The hotel was very nice and relaxing, room was quiet, shower good, staff very helpful. The location suited us very much. The breakfast was good -and the view of the beach was great.

Very disappointed in the view from our room and we were not able to book a room with a guaranteed balcony. We booked a standard room but did not realise it would be at the back of the hotel, which was supposed to be a Mountain View but we looked down at a loading bay, lane a fuel tank. Some very quirky interior decor and sliding bathroom door that didn’t stay closed- no privacy. Room was small with no seating, value for money not great despite fantastic location!

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Rooms were clean and modern. Loved the vibes in the hotel. Food was great. Free bottle of wine with a pre booked dinner was also a nice touch. We will be back!

The only negative was that sometimes in the afternoon evening trying to order drinks at the bar was difficult. On numerous occasions we went to the bar to order and were told to go take a seat. Then it was sometimes 10/15/20 minutes before anyone came to serve us. Then another 10 minutes waiting on the drinks. It would’ve been a much quicker system to just over at the bar.

Loved our stay, the hotel was in an amazing location overlooking the beach and mountains. The hotel made our stay extra special by organising prosecco and cake for my boyfriends birthday - the almond cake was so delicious! They also left a sweet birthday message in the room - such a thoughtful touch. Super comfy rooms, beds and excellent shower. Also such a bonus to have a terrace and solarium area. Breakfast was also very good. Service was a cut above, super friendly, professional and attentive. Special thank you to Merce for organising birthday cake, and making us feel at home throughout :) The hotel has its own secure car park, which was great for peace of mind. We hope to come back soon!

The breakfast was brilliant with a fresh choice every morning and great egg station. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. They helped us with bike hire, restaurant bookings, beach recommendations and more. Faultless. Very local but modern feel to the hotel, an incredibly comfortable and luxurious stay. Outdoor spaces are well equipped for catching the sun.

The room is slightly on the small side but for a four night stay it was perfectly fine. If you were staying longer an upgrade from standard double would be a good idea

We could not praise the Hotel Pollentia more highly, the hotel itself was just perfect, the food was delicious and plentiful and the staff were exemplary. The situation was just beautiful with our balcony looking onto the beach and the beautiful bay and hills in the background. EVERY SINGLE Member of staff was just amazing, helpful, happy and knowledgeable it was like being in a 5 star hotel with staff who had all been trained by experts to offer every possible facility and care - we shall most certainly return very soon and if fact would have done so for the New Year had it been open!

Nothing everything was perfect

Great location well positioned opposite the beach and a short walk away from lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great was a big selection of food. Entertainment in the evenings was good in a nice setting at the front of the hotel with the beach backdrop. Small plunge pool on the roof top with comfortable sunbeds and a bigger pool at the rear of the hotel with a dozen sunbeds and umberellas to relax and enjoy.

Our bedroom was very small (standard room). There was nowhere to dry bikinis/sarongs/running kit. We could see the rooms with a sea view had a balcony with a ladder to dry clothes. Construction works going on directly next door to the hotel was noisy and dusty. Walls very thin in the hotel - take earplugs. We were woken up every night by people returning back to their rooms.

Everything was very clean, functional, decorated with taste and comfortable. The staff was very kind and available for any question or problem. They even offered us to change rooms because ours was very close to the lobby and fire doors, which were heavy and thus caused some noise when closing. Amazing view on the rooftop terrace ! We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Nothing much, maybe just regarding the restaurant - although the food was good, we found that the price-quality ratio was a little lower compared to other services.

As a swimmer I like a good pool. The hotel description included 2 pools. 1 on the rooftop which was no more than a plunge pool and the pool on the ground floor wasn’t any size at all. The hotel was really close to the sea but I still really like a decent sized swimming pool which definitely didn’t feature at the hotel.

The hotel lobby and outdoor space is very nice. Bar, restaurant and all staff were very nice. Location was perfect, not too close to the centre so it's a bit more peaceful but just a nice short walk. Pollenca is stunning so will definitely visit in the future . Appreciated adults only

For the price (€300 per night), the rooms are pretty basic. Quite small and fairly budget fit out. No need for an old school telephone and kettle with instant coffee taking up a lot of space in a room with limited space.

Fabulous hotel in a great location, the staff were amazing, a big thank you to Ariel & Caitlin on reception for all their help. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and again the staff were amazing. We will definitely return.

Some of the umbrellas could do with repair. From a safety aspect the steps in the pool could be marked as you can’t see the bottom step very well.
