Check in at Reception went smoothly and the staff spoke excellent English. We paid on arrival but a little later checked our banking App to find we'd been charged incorrectly (for 2 extra nights - that we had originally booked but then changed). Before we had time to go back to reception to speak about this, they phoned me up to apologise and arranged an appropriate refund as soon as I went back to them. Our Apartment was spacious and overlooked the pool. It was very clean and fresh towels were provided daily. The kitchenette was ample for what we required and the fridge was nice and cold. The pool was lovely and clean and it was never a struggle to get a sunbed (maybe this will change once schools break up). It was refreshing to have a pool bar that didn't charge ridiculous prices and the food menu was great value too. Every single member of staff we dealt with was happy & helpful. It was just a great Aparthotel with a nice chilled atmosphere!

There were only 2 minor things to comment on - 1. It would have been great if the free shuttle bus to town had run until 8pm rather than 7pm 2. The Pool Bar food was served from midday to 2.45pm - it would have been nice if this service time had run a little later.

Great value for the money. Clean, well-appointed apartment. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Great to have the gym and spa on site, however, the steam/Turkish sauna was not working when we were there.

Everything was great!

Room was great, with a comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant was excellent, with a great variety of food on offer. The outdoor pool closest to the hotel was great.

I felt the spa wasn't managed terribly well (rules about swimming caps and diving into the pool not enforced at all). The sauna and steam room were also far too hot to be comfortable for long. The safe in the room was too small to accommodate a 13" laptop computer, and the safe had to be hired (admittedly the cost was very reasonable).

We loved the apartment - it was spacious, quiet (after 11pm) and really clean. The hotel area was fine for us - we enjoyed the swimming pools (there are 3 to choose from). The rooms were clean - cleaning service came every 2nd day. Despite hot weather (we visited in August), thank to the AC, it was comfortable inside. Even though hotel is big, you don't feel it as it is spread across a big area.

Nothing really except poor Wifi, which wasn't a problem for us. The location is far from the beach so car is recommended if you visit the hotel (though they provide shuttle service). The animations ended at 11pm - again fine with us, but with smaller kids, that might be a problem for some people. Other guests are mainly from UK and Germany.

Good location. 5 min by car from the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Plenty of parking spaces. Friendly staff. The room was cleaned daily and we had the option to save the environment and keep the towels (which I loved). It was spacious and well equipped. Air con in the room was good and kept us cool overnight. Had the option to add buffet breakfast and was definitely a good decision. Spaces inside and out. Lots of options to choose from (english breakfast, “egg station” -scrambled eggs and omelettes being made in the moment and also waffles/pancakes. Different fruit and yogurt also available).

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Floors were mopped daily, and towels changed daily if you wished. The apartment was in an ideal location, with lovely mountain views. The choice of three swimming pools was great, and we never had an issue finding sunbeds, despite it being peak season. This was a huge plus, as previously, we have stayed in places where towels are placed down reserving beds at dawn, and this was never an issue at Duva, no matter what time of day you arrived at the pool. There was an excellent shuttle bus service down the port. Great entertainment for children and the pool and snack bar were ideal. Overall, we had a great experience.

The indoor spa facilities were a little tired and in need of renovation. This was no big deal during the height of summer, we only used the indoor pool once when it unexpectedly began raining. The reception area toilets were exceptionally clean and well maintained, but the poolside toilets were less well looked after and could do with a few more frequent checks, as small children were using them unsupervised regularly and leaving them in an undesirable state.

Almost everything, very clean room, hotel and grounds. Good location - not too far from the Port. Beautiful Mountain Views. Superb breakfast choices (be prepared to gain weight). Friendly staff, ample parking and bike store. Busy hotel as doubles as a spa, gym classes and paddle and tennis courts. Positive active energy.

The only downside was our room was next to the road, a bit noisy! The gym equipment needs renewing.

I loved the location, a supermarket is only 10 mins away or 5 mins away there a local shop which pretty much has everything. there is also bike storage and other facilities. Jacuzzi, Sauna and steam room was great to use. Bar has welcoming staff and the staff were really helpful especially on our last day as we wanted to still cycle instead of paying more for late check out we use their other facilities to clean up view of the mountains is spectacular

security felt lax for bikes it is stored in cages but however accessing the storage seemed fairly easy for anyone to grab a key and upon arriving one of the keys went missing the entire day which has me concerned. bedroom Aircon didn't work as it blew out hot air only.

Staff were fab, friendly and efficient. Pool bar was tasty, fast, good portions and reasonable price. Entertainment was light touch but perfect distraction. Luciano is a star. Gym is decent but can be crowded as open to public. Rooms and grounds were immaculate. Very well equiped kitchen. Amazing AC.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, not bad but not great. Shuttle bus was only Mon - Friday as was entertainment which was disappointing. Bus also has very limited hours ~ 2 hours in morning / evening.

Amazing, kind staff, tasty food variations for breakfast & dinner (considering food allergies), spatious rooms, silent environment, short walk to the beach (do not take the busy road but just take the side street leading directly to the beach). supermarket & bus stop in the neighborhood.

Only one washing machine located in the cycling storage garage for all the rooms is not enough.
