Everything here was great, the kitchen was sufficient and we were able to make all of our meals there. The rooms have an amazing big balcony and also very comfortable beds, we had a room on sixth floor so the view was amazing and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings there. Overall the hotel is a bit older but the price is just right for that. You get an amazing apartment near all of the tourist attractions but also with your own peace for an amazing price. We would definitely recommend it, it makes a quite expensive destination like Mallorca accessible even for younger people like us.

The equipment was a bit older but the price is justified for it so it wasn't something we would dislike.

The apartment was very clean and tidy with all the amenities as described within the property listing. The bed mattresses were comfortable if you prefer a harder mattress like myself. My favourite part was the huge balcony, if you looked to your right you could see the bay and to your left Can Picafort beach, in the distance Alcudia.

Initially they gave us the wrong room but this was hastily remedied by the friendly staff that ran the hotel. The pillows were a bit soft and could have done with doubling up, I didn’t ask but I’m sure they could provide more for you. The bathroom was slightly outdated and probably could do with renovation within the next few years to keep up with competition.

The apartment was located on the 6km sea shore promenade with fantastic views over the sea as well as the town...close to restaurants, coffee shops and a bakery... and far enough away from the very busy tourist área to avoid the crowds and hussle-and-bustle... but close enough for walking access. A large balcony with a table and chairman we're we could sit and enjoy our coffee and breakfast. Small fold-away washing- line. A short walk to a sandy beach a sea to swim.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and with parking close-by. It is simple but has what we needed during our stay. The best think was the host: a lovely lady who gave us many nice recommendations about places to visit, things to do..and she borrowed us the sun-umbrella..her kindness and smile made us feel home. There is a beautiful beach at walk-distance or with just few minutes drive. In the apartment the bed was big and very comfortable

The only think was the fact walls are probably quite thin so not very well sound-isolated..but not such a big deal as the apartment is situated in an area with is somehow calm.

The hotel is at the end of the strip and is much quieter than in town. We had a unit facing the sea on the 4th floor and it was amazing. We were super excited to have such a wonderful view, you could see the sunrise and the moon too. The unit was very clean when we arrived and had the basic utilities in the kitchen to make a simple meal, though the hotplate was very slow. The reception was very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Nice and clean apartment, super close to the sea and the city center but out of the super touristic area. The staff is very kind and helpful. Plus, there is a room where you can store bikes for the night.

The kitchen in the apartment could be a little more furnished, I would have appreciated at least salt, oil and sugar.

Very clean apartment, (cleaning every two days) air conditioning worked well,wi-fi worked well, large balcony, large fridge and most importantly great location,very close to beaches, shops and restaurants.There is a bus stop nearby ,that will take you to many other beautiful beaches, old town in Alcudia.From the bus stop (A32) you will get directly to the airport.I recommend this apartment

There were no wine glasses, no coffee mugs, and generally few kitchen utensils.

Great location, great view as we had our windows in two directions, we could see both the sea and mountains. Very wide and comfortable bed (it could fit 3 persons 😅). Huge balcony! Spacious fridge, electric stove, some basic kitchen utensils, big bathroom with a tub, and powerful shower head. Lovely and helpful staff.🌷

Really clean apartments - the staff were super helpful. We were cycling and there was a place to store our bikes. Checkout time was 12 which was super helpful. Cleaners came 3 days a week.

A few items missing from kitchen - corkscrew was main one!!

It seems that the best days for this hotel are over. The apartment is clean, but the standard of equipment and furniture is average. The general standard leaves much to be desired. Hotel in a quiet part of Can Picafort. We had a room with a side sea view. Close to the city's main beach, restaurants and shops. There is no problem with parking your car near the hotel. Very nice receptionist.
