Near enough and far enough from town! So quiet, very clean, pool great, always loungers and staff exceptional at reception ..Carmen was so accommodating! Thank you! .. 2 different arrival dates for our family and 2 apartments .. positioned us near each other on request and accommodated a late check out ! Cleaners serviced rooms and change towels and sheets as often as you like! Towels for pool available. Bus outside to Porto de Pollenca or into Pollenca town .. Small supermarket across the street, or 5 min walk to large Eroski.

Beds very comfortable but would have loved a double bed in the one bedroomed appartment.

The place was spotless...I was so happy with t How clean everything was. Sheets were changed and even sofa covers etc changed during our stay. Pools were well maintained. Staff were amazing if we needed anything

With two children the walk the the main port with buggies, beach equipment etc was a lot. It is about 20 minutes but with all the equipment and in the heat, it was a hard task!

Excellent value for money, the location is ideal for easy access to the town, beach and supermarkets. Clean faciities overall and really nice pool. For cyclists, back porch in each appartment to store bikes safely and balcony to dry clothes.

Some common kitchen items such as kitchen roll, washing up liquid, sponges, cling film were not provided (but all can be purchased at the large supermarket on the way to the town, the International supermarket across the road is more expensive).

- Great and large apartment, perfect for families or a group of friends. It had a large living room with a large dining table, a large balcony and a laundry area that is great for beach holidays. - Very easy to find parking nearby. - It has an outdoor pool.

- Two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. - Despite having a good laundry area, the clothesline for hanging clothes is very small and poorly positioned. I suggest improving this.

We had a great holiday at apartments habitat, staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool and facilities were nice and clean. It was nice and quite in the apartment, apartments were also big and spacious. Overall for the price it was great! We nearly stayed at the duva for double the price and we are glad we didn't.

Rooms could do with a little decorating but didn't bother us just may bother some people.

It was a very easy 7 to 10 minute walk to the main town or the staff were happy to organise a taxi. Lovely couple of restaurants across the road and a supermarket. The snack bar at the hotel was great and all of the staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The town itself has so many restaurants and shops and the beach is amazing. Unlike so many other holiday destinations this is not a party town, so good for families and older travellers. No one on the beach trying to sell you anything, no one bugging you on the street to go their restaurant. We travelled as a family of mum, dad, 2 kids (9 and 10) and a grandmother. Perfect for every single one of us and will definitely be back 😊

If its important to you the WiFi is a bit sketchy, but I personally didn't find it inconvenient.

Apartaments locateted near road, which was busy sometimes. Pool and area near by need some renovation. Doors sometimes were difficult to open.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, checkin was immediate and check out like wise. Pool was cleaned daily and apartment every 2 days. Lots off loungers.

Cooking facilities limited, 2 ring hob, microwave. Oven would be nice for pizzas etc . Apart from that nice apartment. Walk into main town 15 to 20 minutes walk or get the bus one stop.

Went as part of a group of 4 cyclists. Fantastic Apartments, excellent location for all cycling routes, staff very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend as a base if you are looking to cycle. Super value for money. Will definitely stay here again if I go back

Apartments maybe need refreshing but not really a criticism and for the money paid not a negative

Good size apartment with kitchen (aircon was great!). It's a quiet location & only 15 min walk from beach. I was here for a cycling holiday so location was perfect for me + I could store my bike inside. It's close to Eroski supermarket for cooking supplies. Staff are friendly & responded to my message when my flight was delayed by 1 day.

The wifi coverage wasn't very good but I had my mobile phone so it wasn't a issue. I didn't raise it with staff.
