Beautifully located first in line of the sea views surrounded by the mountains of the north side of the island. It felt like a boutique hotel. The building kept some of its original features but with a modern interior design. We had a very comfortable stay. The pillows were extremely comfortable!! They can be hit or miss in some hotels. The staff are exceptionally attentive, polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. There was an enormous selection to choose from for breakfast catering to everyone’s needs. I would highly highly recommend this hotel.

What’s not to like. This hotel WAS perfect!

The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was such a choice which included healthy items such as fresh fruit, chia pots and smoothies as well as hot items. The croissants were incredible. Amazing location and the beach was lovely (apart from the days the jellyfish were about but that was just a couple). We often had the pool area to ourselves and hotel never felt crowded. The staff were excellent and very attentive without being intrusive.

There was really nothing to fault. The pool is on the small side but that was clear in advance and it still provided a welcome respite from the heat.

The amazing hotel is right on the water so it was great to fall asleep listening to the waves. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. It is situated on a beautiful Cala so that was fun to enjoy the beach area after touring around the island. The room is a little small but nothing problematic. It was a perfect stay

The food at the dinner was nothing spectacular so I would recommend driving to Polleca for food. The breakfast was amazing though! There is a hotel next to it that is a bit of an eyesore and can block your view of the beach if you dont have a room on the end. The other hotel has garbage trucks arriving in the morning but this hotel was great.

One of the most beautiful location we ever been to. It its like a dream come true. Everything was just perfect. The colours of ocean are like from postcard(Blue/Green/White.) The area is very quiet and peaceful. We would love to come back again. The hotel is small and clean. The rooftop pool has amazing view on the ocean. A lot of things you can do around the hotel ( walking , hiking, yoga) Just perfect

The room we booked was extra small. We had no space for baggage.

We arrived at 4am after a heavily delayed flight but were greeted with a warm welcome. We loved Rosa who kept giving us yummy pastries. The staff were really friendly and helpful, answering our questions and helping with little things. Always smiley too. Breakfast was always great with fresh fruit and hot options, really enjoyed being able to try the Spanish delicacies. The pastries were to die for!! The beach by the hotel is stunning, there are pebbles at the shore so water shoes are a must!

The rooms were a bit small but fine for a short trip with minimal luggage. Parking instructions could be a bit clearer as we weren't aware that we couldn't park by the hotel

Located in a beautiful bay with clear water in northern Mallorca, it was closely located to everything I wanted to access to Port Pollensa. Breakfast was delicious. Wifi was strong. Staff was very kind and helpful. You almost felt like it was a family-run business (maybe it is). I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Locating the property at first was challenging, but I called and was given directions. Parking is an issue, but I was happy to have my own vehicle to explore on my own time and not be bound by bus schedules or taxis.

Superb staff. Daily delicious breakfast while looking at the Mediterranean was sublime! I definitely recommend this hotel. It’s small, clean, with a pool and steps away from the beach.

The signage to go to the hotel. There is a sign for the restaurant but there is no clear signage for the hotel entrance/reception. Additionally the A/C could use an upgrade. Though it was fair pleasant, sometimes it would feel warm.

coffee! Have stayed at this lovely personal hotel many years ago. Now the view is partially ruined by a monstrous ugly hotel block built where a natural rocky headland once existed. It really upset me that the planning authorities would have allowed this eyesore.

really enjoyed our stay there, beautiful view from the room and breakfast area. Breakfast is very nice, local products, fruits, good pastery and coffee. Highly recommend !

minor issue was the lamp in the balcony that was turned on automatically, so we had to close the door and the stores to avoid the bright light, so we could not enjoy the sea sound while falling asleep. Till midnight at least it was on. Maybe 10pm would be a good limit.

Where do we start!! We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay at Hoposa Niu - the food, the drinks, the staff, the location everything was amazing……. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. We loved them! The location is beautiful. Lovely restaurants around the hotel (however the hotel food is amazing). Bus stop just above the hotel and super easy to go from location to location. Lots of water sport activities around about and beautiful walking routes! This hotel is worth every penny & we will be back!!
