Service was impeccable, the view from the hotel was as amazing as appears in photos and even better. The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating to us upon arrival. I highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone interested.

We loved everything about our stay here, compliments to the management for creating such a lovely, friendly atmosphere. The staff were fantastic in every way- from check in and welcoming, to breakfast, to the spa, to the pool bistro, to room maids- all were great and friendly, proffesional and knowledgable and going out of their way to make sure the hotel guests are having the best time. There was not a single issue that we mentioned and it wasn’t addressed and solved straight away. Things that we loved the most: amazing selection of breakfast with amazing sea view on the restaurant terrace. The hotel is not too big- so it never felt too crowded or busy- e.g’ during breakfast and it was possible to get a sun-bed by the pool any time of the day (end of June), in other hotels sometimes the breakfast buffet or getting a sun-bed could feel like a battlefield, but here all was relaxed and civilised. The beach does not have sun-beds due to government restrictions, but staying at the Grupotel Molins you’re in the best position to park your things on a sunbed by the pool, cross the road and have a swim on the beach and then come back to the pool. We also loved the fresh fruit baskets available any time of the day at reception or by the pool! Such a great touch!

If we have to be picky then need to mention the night entertainment going to 11pm directly under all the room terraces so the noise was quite loud. Not very practical for people with young children or if you want to go to bed before 11pm!

Staff were so friendly and clearly cared about the experience of the guests. The views were to die for. Loved being able to swim in the sea in the morning.

My only complaint is that the spa pool was cold, made me catch my breath. I was hoping for relaxing warmth. Equally the relaxation area was quite cold, not very relaxing. Previous spas I have been in very warm.

The room was large. spacious, modern mediterranean style with lot's storage and a sitting room off the side, a large balcony/terraza with views of the gardens and down to the beach and cove with the mountains beyond. The hotel has a large pool, many terraces, a gym, spa and is decorated in marble throughout. Remarkably modern, the basic design is 50 years old with original features facelifted sympathetically. Entertainment takes place on the terraza for an hour or so after dinner for 4 or 5 nights a week and is fun.

The balconies/terrazas outside the rooms are separated but by a latticework so that there is some nominal privacy but not much! It would be more pleasant to have breakfast without having your neighbour watching you - concrete partitions should be considered.

The location is super beautiful. We enjoyed the steam sauna a lot. There was plentiful of everything in this hotel. It was a comfortable stay.

Don't get me wrong here, but the staff was too nice. It was so nice and asslicking, that I wished I was treated as a normal human being. For example, we waited for the lift to arrive and two spanish cleaning ladies appeared inside of it, with all of their tools. We didnt know the language and wanted to say to them that its allright, we will wait for another lift, but they somewhy felt the obligation to move away and allow us in. It felt not right. So in general it was too much of such reception. Could have been more natural and reflective towards the guests, without being that much annoying.

Our room (a suite) was spacious and comfortable, with a double balcony looking out over the pool and sea, which was lovely. The staff were excellent and attentive, and were quick to help when we had a problem with our air conditioning. We absolutely loved the breakfast and really looked forward to it each day - genuinely one of the best we've seen, with an astonishing array of options and all brilliant quality. It was lovely sitting out on the terrace having breakfast looking over the sea. The location is on the quiet side, with not much in the way of good restaurants etc within walking distance, but we were a short drive from Pollenca, Alcudia etc and didn't want noisy resorts so that didn't matter!

The spa was disappointing. The massages we had were both very poor and not worth the money we paid. The overall quality of the hotel is not the luxury you'd expect considering its 5-star rating - more 4-star quality.

The location couldn’t be better!

It was quite noisey at night time for families with young children trying to sleep. The nightly music was loud and ran from 9:30/10pm till late.

Location was perfect, stunning view. The breakfast included everything you could ask for. The staff were friendly, accommodating, professional and we were greeted with a smile by all. We didn't eat there in the evening so can't comment on the evening meals but the pool side bar served a lovely lunch; great waiters too. We really couldn't have asked for better service, better location and or better food. They were one step ahead all the time . We had a wonderful time in Cala Sant Vincenc, made extra special by our Molins experience. Thank you!

Truly nothing! We were really pleased. We arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening and they had prepared a meal for us on arrival. It was extremely kind of them but a little late for a full three course meal. Felt a little guilty because we couldn't eat it - we did try. Lovely food. Something light would have be better. But that's really a big positive.

Stunning property at the most beautiful part of the island. Calm, quiet and tremendously beautiful - all rooms have stunning views to the sea and mountains! Excellent quality hotel and staff just amazing, especially Jaime at the restaurant. Clean and comfortable, parking nearby, staff offers parking. Spa zone very good, pool very good, can swim in the sea just across the road. Breakfasts and dinners excellent quality and broad choice. Thank you for the amazing vacation, we enjoyed a lot!

These are just minor things for the potential improvement - it was said that only double beds are available, but as couple it was difficult to sleep on double beds - mattresses were moving all the time, so we slept either on one part or another. Suboptimal. Some textiles would require refreshment. Toiletries available upon request, but could be a bit of higher quality for a 5* hotel - felt a bit synthetic and drying skin/hair. Since the hotel is in the quiet part of the island and there is not much around - the hotel seems to have tried addressing this by organizing every evening some concert or entertainment, but those were quite loud and honestly were not our taste… guess if people consciously choose the quiet part of the island then it is ok… but as many people-as many tastes.

Fantastic location in Sant Vicent, all rooms are seaview looking over the beach with a sunrise each morning on your balcony. Breakfast leaves you wanting for nothing, fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, every egg combination, beautiful omelettes made to order, fresh breads. And all to be eaten on a beautiful restaurant balcony. Pool area is large and has plenty of beds, staff come around to serve drinks and food, pool bar also is nice for lunch. In the evening there's very good (classy) entertainment, to which I would highly recommend for that last drink before bed. Regarding the staff, they are exceptionally attentive, always keen to help, stepping in to carry luggage where possible (Nuno!!).
