I loved the location because it was out of the main centre but still on the ocean front and close enough to walk and there is a running / cycling track on the main road. There is a range of pools to use in the hotel and constant entertainment but not too intense. I would say great for families. The rooms are new and fresh. We hired a car which worked really well. The restaurant in the hotel was buffet and the diverse range of food was great.

The opening hours of the spa was 10 to 6 which doesn’t work well with kids as would have loved to use the facilities late at night when the kids were asleep or in the morning. The mattresses are a little hard and kitchen very small so impossible to properly cook in the room. Had to eat out most nights.

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. The suite was quiet, with a perfect view. Also, there is a furnished balcony, where we've kept the road bikes. For travellers who are not taking all inclusive option, still you can have lunch and dinner in the resort for reasonable price. There is a very nice pool, but cycling all the time we did not have a chance to use it. Many thanks to Ana Maria and all the staff over there, they were very professional and helpful. There are other facility such as bicycle rental and repair shop, gym, a convinient store, and if you need to commute, at the entrance, there is a bus stop either for Pollenca or Alcudia.

I would suggest to consider opening the breakfast earlier. We had to skip two times the breakfast, because 8 AM was too late for days with long rides. Another suggestion is related to the parking lot spots, facing the pool. A painted line spot will force everybody to park properly, instead of random, occupying more than what they need and most important one to avoid blocking the accessibility ramp.

The decor was fab, the kids' entertainment was nonstop, and my daughter had the best time, met friends, and got engaged with the evening activities. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Nothing was an issue, and they always had a smile on their faces. The room was perfect, lots of room. My mum who is nearly 80 found the lifts, lack of steps really great, she could get away easily and without a worry of falling over.

would be great to have a kitchenette to cooks small meals, chopping board, knives, forks and plates.

The fact that gym and spa are included was an unexpected bonus. The spa did wonders for us. The pool was execellent and being between buildings meant th wind wasnt very noticeable making the stay around the pool area very pleasant. We ate at the pool bar, which was really good food as well and everyone very friendly.

We didnt have breakfast or dinner icluded in our booking and we thought potentially upgrading, but the price for brakfast it's way too overprice for just breakfast.

Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, our room looked out onto the pool was so handy with a baby we could sit by the pool and my partner could go back to the room and do his bottle. It’s a very child friendly hotel and we had such a lovely stay. The hotel I feel is 10x better than it looks on booking.com I liked that it was a small hotel, there’s an on-site shop which is handy. We didn’t do all inclusive but paid for it each night for €24 each, the variety of food was amazing I had fresh sea bass cooked for me one night with asparagus and rice, salad bar was excellent. Just can’t fault this hotel.

States it’s a smoke free hotel, yet there were people Smoking round by the pool and the life guards didn’t say anything

Club del Sol was a lovely, peaceful property, it was super clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It is a little bit outside of Puerto De Pollenca (approx €8 in a cab) and a perfect location to explore Pollença old town from. The pool was lovely but a little cold. The Spa is amazing and the staff are lovely, I highly recommend the Lomi Lomi massage!

If I had to nit pick, the pool was a little too cold for so early in the season and the kids pool area feels a little neglected other than that I have zero complaints.

I really enjoyed the location of the property and the grounds.

They only provided a single key for entry, and it was a hard key rather than a key card. This lead to difficulty when my partner wasn’t in the room and I went to the reception to get access. They gave me a bit of a hard time, but Relinquished and gave me the emergency key for entrance. This seems unnecessary. They really should have a system where it more than one key is available to the guests if they requested

Everything! Such a little gem of a hotel, was quiet, clean, modern and the most spacious comfortable family room, food was lovely too. we stayed in block 6 and was spoilt for choice for sunbeds around the smaller pool, kids loved it! We would 100% return.

Slightly out of puerto Pollença but an easy bus ride, kids pools would recommend swim socks/ shoes as for some reason both my girls got sore feet but easily solved with shoes/socks.

Hotel located in a fantastic location between Alcudia and Port de Pollença. Beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Near the sea and nature. Hotel infrastructure fully prepared. Small shop with fresh bread and necessary products on the club premises. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. The rooms are clean and cleaned almost every day.

We had a great stay. We loved our room - very comfortable and clean, we made the most of it. It was too cold for the outside pool, so we couldn't try out. Wellness and gym center are great, as well as the bar. My partner used the restaurant for dinner a couple of times - it was just okay he said.
