The apartment was exactly as described and expected, it was clean and spacious with a nice sized balcony and a good shower. The beds were comfortable. Jeanette and the team at the property were really responsive, helpful and kind. We felt very welcomed. The location was great- about 5 minute walk to the beach although it took us a little longer with kids in tow! Lots of great restaurants nearby and further on if you walk towards the harbour. A perfect location for a family holiday. The pool was cleaned every day and was great fun- we travelled in the height of the school holidays and once or twice the pool was busy, but other days we were the only ones in it!

The only thing to be mindful of is the pool is relatively deep (shallow end 120cms and deep end 180cms) so if you have smaller children this might impact your use of the pool. We used armbands and inflatables and had a great time anyway.

Lovely staff - Jeanette was very helpful and quick to respond to messages! Very clean and the drawers in reception with leftover useful kitchen / beach bits from previous guests and really good idea and helped avoid waste and extra expense! Also nice decent sized living area and kitchen and space to move around in (great seeing interesting species of bird in the back garden too!)

Very minor gripe - would have been good if waste / bin bags could have been emptied instead of having to take it down to the bin area, also on sheet change day (after 1 week) it would have been great to have the floors swept and mopped at the same time.

Location is excellent. Bus stops a few metres away, beach a few hundred metres away. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and accommodating hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help us. Lots of cooking utensils and crockery in the kitchen. Comfy beds, lovely shower. Clean towels every 3 days and bed changed weekly. Would highly recommend and I've taken a business card for future trips. There was a small area where people left items that you could use ie condiments, tea bags, books, beach accessories etc. So handy to share and return The pool was so warm and we saw the poolside being cleaned daily.

You can hear people coming home at night but that's just the way the building is unfortunately, very echoey but once in their room it's quiet. Wouldn't put me off going again

I have chronic Arthritis and the bed and pillow was one of the best I've ever slept in so much, so I am now trying to see where I can buy the same from. We stayed in apartment 3c and had everything we could ask for in the utilities The only thing I would like to have is a bowl for washing up far less water would be used. Janette, the owner, went beyond and above to make you feel comfortable, and at home, nothing was too much trouble. We never had a problem getting a seat near the pool, but we did see a couple of times people putting their towels the sunbeds then going in for breakfast or going out which was not fair so maybe a sign might help. Also, the front door really does need attention as we couldn't get the door to open, we did in the end but did hear a couple of others complaining that they struggled with it, would any of these things put me off going, absolutely not and in fact looking forward to booking next year. Janette and her team are amazing, and trust me will look after you, but please remember this is a self catering establishment so like back home you get toilet roll to start you off and 1 towel change in a week but there is a set of drawers in the lobby that has all sorts of goodies in like salt ect. A little gem of a place with a mix of people from all over the world, especially Germany and Spain, but everyone seemed very friendly. Also has an amazing little bike storage area for your bike. We made a lot of memories.

The apartment was light and airy and immaculately clean. Everything we needed for a week’s stay, including decent kitchen facilities so I could prepare food for my toddler. In the entrance hall to the apartment, there were some communal things we could help ourselves to (oils, salt and pepper, pasta, beach umbrellas etc!) which came in really handy. Beds comfortable, spacious living area and the neighbourhood is lovely and quiet this time of year. Pool area was fab, plenty of sun loungers and again, pristine! Short walk to the beach and promenade where all the restaurants and shops are. Jeanette could not do enough for us during our stay, and did everything she could to make us comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Good location, not far from the sea. Large living room with a comfortable dining table for up to 6 people. Kitchen is small but has all utensils. They immediately replaced the toaster when we reported that it was not working. They changed our towels after 4 days, but there was not enough toilet paper so we had to buy some ourselves. There were sufficient blankets to keep us warm in bed.

It was cold in the apartment in December, as the air conditioning was quite weak especially in one of the bedrooms. There were times when the hot water was not hot enough. The apartment was cleaned before our arrival but it needs a deep clean (e.g. there was mold in the shower).

We had a lovely family holiday here. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Free parking on the street outside, a nice pool and above all else a nice clean apartment with air conditioning. Would definitely return here and recommend to others. Thank you for a fabulous stay! Ps our girls loved getting a sweet from the hall on a morning and found the grey drawers with various useful bits you could take ie straws, tea bags etc very helpful.

The apartment was basic but very clean and in a great location. The pool and loungers were clean and were screened from the street, so it was a lovely secluded sun trap. It was only a very short walk to the supermarkets, beach and restaurants

I would have liked extra pillows to be available but that's just my personal preference. The kitchen utensils were a little worn and the bottle open snapped in the cork of a fresh bottle of wine so we weren't able to open the bottle but that was just unfortunate for us.

The property was clean and had what we needed and the location to the beach and restaurants was excellent. Jeanette was very helpful too.

There were a few issues at the start of our holiday with no water, wifi or aircon but the staff were very good and tried to resolve it quickly. The pool was nice but a very small area to stay all day so we went to the beach most days but our kids loved the pool area so everyone was happy.

Host provided step by step details for the stay. Apartment was perfect for our needs. Clean, comfy beds and quiet. We had the ground floor by the pool, therefore returned every evening from our rides to a cooling swim before walking out to the restaurants close by for dinner. The bathroom had shampoo/ shower soap and a hairdryer - with a diffuser. As someone with curly hair, this is unheard of! Towels were changed mid stay and toilet rolls were provided along with bin bags and dishwashing liquid. Small gestures when you are staying a couple days, but a real treat for a seamless trip. Thank you! We plan to be back again soon.
