The hotel is near the beautiful beach (jst 5min walk away), it has a lot of free parking if you’re coming with ‘rentacar’. The staff is very polite, room was clean. Food is great.

We got a room with pool view and there is always shadow - so our bathing suits didn’t dry.

Lovely Relaxing Stay with Great Pool and Perfect Location We had a wonderful holiday here! There are many great things to highlight: Pool area: The pool was cleaned daily and the atmosphere was peaceful with no loud music playing all day – perfect for relaxing. The pool towel service was excellent: you leave a deposit, use the towels for free, and can exchange them for fresh ones once a day. A really convenient option! View & Noise Level: Our room had a fantastic view of the pool and it was very quiet throughout the day. The evening entertainment lasted around two hours with music, but it was quiet again after that – ideal for those who prefer calm, restful evenings. Staff & Service: All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. When our air conditioner broke, it was repaired immediately – great service! Location: The hotel is in a perfect spot, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Very easy and convenient. Weather: We stayed during the last days of May and the first few of June – the weather was hot (over 30°C) and the sea was beautifully warm. Overall, it's a great place for a quiet, relaxing holiday with good amenities and excellent service. Highly recommended!

What Could Be Improved: There was an extra €2 charge per person for breakfast if not booked online in advance – a bit frustrating and unexpected. The sofa bed for the third person (child) wasn’t very comfortable, and initially, there was no sheet provided, although we did receive one after asking. The pillows were quite hard, which may not suit everyone’s comfort preference. Our biggest issue was with the TVs – they were not smart TVs, so only a few local channels were available, mostly in foreign languages. There was no option to log in to streaming services like Netflix or YouTube. It would really be great if the hotel upgraded to smart TVs to match today’s technology expectations.

would like to express my gratitude for a wonderful holiday in a wonderful hotel! In the first place was the food. In the off-site there is a beautiful restaurant, which prepares different thematic cuisine every day! Very tasty and varied! The staff is very friendly and does their job well. The rooms are good. It is nice to sit on the balcony in the evening and enjoy the beautiful Mallorca. The pool is quite comfortable, quite sufficient for hotel guests.

- It would be nice if a bottle of water was left in the noser for guests upon arrival. We arrived at night and there was no opportunity to buy it. - Improve children's animation. The animator girl is very cool and the children like her, but there is only one of her and the children can sometimes get bored. - There is no clothes dryer on the balcony

The restaurant had great dishes. For lunch it was different every day and the cookies were great. It also had ice-cream. The room was very good and we had silence during the night, very important for kids. The kitchen could have had a little bit more pots. The pool was great. Usually we went to the beach which was very close, we only enjoyed the pool during the last half a day. In the evening there were also shows, we enjoyed the traditional flamenco one very much.

Great value for money. The apartment was well-equipped with a bathroom, bedroom, and a large living area with a dining table, TV and a big sofa! The kitchen included a coffee machine, a kettle, 2 hobs, a toaster, a fridge, a sink and lots of plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, etc. The bathroom and bedroom were both separate rooms within the apartment, making this "aparthotel" room really feel like a proper apartment and not just a hotel room. The balcony was also large and great for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner in the sun if you choose to make meals yourself (the hotel also offers breakfast and meals but we didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on that). The hotel is located about 5 minutes away from the beach and 1 minute away from the nearest Spar shop with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, so it really is in a great location.

The WiFi throughout the hotel was not great - it often had weak signal or completely dropped out, and the 4G in the area wasn't the best (at least with our network provider) so watching Netflix etc. isn't really an option unless you have your shows already downloaded before arrival.

We had an apartment and it was bright and clean. Comfortable beds in bedroom. Pool was pretty big and there were always sun loungers free. Excellent air conditioning which was a must! 5 minute walk to the beach, spar 1 minute from hotel and about a 20 minute walk from the main port.

Sofa bed quite hard in living room. For some reason there is a frosted door to the bathroom and it doesn't shut as there's no frame, you just sort of have to push it to. Very strange!

We loved to stay there. The location is good. Shops are in 1min distance. Beach is also very close. (5mins walk) The apartment was big enough for a family. Pools are good for kids and adults as well. The breakfast and dinner was perfect. Big selection of quality food. Loved the show cooking. The staff was great. John (from show cooking) was my absolutely favourite. Made our stay even better with his kindness and helpfulness. Thanks to him!:)

The description says there is a hotel parking, but it's actually just a pavement in front of the entrance Stained bedsheets No cleaning on thursdays and sundays No water/coffee/tea in the room The cleaning staff didn't clean the utensils

All very helpful and professional staff. Clearly friendly and cared about their customers experience. Everything nicely cleaned and looked after Good choice of food in the buffet

Pool was rather cool( but weather was also cooler!) Maybe a slide going into the pool ,or a little pop up splash area would be good for children A table tennis set might be good too.
