We have just returned from a 7 day stay at Forum Boutique hotel for my 30th birthday. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful staff members (Diego, Rianne and Damian) made us feel so welcome and at home. The hotel is stunning, a perfect oasis within the old town, we really could not fault it in any way. The room was extremely spacious and well designed, always clean and lovely and quiet in the evenings - the bed was also one of the comfiest we had ever slept on. Another great bonus is that the hotel also has a beautiful pool, it was lovely to have this option when not going to the beach. Thank you so much to the lovely people at Forum boutique, you made our stay truly special!

Just returned from another amazing stay at Hotel Forum—our third time visiting, and it certainly won’t be our last! The hotel continues to impress with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, fantastic service, and a team (Rianne, Diego and Damia) that truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Everything from the stylish rooms to the excellent location in the heart of Alcudia makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable stay—already looking forward to our next visit!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

We chose to stay here for our honeymoon and were so impressed with the customer service throughout our stay. Reanne, Diego and Damia were so incredibly helpful. We were greeted with a beer and they also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon! The breakfast was great every morning, they had a nice relaxing pool area and spa. It is located in the heart of old town Alcudia and it had such an authentic and welcoming feel. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and it was a short drive to the beach as well. We also had no issues finding free parking within a 5 minute walk to the hotel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The bathroom in the room was not completely private (the door has openings at the top and bottom) but it seems like this was a common thing with everywhere we stayed in Mallorca so it was not a big deal.

The hotel is beautifully presented, the room was lovely. We had the room with an outdoor hot tub and patio for sunbathing, and it was spacious and well thought out. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice of hot and cold foods including traditional Mallorcan pastries. Above all what stood out was the customer service from the staff. Diego and Rianne were both so helpful (and Damian on email though our paths hardly crossed in person). We were there for a cycling event and nothing was too much trouble... advice on the local area, packed breakfasts, access to the (secure) bike room at all hours, restaurant recommendations and bookings, extra water for the room, and (after the bike race) a myriad of first aid supplies for cuts and bruises! I cannot praise the staff highly enough. If you want a true boutique family hotel feeling, this is it. Thankyou Diego and Rianne for really looking after us.

Honestly, we couldn't fault the hotel, the staff, the location or the room. We loved it.

Amazing place to stay. The staff were unbelievable and could not do enough to help us. We were over for the Mallorca 312 and the hotel had a bike room for my bike complete with stand and tools for any repairs etc. They pre prepared a breakfast for me the morning of the cycle and genuinely could not have bene more helpful other than doing the cycle itself for me. Location was superb with any amount of restaurants to eat in within walking distance. Wellness Centre and massage was a big help after the cycle.

Couldn't say a bad word about this hotel and my experience there.

Located in the heart of the old town 20-30min walk to main Alcudia port or in other direction to small local beaches which were beautiful. Hired electric bikes from hotel and easy ride to local winery and Pollença old town. Great to have small pool and spa facilities too

Our room (1) opened onto breakfast dining area so a bit of noise in morning and didn’t really want to open curtains as people could look in but only a minor issue and overall whole hotel is lovely

The location was right in the middle of a busy square, but as soon as you went through the door, you found yourself in a quiet, luxurious haven. The beautiful mix of traditional stone walls with modern, tasteful decor was stunning. Such a wonderful place to stay. The staff were probably the best we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. So welcoming, referring to us by name and couldn’t do enough for us.

What a fantastic experience with Diego as our host! His authentic hospitality was truly refreshing and made our stay unforgettable. Not only did he greet us with a warm welcome, but his humor added a fun and lively atmosphere to our time there. Moreover, the in-depth conversations we had with him were really enriching. Not only did Diego demonstrate a deep understanding of his surroundings, but he also shared valuable insights that made our trip even more fascinating. Also Rianne was top! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is amazing, the beds are really comfy, the service is impeccable.

Located in a historic building in the heart of a medieval oldtown, Forum offers you most quiet, private and relaxing stay one can think of. Rianne, Damia, Diego and the team make you feel at home every minute. Add here the suites with medieval detais and modern comfort, a cosy, compact and top-equipped spa area, and you know why i'm planning our next visit to Forum :)
