The pool where fabulous for each age ,the outside of the building was wonderful ,the view where spectacular from every where and every evening from the main building with the D.J. who puts on the show with children.It was absolute magnificent .Another thing We really liked It was the way they put the Bus to bring peoples to the beach and bring back to the hotel for free .

The most things We did not like where the sofa was not comfortable , also the toilet 's brush was not good , the flour looks old and the living room was small for five peoples with 1 toilet without keys ,normally the room can fit 3 peoples.

The apartments were attached to a hotel and so you got the bonus of all the hotel facilities as well as the advantage of being self catered. We loved having the maid service to provide clean towels and make the bed. Having two pools meant there was always space and spare sun loungers. Port de Pollensa was a wonderful location for a short holiday.

It was outside Port de Pollensa so if we hadn't had a car we would have felt v reliant on the buses. Worked well though for us as we had a hire car.

The pool was great and large, just few meters from our terrace. Easy access to parking. Even on hot days the temperature inside was pleasant. Aparment had all the necessary basics, but not much more.

Sleeping on the convertible sofa was not very comfortable. Some equipment was in the apartment or the pool ladder were partially broken, the complex would deserve better maintenance. At night (even after 22:00) we could hear noisy music from the neighbouring spa hotel

Another great family holiday at the Duva Hotel in Pollença. The facilities are renovated every year and this year the spa renovation really impressed us - great pools, interior design and very clean. But for us the best asset of the hotel is the very friendly and helpful staff, including Pau, Luciano, Pablo, Santiago, Carmen and Belen to name a few. We already look forward to our holiday there next year!

Nice view on both sides of block I. Pool and garden area very clean and pleasant. 24 hour reception a plus as we arrived midnight and left 7am. Comfortable sofa bed. Lots of shelf and storage space. Plenty of drying / storage space on a second balcony allowing main balcony (facing pool) to be enjoyed. Pool was warm enough (just) for kids to have a short swim beginning of April.

We were a family and a dishwasher would have been nice (same would apply to 3+ adults sharing) and not unreasonable to expect at the price point. However kitchen still perfectly acceptable without.

The facilities were great pools gym excellent.

The property was great.. keeping on top of maintenance would be good.. when we arrived both bedroom tv’s didn’t work..porch light didn’t work.. main door lock jamming.. hair dryer in bathroom wasn’t working.. back door to apartment didn’t feel secure.. but apartment was nice.. location was excellent..staff were helpful and solved the problems quickly..

Lovely pool overlooked by our balcony so the kids could play in it without us having to accompany them. The kids also enjoyed the table tennis and pool table. Fantastic breakfast...lots of choice. The evening meal was also good value and good quality with lots of choice. We ate in the restaurant 4 times. Lovely apartment with basic but very adequate kitchen facilities, comfy beds and great shower and even a utility area for drying clothes.. The property was well laid out and had enough space. Also very good car parking facilities. The accommodation was a short walk into town and there was a very good supermarket between the property and town which was very handy. The whole thing was perfect for our needs.

The only slight improvement I can suggest is the provision of larger drinking vessels (cups / glasses) both in the self catering kitchen and at the buffet. I looked forwards to a full mug of tea on return from the holiday.

The location suited us although it’s about 20 minutes walk to port. The Italian restaurant bar was lovely. Pool area great. Facilities for cycling excellent.

Rooms a bit dated Could be a bit cleaner too We did have to buy a couple of basic kitchen utensils

The pools are good, it's clean, breakfast was good.

Location is not great and taxis are a nightmare to get. People started reserving sunbeds which I do not think should be allowed and the hotel did nothing.

Clean, bright, great facilities. Padel courts are great, pools are great, apartments are very bright modern & have everything you need plus great cleaners everyday!

Nothing they fulfilled all our needs, air con could be stronger…
