Incredible location. Delicious restaurants all within walking distance. I rate the hotel very highly. The swimming pools have great opening hours and are exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. Any issues I had were quickly fixed by staff within a really short space of time. Having a spa on site is a delight. We did breakfast each morning - fantastic and delicious range of food each day. It was a truly relaxing holiday.

Bar staff are so beyond rude. Strange opening times: Breakfast finishing at 10am in a hotel is way too early. Keep in mind it finishes at 10 on the dot! They even fence it off so you can no longer get to the food! The bar closing at 12am is also too early and you aren't even allowed to sit outside and play cards or anything after that. If you are OK with going to bed early and getting up early on holiday - it's the hotel for you! FYI - if you aren't fully inclusive you need to leave the hotel for lunch as they don't offer any food or snacks at all in the bar.

- Well bathroom had semi transparent window . Looks like we seem to have them lately in many hotels . Don’t understand the point . - Pool was open from 7 am to 7 pm . Would be nicer to open earlier or bit late - The late night singing and shouting ! - one night there was a good professional singer so it was bearable but then the other day with Karaoke there were people singing who weren’t singers destroying the sleep . I really wonder why the neighbours of the hotel don’t complain . Someone like me who sleeps early , listening to the noise till 11 and even more sometimes was a bit unpleasant .

Breakfast was great, location is phenomenal, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to the seaview room, which was much appreciated by my friend and I. Also, I forgot my Kindle in the room and the hotel staff (albeit after a few phone calls) located the Kindle and packed it up for the DHL pick-up I arranged and paid for. I had to wear a synthetic hotel branded bracelet that does not come off from check-in until check-out (four days) because we had breakfast included in our booking and this was an identifier of that. I felt like a walking advertisement for the hotel. As a woman on her own most of the time, I felt unsafe wearing the name of the hotel I am staying at on my hand. The bracelet wasn't comfortable; tugged at me and gave me tan lines I didn't want. Lastly, it's so wasteful to have these single-use plastic bracelets when we should be eliminating single-use plastics. Please find other ways to identify guests who have meals included in their booking just like many other hotels!

The beds are super comfortable, nice firm mattress. The Spa is superb! The “Olympic” pool is fantastic for some proper swimming laps. Location is superb, away from the busy center but close enough to walk 15-30min into CanPicafort in the evenings for dinner. Very complete, modern, clean, great variety buffet breakfast, great place for training if you are into sports. Friendly helpful staff. 2 min walk down to the beach.

It doesn’t have parking, but there is free parking on the streets around the hotel.

We loved the food, the spa was a lot better than expected, great swimming pool. The bike garage was very good because I didn't have to keep a bike in the room. The location and restaurants around were very good.

The room with a swimming pool view is very close to the stage and the bar tables, so it got very noisy at night with the concerts. But we told the staff and they swapped for a different room on the other side of the hotel.

The food was very good. The Gym was amazing with towels and water barrel. The Location was perfect, because of the quietness and the city center was quite close. Beach was also very good as you can choose from the close "natural beach" or the one with the sun bed and beach umbrellas. Staff of the hotel was super friendly.

The Beds were not connected together so they were quite flimsy. The cleaning services were completed during the afternoon hours - its littlest late. Its allowed to smoke on balcony - it was a bit smelly from our neighbor. The bathroom was not super clean and the shower was leaking through the Glass cover.

Swimming pools, especially the big one. Sauna is included if you book all incl. SPA, animation - really good. Entertainment is every night) Friendly staff but inattentive. There is a vegetarian/vegan corner. Good fruits and vegetables choice.

Food is average. Not Spanish at all. Too much fast food, over fried meat, everything was oversalted, but you still can find smth to eat tasty if your stay is short. We booked all incl, which is only partly all incl (food, soft drinks, limited alcohol choice). They have gold all incl. So there are 3 prices in menu: half board, all incl and gold. Anyway, for good alcohol drinks and cocktails, you'll have to pay. I celebrated my birthday there, and the staff ignored it))) There is no hotel beach, only public one (small).

The spa was wonderful. The food was very good, great choices for vegetarian & vegan.

The in house evening entertainment was awful. The acts that were booked were good, the quality of the in house entertainment was not 4*. 90s night was a large screen showing YouTube videos, mostly not from the 90s, 2 quizzes, awful karaoke night & even worse bingo night. Maybe spend more money on getting professional acts in. There's a L'Or coffee machine in the room, you get 4 free capsules & then they are 50c each to buy replacements.

The hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and tentative. The food was exceptional and hygienically the place flawless. Honestly the best hotel we've ever stayed in. We are young family with an 11 year old and 9 old daughters and the staff were fantastic with them and made them feel like little princesses.

The location is quiet but this is what we were looking for but this might not be for everyone.

Great spa facilities, half board was a good choice as there is lots of choice for dinner and breakfast pool wasn’t too busy and the Olympic sized pool can also be used for leisure very clean hotel, staff very friendly can book excursions at reception very easily

one free drink at dinner would have been nice, only available for all inclusive (breakfast has a selection of juice) you can pay for the bar tab at the end (two large sodas is only about 5 euro so good value)
