The staff here are SO kind and helpful, and there are great facilities on-site. When we checked out, we were not only able to store our luggage and continue using the pool until our flight; we could also book a complementary private room for half an hour to change and shower. I thought this was great!

The sofa was very uncomfortable in our living area, until we added lots of spare blankets and pillows from the cupboards. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the centre of Puerto Pollenca (about 20 minutes) but the route is flat and goes along the beach, with all of its restaurants, shops and bars, so it's quite pleasant.

Location was excellent. It is a little walk from the centre but is very manageable and enjoyable, taking in the lovely views of the sea and the beach. Breakfast was excellent and well worth the extra money. There was plenty of choice and it was fresh and tasty. The hotel was very quiet at night and a good night's sleep was had by all. The pool was excellent and we had no problem with sun loungers.

Nothing not to like about the hotel. There is some on going issue with the beach sun loungers , umbrellas and toilets not being available to the public this summer in Puerto Pollensa.

Great apartment with lots of space for our small family. Food was excellent and very good value. Staff all friendly and nice. Lovely facilities and well maintained. Has a nice stylist feel to it. Great location and very easy to walk into the port (20min stroll).

Only downside was we had to move room due to electricity card not working in our room, but the hotel did resolve it quickly and moved us to an equally good room. They also compensated us for the trouble with was a nice touch.

We could not fault anything! 10/10 in all areas! Every single member of staff was friendly, polite, helpful and courteous. Nothing was ever too much bother, they truly couldn’t do enough for you. Our one bedroom apartment was perfect for myself, my Husband and our two children (11 and 8). It was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and bed linen. We opted for the bed and breakfast option….. we were so pleased we did!…. What a selection! So much to choose from, and all so fresh. We were spoilt for choice every morning! The location of the apartments was superb, just one street back from the beach, tucked into a quiet little corner. A real little gem. We enjoyed the walk along the beach every night to the many, many restaurants. Thank you team Aparthotel Bahía Pollensa, we will be sure to recommend you to all our friends and family!

Absolutely nothing!

We have stayed at Bahia several times but not for a while because of Covid. We knew what to expect but this visit was better as the accommodation had had an upgrade / work done on it and it looked good. The food was excellent as well we enjoyed our stay very much so and will rerturn in the near future.

We loved our stay here! The staff are absolutely exceptional at reception and also in the restaurant, and they really made our stay as brilliant as could be; everyone was friendly, kind, and helpful, and we felt very welcomed and cared for. The communal area was beautiful and the bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the location as well - very walkable into more lively areas of the port but also tucked away and more peaceful. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

The bedrooms could do with updating, but I think they are being refurbished for next year anyway! Honestly, everything was great and I would happily stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel, the people are very welcoming, the food was amazing, we had breakfast and dinner, the buffet was varied each night and the puddings and fresh fruit were wonderful, there were plenty of vegetarian options as well. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant a couple of times- gorgeous food. 5 min walk to a beautiful sandy beach and perfect to stroll into Port Pollensa in the evening. Spent a day at Alcúdia beach doing water sports- that was completely packed, so glad we chose this hotel and location instead The rooms are a little dated but we didn’t spend much time in the rooms so wasn’t an issue really. Cleaned everyday- thank you for a lovely stay

Great size rooms in the premium pool rooms. Large terrace and access to adults only pool. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Good gym and bike store. Also washer/ dryer available for 5 euros. All Staff were excellent. Hotel bit further out from the centre than We usually stay but we like walking so not a problem. Around 2.5k to the centre. Beach very close. Bus stop close.

Still says on hotel website microwave. Hob. Toaster in room. This isn’t the case.

We have stayed here before twice so knew the location and facilities, the staff are really friendly and always say hello or have a conversation. The staff are also helpful and the hotel has a nice bar and dining area

We were in a room that overlooked the forecourt entrance so we got woke up regularly by the transfer buses coming in, would have preferred a quieter room away from this area. I would also like to suggest that when it's the weekend of the 312 that the hotel asks people whether they are doing the 312 when they book as they could locate people in different areas of the hotel. We were woke up by people getting up at 4am to do the 312. Also re the room doors, these need to be sorted so they don't bang when they shut because people kept letting their doors shut in the night and not considering others

The Bahia Pollensa aparthotel is located in a bit abandoned area on the side of Porto Pollensa. In walking distance of the picturesque sandy beach. As far as it's located further from the Pollensa center there is no noise from the streets. The hotel has quite a big private area. It has its restaurant and bar. So, it's virtually possible to stay in it without going out at all. We got to Bahia Pollensa by a rented car. The hotel offers free parking. Check-in process is smooth and clear upon arrival. We booked a room with a garden view. And we got a room on the last floor (3rd). The view from the balcony was good (see photo). The room has everything you could expect from a budget aparthotel. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bath has shower gel and soap. Rooms are centrally air-conditioned. The Internet connection was good on the balcony, but weak inside of the room. We were offered a cleaning service or towel change by staff but we refused as we stayed for 2 nights only. As I understood, the rooms are supposed to be cleaned daily. The swimming pool area is a big plus for the hotel. It has a lot of sunbeds. The pool itself is big and has a separate small kids' zone. It's never overcrowded even though there are many guests. There are some activities for kids and/or grown-ups near or in the pool on an almost daily basis. For those who like lots of bars and discos, there's quite a walk or even a drive to get to the city center. Overall I recommend the hotel for a family stay in the Porto Pollensa area.

Weak Internet connection inside the room. Not too bad, but the woman working with kids seems to be too strict at moments. Poor soundproofing. We got the room close to the staff room, where they start their work at 8 am. As long as the soundproofing was poor, we were wakened up by their talks and moving their stuff as if they were talking right in our room.
