The hotel has a great location and the rooms at the front of the ‘tower’ have huge picture windows which make the most of the sea view. Only problem is that the tiled floors mean any movement is amplified, particularly if it is furniture. The staff are lovely and the breakfast buffet impressive. Nice to be able to enjoy breakfast outside with a view of the sea. Really liked the spa which provides an alternative relaxation area aside from the beachfront terrace and the outdoor pool is a real bonus.

The location is ideal. The private beach area with the sun loungers is great and appreciate the management’s efforts to ensure sun loungers are actually being used when reserved. Friendly staff. Getting a chance to have a post-beach shower at the spa after checking out earlier in the day is a bonus. The hotel is charmingly old fashioned but well maintained.

The pool area is pretty small but then again you have your private beach at the front of the property so wasn’t an issue. The shower by the beach is pretty hidden. You’re not meant to take your beach bar drinks back to your loungers which is a bit annoying. There’s not much music played by the beach.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with a great choice. The location on the front overlooking the sea was great.

Unfortunately when we arrived we were given a room which had no outlook other than a wall about 3 metres from the window ( room 114 avoid) This would have been okay for a night or two but not a week. We complained and were moved to a nicer room a day later.

This is a lovey boutique hotel in the heart of Port the Pollença on the Pine walk, near the beach and port. They serve a good breakfast on the terrace, with views over the sea and port. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The seafront rooms with balcony have recently been modernised, the back room are in the older Mallorquin style. There is a small spa and private swimming pool across from the back entrance.

The breakfasts are amazing. And decent coffee from the machine - which is unusual these days! The views are spectacular. Could sit on balcony just people-watching all day long! The private sun-bathing deck on the beach is a real bonus. The pool is a decent size - not in the sun in the evenings - so a good time to swim some lengths after a day of walking or cycling.

It was quite hot at night. As it was early in the season - mosquitos not a major problem so we kept the balcony door ajar. Hotel informed us that the air conditioning only provides heat and not cool air at this time of year (April). I'm not a great fan of aircon - but it's good to be able to give the room a blast of cool air to enhance a good night's sleep.

A stunning classy hotel. The view from the rooms is stunning. The classic nature of the hotel and it's history is something special and the breakfast on the terrace was superb.

Good water pressure for the shower but the bathrooms aren't very efficient in their use of space. It would be nice if the hotel had a couple of bottles of water they replaced each day in the rooms as sometimes you forget to buy water after a day out.

Went out of there way to get us the next available sea view room as we booked no sea view, beautiful clean private beach, friendly staff. Clean newly refurbished rooms with still an authentic Spanish feel. Lovely varied breakfast. A lovely holiday if you want relax with no noise. Lovey rainfall showers. Staff very well mannered and presented nothing too much bother. Will becoming again.

The breakfast choice was amazing and it was nice not to have to rush in the mornings as it was available until 11am. The room was very nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable. The location couldn't be better. We had the best view from our balcony that we have ever had ! There was a really nice friendly atmosphere and I understand from chatting to people, they have been returning for years so can understand why.

There was nothing we didn't like at this hotel.

Beautiful old fashioned hotel perfectly positioned on a wonderful, sweeping sandy beach with swimming pool out the back of the property across the road. Nice private beachfront area to relax and beach swim From. Everything was accessible on the flat or by lift. The entrance lobby was charming, the multilingual staff were warmly welcoming The breakfasts were extraordinary. There were lots of local food choices including cheeses, preserved meats and colourful, delicious dishes all laid out to choose from. There was something different every morning of our 7 day stay. There was even Prosecco for those who chose to start the day in style! The bed was extremely comfortable.

Our room on our first night was a disaster. It was NOT the one we had paid for. It was tiny, cramped and had a view of a filthy external shaft with a kitchen extractor and some unpainted walls. The ‘explanation’ was that the hotel was full!!!!!! Our room for the next 6 nights was pretty but completely airless (they gave us a fan). The air conditioner worked but it was overwhelming. It had a pretty outlook over a courtyard garden but it was 100% overlooked by other rooms and passing people.

Perfect location in the centre of the promenade overlooking the beach and sea. The property itself is a lovely old building with character and class. It was very clean and comfortable. The sun terrace a few steps across the promenade was much nicer than I’d expected. The outside seating to the front of the hotel was lovely to while away many hours.

The bar on the sun terrace wasn’t always open and only served cocktails in an evening.
