Nice quiet part of Can Picafort. No rowdy guests. Fairly easy to find parking nearby. Always beds by the pool. Aircon was effective. Medium size shop nearby. As pretty as the pictures. Sofa beds were good and firm.

Nearest part of beach is rocky. Kids can't swim there. Need to walk a few minutes to Son Bauló but that is super. Shower is always lukewarm but in hot weather that was fine. Very clean in the apartment and in communal areas except (weirdly) for rattan mats by beds. Beds in bedroom also very good but just not right for my dodgy back.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was large enough for a small family and has a huge terrace. The rooms were clean and nice. There are basic things in the apartment like kitchen equipments, coffee machine, tv, hairdrier, etc. Downstairs at the reception there is a food and drink automat which is working 0-24. The owner was available all the time and she was very helpful. Parking was easy on the street in april. Nearly the best accomodation i've ever had.

Theres no elevator in the house but the building is only 0-2 floors high.

Very nice (Ikea) equipped apartment (with all needed basic kitchen utensils), nice pool area, small fitness, washing and drying machine (5 eur per usage). Comfortable bed, also for 3rd and 4th person that sleep in living room (not sofa but nice bed).

Although there is no parking owned by property, you can find enough of space in surroundings.

Location was great, close to the beach, good restaurants around the corner (can definitely recommend Salitre by Rapha's Bros, El Molino) but not so overcrowded. Staff was very friendly.

When showering, water started nicely warm/hot became colder after a few minutes. Can be a bit uncomfortable when you have to wash long hair.

Super friendly and helpful personnel (10 out of 10). Properly equipped kitchenette. Frequent cleaning. Really nice "cycling center" with a proper stand, tools and even clean cloths for chain cleaning. Laundry service. Comfortable living room.

Bathroom equpiment a bit "rusty" or discoloured (probably because of slightly salty tap water). Moderate WiFi, especially when hotel was fully booked.

Self catering. Lovely clean apartment. Excellent location. Stunning coastline. Really helpful, pleasant receptionists and cleaners.

Sofa was a little uncomfortable but we swapped the seating with the single mattress under the settee, which was more comfortable.

Very nice views and room. All the utensils needed. Was a great stay and pool is very chilled and nice.

No wifi. You shouldn't promote wifi when you can not get it in high rooms. Also don't ask guests to check in on a day no one is at reception

Great location. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. large space with everything you need. Friendly staff.

Would benefit from a few more cushions for the sofa to make the seating more comfortable. The bedding and towels were changed often but the apartment wasn’t cleaned. This would be nice to increase.

Generally it was all perfect, but by the cold weather I would expect the stable hot water on the shower. There was sometimes only cold one...

I like, that there is the kitchen with a lot of kitchen stuff (e.g. toster, kofeemaker, teepot and different things for cooking). There was salt and pepper for free, and not needed to buy a kg of salt for a couple of days. I wished sugar was there, but not:) I like, that an appartement is on the northside and we hadn't too much sun in the room.

In the bedroom were two single beds and they were not fixed together and that's why they were sliding from each other.
