Its a nice size, pretty large but not enormous. Very easy to get around. I loved the beach! Easy access, fantastic sand and gentle shallow waters. The food was also delicious- the Spanish restaurant was my favorite, although the other restaurants were nice too & the buffet had a really nice assortment.

Overall, very nice resort. I do wish there was more of a split of the parents with kids vs the adults who were not traveling with kids. Maybe rooftop events for adults only in the Star Prestige area, or special bar events. I don’t mind kids too much, but there were so many and the hotel could make it more separate to ensure all guests can enjoy as they wish.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the hotel, and we had a brilliant time! The hotel is split into two sections—Playa and Park—with Playa being more geared towards couples and Park more family-focused. However, the entire property feels like a perfect family-friendly getaway, offering great spaces for everyone. The entertainment was fantastic, with activities for kids throughout the day and great evening shows. One thing to note, though—if you’re hoping to put the kids to bed early, the noise from the evening entertainment can be loud until about 10 PM, so bear that in mind! The pools and kids’ areas were a hit, especially with our little one, and the beach—just a short walk away—was stunning. Long, sandy shores and crystal-clear water made for some unforgettable moments. The food at the main buffet was delicious, though we found the Greek snd Spanish restaurant less exciting, but still decent. All in all, an excellent four-star hotel with great facilities for a memorable family vacation.

The only downside would be the abundance of mosquitoes, so I’d definitely recommend packing some repellent. Not the hotel’s fault, just part of the area’s charm!

It was one of the top all-inclusive hotels we have ever visited. The employees, particularly the animation crew and restaurant staff, impressed us with their friendliness and helpfulness. The buffet had incredible food with many choices and themed dinners. Perhaps we anticipated a greater selection of a la carte restaurants, however overall it was ok. Lovely pools, numerous activities for children, gorgeous beach in close proximity.

We reserved a room with a shared swimming pool, so we anticipated having it on our terrace. Nevertheless, there was only grass in front of the balcony, so if we wanted to swim, we had to do it in front of other people's terraces, which wasn't enjoyable, causing us to hardly use it. If I had been aware, I would have opted for a standard room without a shared pool instead of the pricier option.

The food blew my expectations out of the water! The accommodation was comfortable and suited us as people who prefer to go out as much as possible. The resort is a delight to be in, very clean and beautifully managed. We loved being near the beach too.

There was a highly disruptive cycling event that happened during our stay (end of April), which unfortunately led to road closures that completely blocked off the hotel. Not the hotel's fault though, I just wish there was some communication regarding the expected closures (mostly from the organisers of the event though)

We had a wonderful stay for 7 nights with our 10 family members ageing from 3 to 85 . It was a birthday celebration holiday and as the organiser in the family I was very hopeful that the hotel would suit all ages - I'm very happy to say everyone loved it. Clean and well thought out bedrooms, lovely pools and delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner buffets as well as friendly & helpful staff. Direct access to the beach was a bonus too. And we even enjoyed the Abba Night entertainment (which isn't usually our thing but was well done and the youngest members of our group thought it was a great treat).

A few more sunbeds around the pools or even on the grass below reception might help as there didn't seem to be as many sunbeds as people staying in the hotel.

Greeted with champagne by lovely staff. We dined in all restaurants and food was fantastic. There is food for everyone! The bars were quick and had good supply, open till midnight. Selection of pools outside which were ideal to either be with or without kids. Lots of activities to keep us entertained throughout the day. Evening entertainment was good even in off-season. There is a local shop 30 second walk and to get in to town is just a simple bus ride. Overall very happy with the hotel and would definitely come again!

Towels change took a long time. I was waiting for 20 minutes for the towels to then run out and have to wait a further 15 minutes. Need a more efficient way of doing this or have multiple areas to exchange towels. Air con system worked but wasn't great. Indoor pool was fine, but the facilities within it need upgrading (hot tub, sauna etc)

As described by other guests - the staff of the hotel is amazing and very helpful. Also, the hotel is situated perfectly - you can stay by the pool while easily walk 1 minute to jump in the sea. Food is perfect and plenty of choice (maybe the desserts are weaker comparing to the rest of the menu). Rooms are clean, there are nice views and even though there is a busy road in front of the hotel, there is no noise in the rooms or in other parts of the hotel. Perfect for little kids.

The mattresses are very soft. Probably OK for most of the people but if you suffer from back pain, it can be quite an issue. Unfortunately they do not have any harder option (even though the staff was willing to find something).

Food was amazing! All of the staff were super friendly. Facilities exceeded expectations.

The room and some of the areas of the hotel could do with a little spruce up/update but generally good. The booking for the ‘themed’ restaurants was only possible when checked in and, as we were o my there for a few nights, those with longer stays had the monopoly on restaurant choice.

I highly recommend to take a room with the prestige extra. The pool on the rooftop had a great view, it was super to have some drinks and snacks there for free (if you have the Prestige bonus). Beautiful beach and quiet area around the hotel. Even though the hotel is very big and has many rooms and also families, at night it was super quiet, the only thing we could hear were the waves from the ocean and the leaves of the palmtrees in the wind - so nice! The beds were very comfy and the staff was very friendly.

It's such a big hotel, so the dining room was indeed very loud (luckily our prestige bonus was a bit of a lifesaver, it enabels you to eat in a more quiet area of the room). The spa (1 sauna and a jacuzzi) are next to an indoor pool with many kids, don't excpect a wellness/spa experience there.
