I think this was our favourite hotel of of our visit (4 hotels in total). The pictures don' really do the hotel justice, probably hard to capture given its quirky design. We had a room with a private terrace - really comfortable furniture for relaxing after a day sight seeing. The hotel also has a really good shared roof terraces - one with loungers etc and the other at the top of the build with cocktail bar style seating - great to take a drink up to in the evening. The views from the top terrace a spectacular - 360 views of Acudia and also the Bay of Pollenca. The buffet breakfast is excellent - especially the tortilla! The staff hear an excellent - incredibly efficient, professional and friendly. One our last day we were leaving early and the hotel provided us with a lovely picnic to take with us before we left, a lovely thoughtful touch. This is a really special hotel in a beautiful location.

Nothing - all excellent

Very nice room with outside seating & sunbed,really good choice of food at breakfast. The hotel is located above a restaurant in the main square of Alcudia,we thought it's going to be very noisy, but when in the room or outside on the decked area, it was really quiet. The Hotel does not have a reception, just a desk at the back of the restaurant,but does have common areas where you can sit & watch over the busy street's or sunbathe on a small roof which has a few beds,it also has a roof seating area where you can take drinks from the bar,this area is also open to the public so gets busy at night.

There is nothing really to dislike. There is a lot of noise at the ground level with restaurants all around, but it is situated in the main square, and we like'd the atmosphere.

Friendly helpful check in. Local beaches explained, beach umbrella offered (free), cold water provided (hot day), keys explained, ongoing support offered. Room: good size, fridge, free carafe of water every day, aircon efficient, bathroom good (cold shower essential), no street noise even though the location is right in in the centre. Roof top cocktail bar is well worth a visit.

No problems but expect a wait for cocktails (around 15 Euros each)to take up in the lift to the roof-Alcuida is a busy place in August. TV choice limited for non-Spanish speakers but hey who comes to Mallorca to watch TV? We liked the dubbed Dr Who and Bob Esponja.

Room 3 with terrace was excellent. Clean, comfortable and location was very central Terrace was particularly well furnished and was used every day. Breakfast was efficient and good choice.

Room 4 was particularly noisy early morning with delivery vehicles banging doors etc. and bars setting up. Much quieter at other times though. Some small extra toiletries e.g shampoo/conditioner would be appreciated.

Lovely room and very comfortable. Location great as in the middle of the town with plenty restaurants and shops. Daytime access tricky as probably the busiest tourist street but you just take time and enjoy the buzz. I would have liked a kettle as no opportunity to get a hot drink anywhere after 9.30 pm, that may be easier in full season though.

They offered a very good breakfast and also had a cafe/restaurant all day long. Beds were comfy, good bathroom and shower (had a shelf for your own shampoo and soap which I like).

The only bad experience was that my little bag of jewelry which was in my suitcase went missing. I should have put it in the safe, but it is sad to have lost things of mostly sentimental value.

I did not pay for breakfast but the menu in the restaurant, including cafe/breakfast items was great. The rooms are wonderful and it has very good air conditioning. The roof terrace is wonderful

My only issue was that the hotel is on a busy square and when the waiters finish cleaning the restaurants on the square they can stay chatting/laughing quite loudly until 2/3 am which can disrupt sleep. It is not the hotel's fault though.

Small comfortable hotel in a perfect location in the pedestrianised Old Town main square. Our room had a nice little balcony with views down to the square. It had a superb, very comfortable 6ft bed, a great little fridge (complete with complementary daily bottle of stilll water), excellent wood shutters and a good walk-in shower with good quality linen. The hotel has a great roof terrace with absolutely superb views over the whole city and across to the two bays. The hotel is very happy for drinks to be taken up to the terrace (by very modern lift!). It also has two lower terraces, ideal for chilling and enjoying the views. The hotel is right in the centre of the historic old town but just a short walk down to the bus station and taxi rank. Very good bus service to the local beaches and harbour. The hotel has a lively restaurant/cafe and was very happy to supply very good Boccadillos (baguettes) and Ensaimadas (excellent sweet local buns) for us to take for our plane journey back to the UK. Very helpful staff.

We REALLY LIKED everything about the hotel and its location. But we were pleased that we had not committed to the (somewhat expensive) breakfast as this is served in a first-floor mezzanine rather than in the hotel`s lovely terrace in the square below. If you want to soak in the local atmosphere, probably best to go for "a la carte" breakfast either at the hotel`s terrace or one of the nearby eateries.

The breakfast was simple but great, very tasty with fresh pastries and fruits and juices. The location was excellent, and the hotel rooftop was a highlight every night. The staff were very friendly and kind, especially Rafael who gave us tips on locations to visit around Alcudia.

The only minor annoyance was the air conditioning, it worked great but it was very close to the bed so we were alternating between getting cold under it or opening the window and overheating. But this is more a subjective issue :)

The balcony was fantastic, offering a nice extra space to sit and relax, only there could be an improvement with the safety. The staff working at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, pointing out things to do and see in the town and around. They recommend a beach to us, mainly visited by locals and it turned out to be one of the best beach visits we had during our time in Mallorca. The breakfast was also very good, offering some regional food to taste as well - and fresh orange juice.

We were travelling with a toddler and the balcony we got, had a big gap in the railing, directly when you entered from the room to the outside space, so that there was an opening a child could easily walk through and fall down. This led to us using it much less than we hoped, as it did not feel safe to let our kid roam around freely there while we were seated.
