The hotel was very nice and relaxing, room was quiet, shower good, staff very helpful. The location suited us very much. The breakfast was good -and the view of the beach was great.

Very disappointed in the view from our room and we were not able to book a room with a guaranteed balcony. We booked a standard room but did not realise it would be at the back of the hotel, which was supposed to be a Mountain View but we looked down at a loading bay, lane a fuel tank. Some very quirky interior decor and sliding bathroom door that didn’t stay closed- no privacy. Room was small with no seating, value for money not great despite fantastic location!

Loved our stay, the hotel was in an amazing location overlooking the beach and mountains. The hotel made our stay extra special by organising prosecco and cake for my boyfriends birthday - the almond cake was so delicious! They also left a sweet birthday message in the room - such a thoughtful touch. Super comfy rooms, beds and excellent shower. Also such a bonus to have a terrace and solarium area. Breakfast was also very good. Service was a cut above, super friendly, professional and attentive. Special thank you to Merce for organising birthday cake, and making us feel at home throughout :) The hotel has its own secure car park, which was great for peace of mind. We hope to come back soon!

Great location well positioned opposite the beach and a short walk away from lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great was a big selection of food. Entertainment in the evenings was good in a nice setting at the front of the hotel with the beach backdrop. Small plunge pool on the roof top with comfortable sunbeds and a bigger pool at the rear of the hotel with a dozen sunbeds and umberellas to relax and enjoy.

Our bedroom was very small (standard room). There was nowhere to dry bikinis/sarongs/running kit. We could see the rooms with a sea view had a balcony with a ladder to dry clothes. Construction works going on directly next door to the hotel was noisy and dusty. Walls very thin in the hotel - take earplugs. We were woken up every night by people returning back to their rooms.

We could not praise the Hotel Pollentia more highly, the hotel itself was just perfect, the food was delicious and plentiful and the staff were exemplary. The situation was just beautiful with our balcony looking onto the beach and the beautiful bay and hills in the background. EVERY SINGLE Member of staff was just amazing, helpful, happy and knowledgeable it was like being in a 5 star hotel with staff who had all been trained by experts to offer every possible facility and care - we shall most certainly return very soon and if fact would have done so for the New Year had it been open!

Nothing everything was perfect

Everything was very clean, functional, decorated with taste and comfortable. The staff was very kind and available for any question or problem. They even offered us to change rooms because ours was very close to the lobby and fire doors, which were heavy and thus caused some noise when closing. Amazing view on the rooftop terrace ! We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Nothing much, maybe just regarding the restaurant - although the food was good, we found that the price-quality ratio was a little lower compared to other services.

The hotel lobby and outdoor space is very nice. Bar, restaurant and all staff were very nice. Location was perfect, not too close to the centre so it's a bit more peaceful but just a nice short walk. Pollenca is stunning so will definitely visit in the future . Appreciated adults only

For the price (€300 per night), the rooms are pretty basic. Quite small and fairly budget fit out. No need for an old school telephone and kettle with instant coffee taking up a lot of space in a room with limited space.

Lovely hotel with comfortable sunbeds and lots of umbrellas. Room was conformable and had all amenities.

Room was quite snug, lots of maneuvering around luggage and shower tended to flood.

Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a room with a sea view which was a lovely surprise. Rooms are modern, boho chic style and the bed was comfy. Breakfast options were amazing. Due to the weather, I only briefly visited the rooftop which would have probably been a great hangout spot on a sunny day.

The restaurant closed fairly early, likely due to it being near the end of the season. The only parking option seemed to be right in front of the hotel on the main street (free). The hotel room was limited in space so unpacking a large suitcase was only possible on the bed. The walls were fairly thin so you'll hear other guests in the corridor which affected my sleep quality.

I couldn’t ask for snacks when we were staying for a drink on the terrace. Also it was very hard to stay on the beach, all the sunbeds need to be rented from an external source and carried every day. Also there wasn’t any showers on the beach

Location very good. On the quieter end of the beach. The beach is few steps away and beautiful. Nice hotel style with plenty of lounging areas at the hotel front to enjoy relaxing both indoors and out.

The room that was provided was on the ground floor. The booking made mentioned mountain view instead we got the view of the loading and unloading area that was a bit noisy and unsavory. Also there was a bad smell in the room.
