The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty with a lot to choose from. The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area, there is no beach but it's a great place for a morning walk along the coast. There is plenty of free parking spots around.

Some elements were a little dated - scratched sofa, dented floor, but it didn't bother us. There were locked door to the other room in our room's kitchenette. One night we could hear our neighbour snoring. Trying not to disturb our neighbours we had to stay quiet in the evenings which was problematic because we would usually come back to the hotel late. We were lucky to have rather quiet neighbours so it didn't cause any issues for us.

The room we got was very nice, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel and the water (partial water view, there are quite a few trees in front of the hotel). The bathroom fixtures were updated. 10 minutes drive from Port Alcudia. Quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was good. Nice restaurant and terrace.

The location and view from our junior suite was excellent, the area was really quiet and ideal for some quality R&R. The room was spacious and clean, the sliding doors could be opened wide to make the room feel huge! The staff were very helpful and notably Felipe, Rudy and the manager Sebastian were excellent and couldn’t have done more to make our stay enjoyable. We have already planned to return in May 2025.

Good location close to small and quiet beach area. Restaurant was good but we only used for a light lunch and drinks. Pool area was good, no issues with sunbed availability, and the pool is a good size but it is 2.4m at the deep end. There is a childrens section separated from the main pool.

We had an end room which had a connecting door to the next bedroom and it is not sound insulated very well as we could hear the neighbours tv and their conversations quite clearly.

Very calm and picturesque area, the sea, bus station and several restaurants are very close. A bus to/from Alcudia goes once per hour and also you can reach almost all points of Mallorca with buses. Often they are crowded. The hotel has extremely friendly staff. In the same building there is a small shop where you can find all what you need: food, drinks, household chemicals, creams, air mattress. Quite good breakfast, different dishes, including desserts.

The negative features are so minor that it's pointless to describe them.

The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. The pool was perfectly sized for the property with more than enough space to sunbathe. Housekeeping came everyday and kept the room nice and clean. The location was perfect if you have a rental car like us, it’s not too touristic or crowded here, but by car really close to the more touristic spaces. 2 minutes walk to the beach, although the beach is not a sand beach, so next time I would bring water shoes.

The doors/walls are not that soundproof, if someone else talks in the other room we could basically hear their conversation from our wall

We arrived at 10:30 and were checked in without any problems. Clean room. Kettle, coffee, and tea provided. Clean towels every day.

View from the window. Very loud conversations from neighbors beneath the balcony. Strong smell of cleaning products.

The room was clean and spacious with a big balcony. The pool was very large and great for a morning/afternoon swim. Breakfast was very large and varied which we greatly enjoyed. We Would certainly return for our next visit to the Island.

There was nothing that we didn’t like, happy with everything.

The room is large and has beautiful sea views. The staff are also very kind and help me solve problems. The general experience is very good.

WiFi signal was weak on the balcony and when lying on bed, but OK in the living room

Lovely Hotel in quiet scenic location,good choice of food at breakfast. Evening meals choice from restaurant menu & waiter service.

No warm plates for warm food at breakfast,but waiter served great coffee & good choice of other foods made up for this.
