Bed was huge and a hard mattress which is perfect for me. Super clean and beautifully traditional right in the centre of the old town. Only a few minutes walk from everywhere you need including taxi rank and bus stops.

The air conditioning was a welcome relief but after a while it smelt a bit fusty and damp. The images on the hotel website showed two sun terraces but only one was accessible...the other terrace was connected to a room and was private, it looked over the town too. So that was disappointing

Breakfast offered everything you could possibly wish for, all set out so nicely on the buffet table. The location is superb in the heart of the old town and the owners were kind cheerful welcoming and the perfect hosts. My children and I had a truly wonderful stay and have taken home very happy memories.

The room wasn’t really meant for 3 with the extra bed squeezed in but I didn’t mind as everything else was so great.

The room was very attractive, with an outdoor terrace and great views of the mountains. The host was welcoming and helpful - gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was good. Location was ideal, just off the main square in the old town.

There was, at times a drains odour in the bathroom. Fortunately it was warm enough to keep the bathroom window open.

Safe, central location. Beautifully restored town house. Very comfortable. Nice touches such as free Nespresso in residents lounge/terrace. Breakfast is 5 min walk at owners restaurant, very nice. Helpful owner.

Bathroom a bit style above function , trendy taps etc a bit tricky. Also noted whirlpool bath and mosaic tiling grout looking a bit 'tired'.

Nothing really. Being in the old town there is a 5-6 minute walk in from parking, and breakfast is served nearby, but this was no problem for us

The apartment was close to the historical city center and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The rooftop terrace is pretty nice and cozy.

We had the ground floor room and it would have been nice to have the ability to ventilate it with fresh air during the day, but we only had a terrace door without an insect net.

This is a lovely hotel. In the centre of the delightful town, the renovated old building has a very successful ambience and our room was splendid with first rate equipment throughout. Then we went to breakfast and it was even better! Superb food clearly made on the premises. The professionalism and sheer niceness of the staff completed the stay. We were very sorry that we had only booked for one night. We would not stay anywhere else in Mallorce.

Our room had state of the art audio-visual equipment but I didn't manage to find out how to operate it and a quick access guide would have been helpful. I suspect it was there but I didn't find it.

The terrace and the locality was fantastic.

We missed the kitchen stuff, maybe kettle for the coffee and spoon and knife would help a bit but it is located at the first floor so it is not missing at all :)

Very quiet (but off season...) and a large room

Breakfast is average. I was expecting something a bit more unique (+ need to pay extra to get decaffeinated coffee!)
