One of the most professional places I've ever been. The staff and the entire organization is really committed to make you feel welcome. The beach, the pools, the facilities were absolutely marvelous.

Beautiful resort!!! Loved all the flowers and landscaping around every turn. The short walk to the beach is so nice as well, feels like you’re walking in a dream then see this beautiful ocean with soft sand and mountains in the backdrop. Stunning. We had an amazing time there and everyone was very nice and accommodating. The front desk is super helpful with anything you need and all questions.

The only thing we wished was different were the spa hours to enter the indoor pool and hot tub. It’s way too early to close that at a resort. We wanted to go to the hot tub after our day excursions and never could.

Great all-inclusive hotel by the beach. Food offering was truly impressive! Our kids loved all 7 (8?) swimming pools; especially the one with the bouncy dome, where they spent most of our stay ;-) Bar staff were extremely efficient given the high volume of people and reception staff arranged for me a tennis coach, last minute, for a few sessions, who turned out to be one of the best coaches I have ever had (and this was after I spent several days at the Nadal Academy, which was on the borderline of a major disappointment :-(

We liked pretty much everything; perhaps some room/bathroom facilities might benefit from a little upgrade; eg. our hairdryer holder was falling off the wall every time we took the hairdryer out.

We were thinking either Ritz or Jumeriah and ended up here because our little one picked it, it was 1/3rd the price but we were very happy with the quality. Food is great, location is great and facilities are good. The 3 restaurants on site are crap and they make reservations very difficult which is funny because both times we went the restaurants were only 40% capacity and food was 1/5. Buffet is good and lunch bbq was great. Overall we would stay here again

Its a nice size, pretty large but not enormous. Very easy to get around. I loved the beach! Easy access, fantastic sand and gentle shallow waters. The food was also delicious- the Spanish restaurant was my favorite, although the other restaurants were nice too & the buffet had a really nice assortment.

Overall, very nice resort. I do wish there was more of a split of the parents with kids vs the adults who were not traveling with kids. Maybe rooftop events for adults only in the Star Prestige area, or special bar events. I don’t mind kids too much, but there were so many and the hotel could make it more separate to ensure all guests can enjoy as they wish.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the hotel, and we had a brilliant time! The hotel is split into two sections—Playa and Park—with Playa being more geared towards couples and Park more family-focused. However, the entire property feels like a perfect family-friendly getaway, offering great spaces for everyone. The entertainment was fantastic, with activities for kids throughout the day and great evening shows. One thing to note, though—if you’re hoping to put the kids to bed early, the noise from the evening entertainment can be loud until about 10 PM, so bear that in mind! The pools and kids’ areas were a hit, especially with our little one, and the beach—just a short walk away—was stunning. Long, sandy shores and crystal-clear water made for some unforgettable moments. The food at the main buffet was delicious, though we found the Greek snd Spanish restaurant less exciting, but still decent. All in all, an excellent four-star hotel with great facilities for a memorable family vacation.

The only downside would be the abundance of mosquitoes, so I’d definitely recommend packing some repellent. Not the hotel’s fault, just part of the area’s charm!

The food blew my expectations out of the water! The accommodation was comfortable and suited us as people who prefer to go out as much as possible. The resort is a delight to be in, very clean and beautifully managed. We loved being near the beach too.

There was a highly disruptive cycling event that happened during our stay (end of April), which unfortunately led to road closures that completely blocked off the hotel. Not the hotel's fault though, I just wish there was some communication regarding the expected closures (mostly from the organisers of the event though)

It was one of the top all-inclusive hotels we have ever visited. The employees, particularly the animation crew and restaurant staff, impressed us with their friendliness and helpfulness. The buffet had incredible food with many choices and themed dinners. Perhaps we anticipated a greater selection of a la carte restaurants, however overall it was ok. Lovely pools, numerous activities for children, gorgeous beach in close proximity.

We reserved a room with a shared swimming pool, so we anticipated having it on our terrace. Nevertheless, there was only grass in front of the balcony, so if we wanted to swim, we had to do it in front of other people's terraces, which wasn't enjoyable, causing us to hardly use it. If I had been aware, I would have opted for a standard room without a shared pool instead of the pricier option.

We had a wonderful stay for 7 nights with our 10 family members ageing from 3 to 85 . It was a birthday celebration holiday and as the organiser in the family I was very hopeful that the hotel would suit all ages - I'm very happy to say everyone loved it. Clean and well thought out bedrooms, lovely pools and delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner buffets as well as friendly & helpful staff. Direct access to the beach was a bonus too. And we even enjoyed the Abba Night entertainment (which isn't usually our thing but was well done and the youngest members of our group thought it was a great treat).

A few more sunbeds around the pools or even on the grass below reception might help as there didn't seem to be as many sunbeds as people staying in the hotel.
