The grounds are lovely. So much natural shade from trees and well kept lawns. The pools are many and very nice. The hotel is set back from a very touristy area but near enough so you can shop or go to the local beach in less than 5 mins.the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is tonnes to do for kids but it never felt "overwhelming". A great family vibe. The rooms are clean and spacious. Large balconies many with great views. The food was excellent overall. Great choices and many healthy options too.

The hotel could use a little refresh. Towels and beds starting to look a bit old and maybe just a refresh of general things. Our Aircon worked but even at its most powerful it was just about enough. Again towels in rooms could do with an update. The coffee wasn't great. I think it's a big thing for most people and they could invest in an Nespresso machine at least for the breakfasts and dinners.

The hotel itself looks good, it's clean and well maintained (apart from two extra elevators which stopped working after the thunderstorm passed over). The room had empty small mini fridge, which was enough to put couple small things in. There were two small chocolates in the room when we arrived, no bottled water (water is available from the reception and dining area). Room was clean and had sufficient amount of towels available, the only thing I did not likes was the mattress which was too hard. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great, food tasty and service lovely. Car parking had plenty of spaces with at least four spaces for electric cars charging.

There were no free umbrellas for the guest to use as some other hotels in the same area have. Umbrellas cost 7 Euro in the hotel to purchase. No umbrellas were available at the spa area either. So imagine going for the nice relaxing massage and when it's time to get back to the room, it's pouring rain, so you have to run and get absolutely wet until you reach your destination, so 80 Euros you had just spend to relax are completely thrown away and you just had wasted time and money. Also you could purchase a thrown-away slippers, which other hotels offer for free and so on. The hotel position itself as "green" initiatives hotel which wants to do better and reduce plastic consumption, but it feels like greedy bastards who wants your money for every little thing, same as Ryanair does.

Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious options, with something to please every palate. The sauna, indoor pool, and jacuzzi facilities were excellent — clean, relaxing, and very enjoyable. We especially loved the group aqua sports sessions, which were fun and energizing. We were also extremely impressed with the cleanliness and order throughout the hotel, as well as the professional and friendly attitude of the staff. Their service was outstanding — honestly far beyond our expectations. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon! ☺️

Lots of people staying onsite, but due to the layout it did not feel crowded. Lovely pool area with lots of space and sun beds (my favourite element to the hotel) I liked that you could choose from a selection of locations around the pool with shade. Food selection was really good, breakfast wins, but dinner also provided a lot of choice and different theme nights so you never run out of options. The whole site has a very relaxed feel and encourages you to relax and stay onsite with lots of onsite facilities and entertainment. The beach is very close by if you want to spend time there. Very clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. Cleaners, cooks and reception staff all excellent.

I do appreciate the restaurant staff are very busy, and I am sure will only get busier as the summer progresses. I did notice they don’t pay a lot of attention to where they are walking, or they are having to rush around too much. Multiple times almost walking into or swerving guests. Both staff serving tables and those restocking food. I mention this as the whole site has such a relaxing feel, but sometimes you feel the need to brace yourself when you enter the restaurant area. You are rarely given right of way. I know guests should also pay attention and try not get in the way, but as a person who lives in a highly populated place I am always aware of those around me and this was something I repeatedly noticed.

Everything was nice, the staff, the room, the rooftop bar with a beautiful sea view, the breakfast, the pools (even if a bit too shallow), the games (pool, ping pong, tennis), the nearby beautiful beach with free long chairs and umbrellas.

Everything was nice. Just 3 comments: -Since it is not advised to drink tap water, it would have been good to have some water bottles in the room (complimentary or not), although there were machines selling them in the ground floor. -The long chairs in the swimming pool were not enough as I guess the hotel was full. It would be nice to have the possibility to get extra long chairs. -Kids animations were presented mainly in German and a little in English. It would be good to present them in Spanish too.

Booked an apartment at this village hotel and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was with a good sized balcony and how good the facilities within it were. A lot more like a private apartment rental than an hotel chain apartment. The two sofa beds in the lounge could have catered for adults but that was not allowed, so can only be booked as a family room. Well worth taking the breakfast option. Lovely swimming pools. We stayed above the spa, which looked well attended but not by us. The rooftop bar was a talking point and used several times. Free mini golf used several times during the cloudier days.

In May, the water in the swimming pools was...a little cold. I only went in twice over the course of a week, only on the sunniest days, and I didn't have much company. If it had been warmer it would've been every day.

As usual and excellent stay at our favourite hotel. The hotel has had a little face lift since we were last here and it looks fab. Good was a great as usual as were the staff who are alway attentive but never overbearing. The only little draw back was that the indoor pool kept being used for private lessons we were still able to use the pool but it always felt a little awkward. If the hotel could just tell us when they are on we would just avoid those times. But still a great resource to be able to use the indoor pool as the outdoor ones were a little chilly for our little one.

The pool area was incredible for children and adults alike. There were 5 different outdoor pools, a pool bar and different optional activities throughout the day. The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was like nothing I've ever experienced- there was everything you could ever wish for and more. The room was clean, nicely furnished with a balcony. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes to shops and restaurants. The roof bar was very nice! We had an excellent stay and we hope to return.

Air conditioning didn't really keep us cool. We had it on the highest fan setting with the coolest temperature and nothing really happened.

My stay was enjoyable, thanks to the amazing food and the lovely, attentive restaurant staff. I especially appreciated the hot buffet food with clear labelling. My room was spotless, thanks to the wonderful room cleaner, and the shower had fantastic pressure. Also we enjoyed the well-equipped gym, which had everything needed for a good workout. The spa was a pleasant experience, and while a couple of things weren't working as they should, I understand these things happen, especially at the beginning of the season. Overall, it was a wonderful stay,
