The small beach and cove by the hotel is beautiful, with very clear water. Stunning coastline generally. The hotel is very comfortable, they upgraded us to a room with a private jacuzzi which was nice. Top floor bar and outside restaurant is nice with great view. Location is great as it’s slightly off the beaten track. This may not suit everyone because the area doesn’t have a lot of restaurants or shops, but we liked this aspect as we were away from the crowds. Cala Molins beach right by the hotel is very nice, and Cala Carbó is 5 mins walk - beautiful cove with no people at all! Note - end of October, clearly slowing down and the hotel was nowhere near full. But in general a good spot to explore the whole North Western part of the island. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

End of season, some facilities (eg downstairs restaurant) were closed, although we didn’t mind that. Internal parking is expensive (but the adjacent carpark across the road is free) Breakfast is expensive compared. Note there are some large hotel/apartment developments in the Cala San Vincenç area which don’t show up on marketing photos. The next door cove (Cala Clara) is spoilt by one such large development. In high season even this (relatively secluded) area could be very busy.

Absolutely amazing! Mary and her team were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived and showed us around the hotel, and were so insightful about the local area and helped us to plan days out. The facilities are excellent and clean. The room was very spacious and they kindly upgraded us to a room with a terrace. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the beautiful Cala, and the rooftop bar/restaurant overlooks the incredible scenery. Cannot fault this hotel, we will definitely return.

Everything you need and want and more. 5 star Plus facilities and attention to detail. This was a bucket list trip from Canada for my 50th birthday. It did not disappoint. Booked this stay 10 months in advance because I didn’t want to leave anything to chance. From arrival to checkout everything was superb. Booked 2 swim out rooms which allowed privacy with breathtaking views. Close to 2 beaches within walking distance, shops and restaurants. Port of Pollenca was a short drive away. My husband who is a seasoned cyclist, renting a bike from the hotels affiliated rental company with no issues. Felt safe and cared for throughout our stay. Staff went above and beyond all expectations! Would highly recommend!

The most wonderful stay at this hotel . Stayed for 5 nights in August . Staff are so polite and friendly and cannot do enough for you . Christina on reception and the guest experience manager Mari Claire are so helpful , friendly and professional. Our room was beautiful , we chose a swim up room and it was so lovely to step out on the terrace and enjoy the privacy of the pool area . The location is beautiful and just a minute walk across the road from the beach . You really do not need to leave this hotel as it’s so relaxing and quiet . The cleanliness is exceptional and they leave you fresh water and chocolates every day . Outstanding stay in this hotel and we will definitely return , thank you all so much for making our stay so memorable

This was our second time staying at Hotel El Vicenç de la Mar, and it was even more amazing than the first. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we felt really looked after. We also got a room upgrade with a jacuzzi, which made it extra special! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in the most stunning location — the north of Mallorca is our favorite part of the island. It’s peaceful but also super easy to drive to other lovely places like Sóller, Deià, or Palma. It’s also a perfect spot for a cycling holiday. They’ve teamed up with Medfeel, their new rental partner, and we had such a great experience with Adrián — super helpful and friendly. The Trek bikes were high quality and perfect for the rides around the area. The pool area is cute, the views over the cala are incredible, and the whole hotel has the perfect mix of fancy and relaxed. We always feel happy and at home here — can’t wait to come back again. Amazing location in a small and quiet creek. The facilities are excellent. The gastronomic restaurant was amazing. As a cyclist, I thouroughly enjoyed the huge dedicated cycling room.

The timing of the housekeeping and the refill of coffee capsules, water bottles, shampoo bottles and so on was a bit erratic, but we always got what we needed. The choice of dinner options was a bit limited

Comfy beds. Spacious room. Upgraded us at no extra cost . great facilities . Warm welcome and nothing too much the staff couldn't do for you. Food great in both restaurants . Breakfast good.but could have more choice .Wifi great. Pool table. Cinema. Pool beside restaurants on rooftop. Great views. Lovely hotel in lovely beachfront location. Immaculate.

Bit early in year (end April) for it to be more lively spot. That said it suited our requirements perfectly. You need a car. Limited restaurants open at time. It seems May 1 is when other hotels in resort reopen.. Hotel is very high standard but perhaps a bigger breakfast selection would be welcome. The area is visited by lots of cyclists so roads need careful attention when driving.

I liked that the hotel was new and fresh right next to the beach. Staff on reception were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. On the last day they let us check out 1hour later than normal. The second room we changed to was very nice and more large more comfortable but it did cost a extra 300 euros it also had a swimming pool. But all the other balconies overlooked the pool so again no privacy. Also the balconies overlook a car park and bar which is directly in front of the hotel. You can see the beach but as you stand on your balcony the beach is to the left and you do have a clear view.

Privacy. The first room we had was small but clean however there was no privacy on the balcony. It was the same on the second room we changed to. This hotel was not cheap and I expected more privacy. Especially as this hotel is rated 5 stars. On the second room we changed to on the last night someone above threw a used cigar onto our balcony. Other than this privacy issue on the balconies all was okay.

My husband and I stayed at El Vicenc to celebrate his birthday and the end of my cancer treatment. We are so glad we chose this hotel. 1. location - beautiful and scenic away from the tourist crowds, clean and stunning. We hired a car and the route from airport to hotel was straight forward. You can also use the bus. We walked from the hotel to port de pollenca make sure you have sturdy shoes for the route. 2. Room - was clean with amazing views from the shared balcony. Robes, slippers and amenities are available in the room. 3. Breakfast - was fresh and wholesome. There is a buffet and hot meals are cooked and served to table. 4. Gym and Spa - the gym is well equipped with water and towels. The spa was perfect. My husband had an amazing massage. 5. The staff cannot do enough for you. From the breakfast staff, restaurant staff, front of house and management staff. They are all so polite. We’ve had the privilege to stay at many mainstream 5 star hotels but this has to be my favourite by far due to the exceptional service, food and staff who are just so polite and kind.
