Great hotel for families, very friendly stuff, great food. The establishment is close to the beach like 5 minutes walk, pharmacy, bus stop, grocery stores are very close too. Loved it, we had a wonderful stay here.

Don't try all the food in few days, if you stay for at least a week, then it tends to be repetitive, which doesn't mean it wasn't good.

Hotel is on the good spot in Calella. Beach is close (3 min) , train station about 10 min on the foot. Breakfast and dinner are really great. On the Pool was sometime crowd but ok. Rooms are ok. We recommend hotel for families. You can easy reach the Barcelona out and visit it many times by train. The train stops on palca the Catalugna in Barcelona and journay takes about 1 hour. Family Tickes are 37 eur for family ( 4 of us ). Caella, for whom not visited it before, is nice place for walking, there are few nice streets, with shopos , food, bars ect... By rentacar or train you can visit Figueras and Dali museum

Nothing to worth it.

The staff at the reception was very nice. Food was tasty and had a good variety, the service in the evenings was very good too. The rooms where a bit basic but very clean, however a trashbin and mirror would have been a nice addition. Also Calella is a very nice small town with a lot of activities. We visited several other town on the coast, however Calella was the nicest.

The service at breakfast was a mess. Plates were not getting cleaned, utensils where not getting refilled and so on. Also they started cleaning the hall and turning the lights of when breakfast wasn't done. We didn't have those problems at dinner. Also dinner only lasts to 21:30, the website states 22:30. The hotel safe is not included in the price, it costs 10€ per week extra. The spa is not included as well and costs 12€ per hour per person which is a bit expensive. Also the hotel is not at the beach, which the photos suggest. Only the Bahari Club, which is part of the hotel is, however the whole week we were there it only opened once but only to a private event.

Staff is lovely and friendly. We arrived late and there was a food organised for us. That was a surprise as we had food included. Every day we had fresh towels and clean room. Cleaning lady was amazing. Everyone friendly and helpful. We used massage and spa. Also outdoor pool. Breakfast was almost the same every day,just few changes. Dinner had more verities. Enjoyed tuna stale, squid, salmon and many more. We stayed 7 days, but our flight was at the evening so we booked extra day so we don’t end up really tired.

The hotel is very close to the beach and city center, very clean, very nice and mostly helpful staff and the food is diversified and tasty, with lots of choices every day. We arrived a bit early but got the room right away. Also, they prepared cold breakfast when we left early in the morning.

For a 4*+ hotel, it lacks quite a few amenities: it doesn't have a gym, the pool is very small, there is no coffee or tea machine in the room, you have to pay extra for the safe in the room and so on.

Location was ideal, beach is a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were late checking in and reception kept some sandwiches for us to eat as the restaurant had closed. A small gesture but very thoughtful. Hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. Kids enjoyed the kids club painting. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good.

Decor in the room is a bit tired/dated and the beds were soft for our liking. Not really a 4* more a 3* but very happy with stay nonetheless.

The room was clean. The shampoos were a bit inadequate and the room did not have slippers. The breakfast was very good and the dinner too. Drinks were paid extra. The staff had normal behavior. The reception staff was very welcoming. We were very pleased. The area around the beach was fantastic.

overall it was good

The hotel is beautiful from the moment you enter, the receptionist always welcome you with a smile. We had a late flight so missed dinner but they provided us with a lovely packed lunch, which was nice of them. The breakfast was good. The location is great, close to a lot of shops and the beach, so you always get what you are looking for

The breakfast could have been a bit better and a bit warmer and the dinner could have had a better selection of food, the bathroom could do with a bath as well as a shower but those are just minor things

Food choices were fab. Staff very friendly. Room was great, beds very comfy, shower powerful. Great location. Shop across the road, beach few mins walk, loads of restaurants very close.

If I had to say something ........ perhaps the chips could be hotter.... that would be me trying to find a fault

Very good value for the price. Good food, clean and nice personnel. Close to the beach, close to the old town area.

The surroundings are not so luxurious, and the hotel needs here and there some renovations, but nothing critical, everything was functional. Keeping in mind the price, all acceptable.
