1) POOLs: The pool areas were LOVELY. They were never crowded and the pool area looked beautiful to relax in. They were cleaned every morning. Enough beds for everyone. Wanted to spend time there they were that nice. A small baby pool by the big pool, and also a completely different pool in another area. I don’t understand how some comments have been negative about the pool area, because it was truly excellent (and also picture worthy!) 2) APARTMENT: It had everything we needed. Nice living area, small kitchen, yet it had everything: microwave, hobs, kettle, toaster, pans, plates, fridge, oven, washing up liquid, sponge etc. 3) BABY FRIENDLY: Our apartment was already set up with a baby crib and a baby high chair. These are essentials when travelling with a baby so was great to have them and made our stay perfect and easy. 4) STAFF: Super friendly staff around the site, from the cleaning ladies to the lovely man who cleaned the pool. Communication with the owner was excellent via WhatsApp. All our questions were answered and check in was seamless. 5) LOCATION: Very short walk to the beach and the promenade, around 10mins. Then a 20ish minute walk into the center of Port de Pollenca which had more restaurants and shops. Supermarket was a 2 minute walk that had fresh bread and everything else you need. Bigger supermarket was a 10 minute walk so also super close. Beautiful Alcudia and Pollenca 10 minute drive! 6) TOWELS: Were changed once during our 8 day stay which was enough. There is a free laundry washing machine to use which was really useful :)

It would have been nice for bed linen to be changed once during our stay and a once clean of the apartment, but I understand this was a self catered apartment so this aspect has not caused me to lower any of my ratings. There was a broom and mop provided so this aspect is purely for my lazy convenience.

The location is perfect ! The apartment was spotless! Great size and all the facilities needed. A short walk into town or the local buses which are very efficient once you master the timetable. Great pool although not heated so very cold in April! Great kitchen area with everything you need. Huge fridge and good size freezer which we stocked from the nearby Lidl. Local shop for top ups just 2 mins from apartment.

Was a bit cold at this time of year and couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioning for heating. The hairdryer in the bathroom isn’t great and kept cutting out with over heating.

Lovely stay here, comfortable and clean apartment with 2 balconies for different times of day. Washing machines in shared laundry shed, free to use, not own machine in apartment. Pleasant, sunny pool area. Responsive staff. Very quiet in early April and very safe area. Lovely common room equipped with board games and table tennis. Photos were of a different apartment so I think they give a general idea of what to expect rather than specifics. Some aspects were better, some less good (e.g. extra balcony but smaller kitchen). Ask questions in advance if you need anything specific.

Spacious well equipped apartment with air-conditioning. Had everything we needed. Small supermarket nearby and a couple of bars/restaurants. I was concerned when I booked as I read mixed reviews. Some saying the apartments were tired and not looked after. This was not the case. The pool was cleaned daily and there was also a gardener in attendance every day. We were very happy with our stay 😊

Nothing really to say, although yes it is a 15 min walk to the beach front but it is an easy, flat walk so wasn't a problem and we were aware of the location. If you are looking for a swanky apartment with mod cons, this is not for you. I think the apartments should update their photos as they look very dated.

Very good value for money. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The mattresses were really comfy and we slept great! The pool was also an excellent addition. A nice place to sit on a sun lounger and protected from the strong afternoon breeze.

There was nothing provided to clean pots and pans with. All we were given was a tea towel and microfibre cloth. It would be helpful to have some washing up liquid and some sort of scrubbing brush/sponge. There was also no soap in the bathroom. These are things I would expect the be provided in a self catering apartment as basic essentials.

Our stay Apartamentos Leo was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean and spaceous and more than met our needs. The pool was well maintained and clean and big and deep enough to enjoy a swim. with plenty of sun loungers and shade umbrellas. Set back from the main road, the apartment was in a quiet location, but within easy reach of the beach, toen and faciliites. A 15 minute amble and you were at the beach. Bus stops were just a short walk from the apartment and ran frequently to various locations and other towns.

It was a good location, near a lovely local shop and a bus stop ( takes you to the old town ). About a 10/15 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The larger swimming pool was wonderful and the grounds were kept beautifully tidy.

Somewhat limited crockery ( no larger bowls for fruit etc ). We asked for 2 extra chairs for our terrace ( there were 4 of us and only 2 chairs ), however none were provided. Our towels were all taken away on the eve of our departure and replaced with clean ones which we thought was a strange thing to do just before we were leaving.

The pool area was lovely for our needs, we had my 20 month old grandson with us and the small pool was perfect. He had it to himself the whole time. I observed the pool area being cleaned daily and there were always enough beds. The apartment is probably a 20 minute walk from the beach and restaurants but we personally liked this as the walk was along residential streets, which were well kept. There is a well stocked, small supermarket very close by, it has fresh bread and pastries.

I would say the apartment is a little dated but still perfectly good for our needs. Maybe some storage in the bathroom would have been useful.

Leo apartments was find easy to gain using the moral bus which cost very little instead of a transfer .We were extremely happy with the apartments, it was safe for familys, it was so comfortable & we had a fantastic holiday. We will return .

We did not like leaving! It was like a community village with the lovely people in the shop a few minutes walk , The restaurant Rosa & her family running it made us feel so welcome. The bus into the town was minutes. The apartments were quiet at night , fantastic sleep .

Very quiet, clean 2 roomed apartment. Owners quickly responsive by text etc tho we never actually saw anyone until we needed our kettle changed, which was attended to quickly. Beds very comfortable, knives sharp, large fridge and great shower. The bus stop is very near so don't have to walk to sea or centre if it was too hot.

Having some washing up/cleaning material provided would be good. TV reception on the 2 English channels kept cutting out which was a bit annoying the couple of times we wanted to watch a film, but you don't go to watch telly... It's not central but easy to get around from and a choice of pools on site. Paying extra for air conditioning seems a bit much!
