We loved everything about our stay! The hotel is located in the centre of Alcudia with many nice restaurants and sights within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel itself had great facilities such as a nice pool, roof terrace and spa. There’s many nice beaches nearby. Our room was spacious and clean and we were looking forward to the fresh breakfast everyday! Also; the staff (Rianne, Damian and Diego) is amazing. We really felt at home and they were always available for any questions or requests. On my birthday I was surprised with a nice cake and some bubbles - including some singing from Damian. We would recommend this hotel and cannot wait to visit again, hopefully next year!

We have just returned from a 7 day stay at Forum Boutique hotel for my 30th birthday. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful staff members (Diego, Rianne and Damian) made us feel so welcome and at home. The hotel is stunning, a perfect oasis within the old town, we really could not fault it in any way. The room was extremely spacious and well designed, always clean and lovely and quiet in the evenings - the bed was also one of the comfiest we had ever slept on. Another great bonus is that the hotel also has a beautiful pool, it was lovely to have this option when not going to the beach. Thank you so much to the lovely people at Forum boutique, you made our stay truly special!

Loved every thing about this place, from the decor, comfort of the rooms, cleanliness, how attentive & friendly all the staff are. Perfect location with restaurants, markets, shops etc at your doorstep. Exceptional fresh breakfast served every morning. Spa area is great & no more than 4 people can use it at a time, which made it very relaxing & perfect to unwind. You have sun loungers outside the door & pool too. Will definitely be coming back for sure as you can tell many other stay did the same. Thank you so much Forum :).

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the middle of the beautiful old town, the front of house staff called Diego & Damia are a credit to the business. Both men were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they had a good sense of humour and couldn’t have done any more to accommodate us! There was a huge selection for breakfast, with some dishes changing on a daily basis. Couldn’t fault the hotel or its staff.

The forum hotel is really a special place. I stayed for 4 days with my daughter. Incredible location in the heart of the old town, beautiful understated decor, very comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and a gorgeous swimming pool. The staff are exceptional- both Diego and Rianne went out of their way to make us feel at home, give recommendations and help with anything we needed. We would love to come back for another visit.

Just returned from another amazing stay at Hotel Forum—our third time visiting, and it certainly won’t be our last! The hotel continues to impress with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, fantastic service, and a team (Rianne, Diego and Damia) that truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Everything from the stylish rooms to the excellent location in the heart of Alcudia makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Nothing, everything was perfect.

We chose to stay here for our honeymoon and were so impressed with the customer service throughout our stay. Reanne, Diego and Damia were so incredibly helpful. We were greeted with a beer and they also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon! The breakfast was great every morning, they had a nice relaxing pool area and spa. It is located in the heart of old town Alcudia and it had such an authentic and welcoming feel. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and it was a short drive to the beach as well. We also had no issues finding free parking within a 5 minute walk to the hotel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The bathroom in the room was not completely private (the door has openings at the top and bottom) but it seems like this was a common thing with everywhere we stayed in Mallorca so it was not a big deal.

We especially loved the location. We stayed 4 nights and could have easily stayed another few nights as so many beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The staff were extremely engaging and also made the stay a 10/10! We would highly recommend this hotel if coming to Alcudia area.

The spa/ steam room scenario was a little awkward as spa isn’t very big and 2 couples booked in for same time. The spa also wants t as hot as we expected but over all a nice experience.

The hotel is beautifully presented, the room was lovely. We had the room with an outdoor hot tub and patio for sunbathing, and it was spacious and well thought out. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice of hot and cold foods including traditional Mallorcan pastries. Above all what stood out was the customer service from the staff. Diego and Rianne were both so helpful (and Damian on email though our paths hardly crossed in person). We were there for a cycling event and nothing was too much trouble... advice on the local area, packed breakfasts, access to the (secure) bike room at all hours, restaurant recommendations and bookings, extra water for the room, and (after the bike race) a myriad of first aid supplies for cuts and bruises! I cannot praise the staff highly enough. If you want a true boutique family hotel feeling, this is it. Thankyou Diego and Rianne for really looking after us.

Honestly, we couldn't fault the hotel, the staff, the location or the room. We loved it.

Amazing place to stay. The staff were unbelievable and could not do enough to help us. We were over for the Mallorca 312 and the hotel had a bike room for my bike complete with stand and tools for any repairs etc. They pre prepared a breakfast for me the morning of the cycle and genuinely could not have bene more helpful other than doing the cycle itself for me. Location was superb with any amount of restaurants to eat in within walking distance. Wellness Centre and massage was a big help after the cycle.

Couldn't say a bad word about this hotel and my experience there.
