The location is excellent — just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach. The spa was very nice and peaceful. However, if you want a massage, they need to bring someone in from outside. The room was very clean and included an espresso machine and a water boiler, which was a nice touch. For pool or beach towels, you have to pay a deposit, but they’ll replace them at any time free of charge. Food quality was generally good, though breakfast was the same every day. Also, there weren't many options for lunch or dinner

The Wi-Fi was inconvenient — you had to re-enter your details every time you connected. The restaurant area was quite small for the size of the hotel, and lunch/dinner menus were very limited (only 5–6 main courses). The pool area lacked enough umbrellas; adding more would improve the experience. Also, around the pool, there was sometimes an unpleasant smell from the water drainage.

It was everything I would expect from a 4 start hotel and more. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It had a side sea view which I did not actually expect. Everything was newly refurbished and worked well. I also did not expect a coffee machine in the room. That was a nice touch. We had interconnecting rooms which was perfect for our group. Food was exceptionally tasty. All of it, breakfast, lunch, dinner. And all inclusive was proper all inclusive including drinks all day, not just with meals. Location 2 min from the beach. Lots of sun loungers around the pool. No need to boo with a towel. Actually reserving su. loungers with towels was prohibited which left space for all. Staff were attentive and working really hard to please. Cannot fault it. Would stay again.

A drying rack for the balcony would be appreciated. There was nowhere to dry a towel or beach wear in a beach side hotel? All people had it just hanging on the glass balcony railing which made the hotel look cheap from the outside. Balcony furnishing-had one large anrmchair and a bench? Looked posh but was very impractical. Two armchairs and a coffee table wold work better. And finally, there clearly used to be a built in cupboard before refurbishment which got turned into a pointless seating area. Return it back to being a cupboard as there in not enough space to store stuff. The room would look tidier when occupied. But all of this would just enhance the stay. It’s not really a problem. Just could take it into a next level.

A great place for cyclists to stay. I was in a group of 50. Very comfortable twin room on 7th floor, 705, with en-suite bath/shower, good size balcony with sunrise, sea and town views. Fantastic coffee in the Basso shop in reception. Friendly staff. Supermarket and beach close by. Great swimming pool. I would certainly stay here again. I’ve stayed in Port de Pollença several times in the past 25 years.

Hotel charges 3 euros per day to use the secure safe in the room. I would suggest that this cost should be included in the room rate on booking rather than an additional charge.

The best cycling friendly hotel in the world. Rooms were a good quality. Breakfast was both a good quality & a good selection. There was bike hire, storage & bike wash facilities on site. A coffee shop near the front perfect way to start or end a ride. Very spacious lounge facilities with TV to watch live cycling (we were there at the time of the Giro). Although recently upgraded, we were allowed to walk to our room in cycling shoes (which worried us more than the staff).

They provided breakfast outside of published times in case you were leaving early (in our case to travel back to the airport but it could be to cycling early) but did not publish this - a shame.

The staff in this hotel go above and beyond. The entertainment team work very hard as do all the staff. You can shower in the spa for late check-out and use the facilities all day and store your bags much appreciated for a late flight

Not the easiest of hotel websites to book direct with so booked through booking.com again as needed these dates for a wedding so missed returning cabot members - some of the rooms are yet to be upgraded ours being one of them Was given everything I asked for on request apart from what I didn't stipulate was orientation of the room, soon rectified - much appreciated. Double beds in my room were two singles pushed together and not made up as a double. The food - always something to find to eat but I'm sorry still not the best quality

Brilliant hotel in a beautiful place. The hotel is spotless, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Great entertainment during the day and in the evening with loads to do for children and adults. It's only a 20-minute walk into the centre of pollensa.

A larger selection of drink on the all-inclusive package would be nice however their is the option to a premium for branded drinks instead of the local stuff. We were also told there would be an iron in the room, but there wasn't.

Everything was excellent, from food to staff, to comfort, location. Top value for money. Only negative, pools didn't open until 10am, outside pool wasn't heated at all, so at this time of year is a struggle unless you have a wetsuit, indoor pool is very small. I did question the opening times, and the reply is that the pools are getting treated and have no lifeguards. Many other pools seem to manage this, and I've never seen a lifeguard at other hotels with pools in pp. Everything else is fab, particularly if you're just cycling, running, and walking.

The hotel is in a great location but they especially cater well for cyclists wishing to ride the hills and flat lanes of Mallorca. The hotel provide lock-ups for bikes and it's possible to get bikes in the lifts up to your room if you prefer. The rooms are clean, great views over the seafront or hills. If you have an early checkout or arrive in the early hours they provide a great breakfast which was very welcome.

I've stayed in the hotel before and this time the food selection seems much more limited....still good quality but not as much choice as in previous years.

The hotel staff were helpful and informative. The pool and bar areas are clean and well-decorated. The balcony view was incredible. The included breakfast was tasty and had a huge variety of options. Bonus points: the electric kettle and tea in the hotel room, a storage locker for luggage that guests can use while exploring the town, and the key cards attached to wristbands so that they are next to impossible to misplace.

There was a faint smell of old food just outside my room door, but it did not permeate into the room.

Stayed here twice before. Good for cyclists with a bike garage (you just need a medium size padlock for their attached bike rack cables) and a bike shop, plus another bike hire shop across the road. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach front. All Inclusive very good. Plenty of food choices. Great pool. Day and evening entertainment. Friendly helpful staff.
