The hotel had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with a laid-back vibe. The location was excellent, with beaches within walking distance and both Alcudia and Pollenca just a 10-minute drive away.

The hotel was very quiet, which is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing stay. However, there’s no evening entertainment or activities on-site, so keep that in mind when booking. For us, it wasn’t an issue as my partner and I went out every night to explore different towns and villages, but it’s worth considering depending on what you’re looking for

Amazing location - quiet, calm part of the area, very close to a beautiful beach. Note that it's a 25-30-minute walk to Alcudia Center/Old Town, but the road is pleasant even in the hot weather. We had a ground floor room in one of the blocks, and it felt like we were in a private villa. There was a great selection of foods both at the breakfast and dinner buffets, and most of it was delicious. Staff in general is very polite and friendly, and the option to loan beach umbrellas from the hotel was absolutely a bonus.

While the location is great for a relaxing beach-focused break, there's pretty much nothing esle to do in the area. There's one restaurant that you can visit outside of the hotel, and that's pretty much it, unless you want to go to Alcudia for everything. Our room had a bit of a smell to it almost throughout our entire stay - it went away with some ventilation, but we had to ventilate every day. Staff is polite and friendly, but specifically restaurant/buffet staff seemed a bit harried with the clearing of the dishes. I would've liked some labelling on which foods contain meat and fish, and which are vegetarian.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, our room was always cleaned and tidied everyday. The pool facilities were amazing, it was so nice to sit by the pool and swim at any time of day, into the evenings. The bar staff were lovely and friendly, and the drinks were reasonably priced. All the communal areas were kept clean and inviting. The grounds/garden were beautifully maintained and lovely to walk through. The closest beach was about 5 minutes walk away, and it was the nicest beach we visited in our stay in Mallorca. There was free parking close to the hotel which was safe and secure. The walk into Alcudia was only about 20 minutes on pavements, it was nice being outside of the main town but with easy access. There was one local restaurant serving Mallorcan cuisine, and a convenience store down the hill which had most things we needed.

The dinner food wasn't the best, the breakfast buffet was better. We ate out most evenings so this wasn't an issue for us.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. It was beautiful and stylish, like staying in a high end boutique hotel. The overall ambience was very relaxing. The pool was clean and the terrace peaceful, a lovely place to chill out. The location was good, the area around the hotel was really nice, a couple of bars and restaurants - it was a 30 minute walk to Alcudia old town but taxis are fairly cheap and there is a bus that runs every hour. You can hire bikes or cars/vespas from the hotel. There was a beautiful beach just a 5 minute walk away along a secret shortcut, which we really enjoyed too, and the staff even lent us towels and a beach umbrella. The staff really were exceptional, very friendly and super helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was great. The breakfast was outstanding, so much choice, and we ate at the buffet dinner twice in the evening which was fabulous. Lunch at the bar/terrace was very good. Our room was lovely and the beds super comfortable, the air conditioning kept our room nice and cool. Very clean. Overall, we had a wonderful week at this fantastic hotel.

Nothing. If pushed to say something it would have been nice to have some nice ambient music playing in the background on the terrace, especially at night time when having a drink at the bar.

I have to say that the service at the front desk was truly excellent and very attentive. Because we arrived very late, it was almost 2 o'clock in the morning. But the front desk still went out of their way to guide us and help us find the parking lot. Moreover, there were bugs in the room (I was really afraid of bugs), but I understood that this was an inevitable situation. At 3 o'clock in the morning, the front desk helped us change rooms. I was very grateful for their patience. And the next day at noon (because we were too tired to have breakfast), the front desk manager invited us to have sandwiches and orange juice.

The five buildings are situated below the swimming pool, so the interiors of the rooms are very damp and have a musty smell (I am particularly sensitive to the smell of mold).

Pool area is beautiful, location is great

The room was very barren and not a welcoming place to relax in, while the terrace felt almost industrial. The parking is just an uneven dirt space, that wasn’t nice to drive onto with a hire car. The staff were nice but during mealtimes always took our plates too soon, which felt like they were rushing us to finish and leave. At dinner time the drinks bill was put on our table whilst we were still eating our starters and we were forced to pay in the middle of our meal, interrupting our conversations and not allowing us to order another drink later on.

Our stay was very nice with Prinsotel Mal Pas. The property was very nice and peaceful and only a short walk from the beach. The place is a few minutes out from the main hub of action in Alcudia but there is a bus stop not too far and it’s a quick 10 minute ride in. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were all very friendly, especially Mika who was always smiling and helped us with everything we needed.

A kettle in the room would have been nice.

Nice pool, you may borrow towels for the beach, great location verz close to the beach, but also only accessible with car. Nice breakfast buffet. Nice outside area, very invitung for a relaxing time. We had an issue with the phone making a noise, which was promptly solved by the very nice and helpful staff.

The air conditioning did not work very well. The door room was a stuck. One bed lamp was not working very well. The dinner buffet was varied but un our opinion not so tasty - not worth its price. Almost no options for snacks and small meals in the bar.

I found about this hotel last summer when I was walking around in the area. It is nicely designed and elegant space with plenty of outdoor sofas, chairs and sun beds with a swimming pool. There is a secret shortcut to the beach which is 5 minutes walk. The tennis court and ping pong table, rental bikes are other activities which this hotel offers. The room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed having a small terrace to sit in the evenings. The bar and lunch is also good. There is free parking for rental cars before arriving to the hotel. Pharmacy, supermarket are in a short walking distance. If you want to get a taxi or walk 30minutes, Alcudia medieval town is nice to visit. There are also couple of small restaurants in the area. This hotel is in a residential quiet area if you want to relax and recharge.

We did not really try to breakfast and dinner open buffet because there are more exciting options in the nearby areas.

the hotel is very nice and has own private parking. we only been for a weekend, so the room was okay for that sort of stay. food was awesome tho, on our first day there was shrimp and delicious eggplant lasagna + they make awesome Sangria. another great thing you can go for a night swim in the pool and lay in the balibeds which was lovely. overall great experience

the room was SO hot during the night, the AC really doesnt help and it was nearly impossible to sleep in July in such temperatures. one other thing, its better to go to eat earlier for both breakfast and dinner cause by the end of both there was not much options left
