The staff here are SO kind and helpful, and there are great facilities on-site. When we checked out, we were not only able to store our luggage and continue using the pool until our flight; we could also book a complementary private room for half an hour to change and shower. I thought this was great!

The sofa was very uncomfortable in our living area, until we added lots of spare blankets and pillows from the cupboards. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the centre of Puerto Pollenca (about 20 minutes) but the route is flat and goes along the beach, with all of its restaurants, shops and bars, so it's quite pleasant.

Location is quiet, easy car parking on the safe street if the hotel's parking place is full.Short way to beach, supermarket. 15-20 minutes walking to centre of the port. We had half board - both in buffet style - varied breakfast menu (everybody can choose), dinner- each evening focusing on different national cuisine (Mexican, Asian, etc.) in good quality. We arrived after dinner time and we got the packed dinner incl. desert. We stayed in apartment suite with garden view- large and well equipped. Modern design. Comfortable beds and sofa. Large terrace with armchairs and table. The refrigerator is powerful and silent.

I found annoying the time for the room cleaning from 8 to 16. If you leave room between 9-10 and returning between 14-15 you expect the room is cleaned and ready to relax. We spent here 6 nights and every day got this service after 15 (first day I discussed it at the reception but I was told they had many rooms). Some details to improve: it would be fine to have welcome coffee and tea set (not only electric kettle and mugs). To equip the bathroom with toilet brush.

Fantastic location, right beside the main beach area, a 15 min walk from the strip of main restaurants and nice and quiet where it’s situated. Stunning private pool area for the suites - very different from the main pool area with all the families.

We had a suite meaning we could access the private pool. However, our cleaner locked us out of our room and we then had no way to get out of this area as the doors at both end of the suite area was locked and she locked our door to the apartment. If we had an emergency / stressful situation this would have been terrifying. Thankfully a neighbour was out in their garden so we could go through their apartment and back to the entrance area and use our key to get back into the suite. We also had Issues with taxis / transport which we had organised through the staff but they didn’t update us on the issues and delays so we were in the dark.

Superb facilities, tasty breakfast with omelette and fried eggs made fresh in front of you. Staff were great, friendly, full of knowledge and very helpful. Great location, limited parking inside the complex but loads more outside, only 3 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes drive from Alcudia which were ideal. The pool was great and in good condition, kids loved the table tennis too. The bar area had entertainment every couple of nights and can't help myself to give a mention to Mr Classic for his fabulous performance on the night!

Location was excellent. It is a little walk from the centre but is very manageable and enjoyable, taking in the lovely views of the sea and the beach. Breakfast was excellent and well worth the extra money. There was plenty of choice and it was fresh and tasty. The hotel was very quiet at night and a good night's sleep was had by all. The pool was excellent and we had no problem with sun loungers.

Nothing not to like about the hotel. There is some on going issue with the beach sun loungers , umbrellas and toilets not being available to the public this summer in Puerto Pollensa.

Great apartment with lots of space for our small family. Food was excellent and very good value. Staff all friendly and nice. Lovely facilities and well maintained. Has a nice stylist feel to it. Great location and very easy to walk into the port (20min stroll).

Only downside was we had to move room due to electricity card not working in our room, but the hotel did resolve it quickly and moved us to an equally good room. They also compensated us for the trouble with was a nice touch.

We could not fault anything! 10/10 in all areas! Every single member of staff was friendly, polite, helpful and courteous. Nothing was ever too much bother, they truly couldn’t do enough for you. Our one bedroom apartment was perfect for myself, my Husband and our two children (11 and 8). It was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and bed linen. We opted for the bed and breakfast option….. we were so pleased we did!…. What a selection! So much to choose from, and all so fresh. We were spoilt for choice every morning! The location of the apartments was superb, just one street back from the beach, tucked into a quiet little corner. A real little gem. We enjoyed the walk along the beach every night to the many, many restaurants. Thank you team Aparthotel Bahía Pollensa, we will be sure to recommend you to all our friends and family!

Absolutely nothing!

We loved our stay here! The staff are absolutely exceptional at reception and also in the restaurant, and they really made our stay as brilliant as could be; everyone was friendly, kind, and helpful, and we felt very welcomed and cared for. The communal area was beautiful and the bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the location as well - very walkable into more lively areas of the port but also tucked away and more peaceful. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

The bedrooms could do with updating, but I think they are being refurbished for next year anyway! Honestly, everything was great and I would happily stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel, the people are very welcoming, the food was amazing, we had breakfast and dinner, the buffet was varied each night and the puddings and fresh fruit were wonderful, there were plenty of vegetarian options as well. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant a couple of times- gorgeous food. 5 min walk to a beautiful sandy beach and perfect to stroll into Port Pollensa in the evening. Spent a day at Alcúdia beach doing water sports- that was completely packed, so glad we chose this hotel and location instead The rooms are a little dated but we didn’t spend much time in the rooms so wasn’t an issue really. Cleaned everyday- thank you for a lovely stay

Great size rooms in the premium pool rooms. Large terrace and access to adults only pool. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Good gym and bike store. Also washer/ dryer available for 5 euros. All Staff were excellent. Hotel bit further out from the centre than We usually stay but we like walking so not a problem. Around 2.5k to the centre. Beach very close. Bus stop close.

Still says on hotel website microwave. Hob. Toaster in room. This isn’t the case.
