All staff tries to ensure that customer satisfaction will be high even though it was quite crowded.Foods arrangements and quality is really good.Entartainment team is great

I just did not like location of toilet in my room which is squezed tp a small place.Location is little far from the beach but it is nice walking Inwould expect two botles of water in the room daily since it is all inclusive . The water they provide at the bar has really different taste which I am not used to.

The hotel was very clean, and the reception staff were exceptionally kind, polite, friendly, and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the food was also quite good. However, the only disappointment was the inability to get water in a jug or bottle from the restaurant or bar, despite having an all-inclusive package. Thankfully, the wonderful reception staff managed to provide some for us. I had intended to return, but I would like to be able to fully benefit from the all-inclusive service I paid for.

Nice hotel, well positioned but not direct to beach offering good services such as free beach towel loan with a small deposit. Huge, generally good buffet. Has a (possibly unique for the area) rooftop bar with a few sunbeds, jacuzzi and restaurant/bar offering a gourmet dining experience. It's a great chill out experience in the day/evening. Several pools including a child pool enclosed by security gates and various sports available. Rooms comfortable and pleasant. Evening shows and daytime activities are available and OK. Spa onsite with sauna/steam room, treatments,etc., but also able to use this for a shower before late departure. Would definitely stay again. All the staff very pleasant but apecial mention to Evgeny on reception.

More about the other guests but they should ban sunbed reserving. Also, it would be good to allow card use at the bar and not insist on room card preloading. Minor point though

Perfect base near the city center, good location, yet quiet. At first we thought the train would make a lot of noise but we could not hear it because trains are passing by at 20 km /h entering station . Big wide entrance . We had a childbugy and a weelchair so that was really easy ,there also place to store bikes or motos inside the building . Jan , the ghost responded immediately through messages on our questions , and gave us interesting tips about the restaurants . Big rooms, also bathroom quite big. Nice garden/ terrace. We found parking place just in front . But you have to pay .

Junior suite was roomy, contemporary furnished, especially liked the bathroom. Sea view was lovely. Very nice pool area.

We decided to make this a 3 centre holiday in similar rated hotels. Of the 3 the food here was the worst. Repetitive and cheap grilled items every meal time. The dining room felt cramped, low ceilings and little light. Was the most expensive of the 3 hotels.

Our Suite was really nice and very spacious. The cleaning staff did a great job every day .Evening entertainment was very good by the activity staff..Reception staff were very helpful.indeed.

Only four lifts, for 14 floors not good as it took a considerable time for the lifts to come with one being very small.The food was poor in.my opinion for a 4 star hotel, the different l meats were quite tough to eat, melon was often hard, oranges and grapefruit pieces had not been peeled.Queues were too long every night, which I've not experienced before in similar Hotels. Restaurant staff were friendly, but tables took too long to be cleared once you'd finished and needed something for another course, so the table had little room for anything else. Overall the Restaurant was just OK.

The best receptionist ever met - very friendly man from Poland, I think. Thanks to him a lot. Food, as always - excellent. Great rooms, great views. And night show was crazy but good.

No slushy in the main bar for kids and very cold water in the pools. Maid in 9th floor was coming in our 2 rooms without asking or knocking, on that moment my husbad was there bathing. I came out from other room and started to ask, what are you doing, she just said sorry and left. I was quite mad about that.

Friendly and funny staff! Good drinks, good food and drinks. Its a shop right outside the hotell. We had a suite and the best experience ever. The hotell is 10/10 clean, i dont know what more to say other than WOW… We had an amazing stay!

We were surprised with an upgrade to a junior suite which was fantastic. It was lovely and spacious with a large sunny balcony. The staff were all friendly and helpful as nothing was too much bother. Great facilities and location.

The breakfast was very busy with tables and chairs too close together which was a pain when you had to keep moving for people to pass whilst trying to eat your breakfast.

Very sweet reception people - spanish lady with black hair and elder man with white hair, sorry, don't remember names. Both very nice people. Also loved staff in dinning room. Food, as always - excellent, it was seafood night, my husband was amazed of choices. Kids loved pizza. Lovely sea view from 13ths floor.

It takes a long time to get a drink on dinner time. Cola, fanta, sprite don't taste good. Cold water in swimming pool and jacuzzi.
