mirror at " dressing table ", table on balcony too big for limited space.

We loved it! Check in was around the corner at one of their other properties and the check in process was super easy and the staff lovely. The included breakfast was great, we really liked that it was a more a la carte approach rather than a typical buffet. The bed was sooo comfy, if we weren't out and about exploring we could have stayed in there all day long. Great location, walking distance to some great bars and tapas places, as well as the beaches but also really easy to travel to other nearby beaches and towns by car or bus.

The width of the room is quite small, so if you had to get up in the middle of the night it was tricky to walk past the bed without disturbing your partner's feet - especially if they are tall. There was some noise at night from the park outside however they do provide ear plugs.

Room was a good size, bed was large and comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. Balcony overlooked square. Location was absolutely perfect - right in centre of Pollensa - minutes from wherever you might want to go and easy to go in either the Pine walk and beaches direction and the or the bigger beaches at the other end. Being small it never felt like being in a crowded giant chain hotel and the general décor was pleasant and interesting. Breakfast was made fresh and served rather than being a buffet and my wife and I really enjoyed that aspect. Staff were all attentive and lovely. Wifi worked well throughout our stay. We like to eat out and try different places so we only had dinner once in the hotel, but this too was well up to expectations. This was our third trip to Pollensa and without doubt we hit the jackpot this time with choice of accommodation and location. Very happy to recommend.

10/10 - we'll be back. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and efficient, including the cleaning staff. Always smiling, pleasant, polite, and obliging. Eli, Sam, and the rest of the team truly bring character to this boutique hotel. We had a fabulous stay. The breakfast each day was delicious and generously portioned. The coffee is excellent. Drinks outside of the complimentary breakfast are affordable. The hotel has been recently renovated, maintaining its traditional style. It reminds me of a 'Soho House' building. The furniture is trendy, and the bedrooms feature a mid-century style and color palette. The linens are clean, and the shower is excellent - large with great water pressure. They supply large shampoo and body wash bottles, a good quality hair dryer, and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. The location is perfect, literally a two-minute walk to the famous Pine Walk/sea front and all of the restaurants in Puerto Pollença. The square is lovely and quiet for most of the day, with a great atmosphere in the evening because of the restaurants. There's a playground opposite the hotel, and the square in front of the church is large enough for children to play while you dine. The weekly market is on Wednesday and right outside the hotel, which is a great activity in any weather.

The hotel and the sister hotel, Daina, are beautifully styled. My only feedback is that there is no art hanging in the bedrooms at Cultural Boutique. It would be nice to see the theme extended to the guest rooms as well, as there is plenty of wall space to accommodate this.

The pool is pretty small but the hotel is only a couple of minutes from the beach so it wasn’t a huge problem. I was a bit worried about breakfast after seeing so many reviews saying it was super slow, but it wasn’t at all. Great selection, served quickly. (Lovely coffee.) Some reviewers also mentioned noise at the weekends and I definitely did hear some music but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb my sleep (and my 15yo didn’t hear it at all).

This hotel is set in the main square in Port de Pollensa. We had a room with a balcony - only small but had a table and chairs and you could it there and watch the square. Breakfast was good and set in the square which was beautiful in the morning. The room has everything you need - hairdryer - iron - fridge. We bought water to store there. The roof top terrace was lovely. Lots of sunbeds and a plunge pool to cook off in. I stayed with just my husband and would think this is best for couples or people with older children. It was beautifully clean and well presented and the staff - all of them - were great.

The nightclub - the only one in this quiet resort - is situated in a road opposite the hotel. It opened at 11pm and closed at 6am on one of our nights and it was noisy. Such a shame for the hotel as this is beyond their control but definitely something that you need to consider especially if only there on a weekend.

Fantastic little hotel on the square. Lovely breakfast, very friendly staff. Room was small but very comfortable with a nice bathroom.

We didn't realise that as we were checking in late in the day we needed to go to a different hotel first. For a while we envisaged having to sleep in the stairwell or on a sofa outside! It all worked out fine as we found a member of bar staff from a neighbouring hostelry who told us where to check in.

The property is right in the centre of the square, a stone’s throw from the port and seafront, however feels a real sanctuary. Decore and feel is modern but comfortable and the staff are so helpful!

The only minor issue we found was on one of the evenings there was a huge amount of noise outside of the hotel (can’t help rowdy travellers or bar revellers) , which was totally unavoidable- but if you want a tranquil evening experience don’t stay in the square!!!

Not really a complaint but we were there for a festival week so being in the main square there were a couple of nights when the festival entertainment went on quite late. Just mentioning this for the awareness of other potential guests.
