Good location in the heart of the pedestrianised area of town. A little way from the port, but walkable. Comfortable room and drinking water provided. Good sized sleeping area.

Shower overly complicated and one knob broken. Not easy to adjust temperature of room. No breakfast deal provided, although there was an adjoining café where food could be bought. Some staff had no English. Electric was turned off at the fuse box on arrival. Double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together.

The hotel is in a rather convenient location, and overall, the stay is quite comfortable. However, over the years, it has lost a bit of its former charm — it used to feel more polished. The rooms are fairly cosy, though showing clear signs of wear, which somewhat detracts from the experience. Breakfasts are quite good and make for a nice start to the day.

The main drawback is the lack of parking: you can’t drive up to the hotel as it’s situated on a pedestrian-only street where cars aren’t allowed.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The use of tiles, marbles and the statues gives it an elegant, classic look. Location is very good in the shopping street. Very close to House of Dragons and Museum Revellin, but basically all points of interests are pretty close. Friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast offers a good variety. Bacon is great!

The breakfast room does not represent the beauty of the hotel. It is a kind of a back room. The quality of the staff at the breakfast varies per day. On day 1 it was good and attentive, but on day 2 three tables were empty but were not cleaned. They picked up the dirty dishes from the table but did not come back to clean the tables. Not ok.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed, and the staff made everything so comfortable and easy. A special thanks to Pepa for her kind assistance and warm hospitality — she truly made my experience memorable. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere was very inviting. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Im writing this review just for the restaurant of the hotel "ITACA" which is AMAZING! The waiter there is really nice and the food is fabulous! The hotel overall it's good if you're staying just 1 night not more. The position is in the center. Visit the beach because the water is really nice.

The A/C didn't work, the breakfast had no choice at all, the pool is not available and in general it needs some renovation. It feels more like a 3 stars but the best hotel in Ceuta so far.

Perfect location, tidy and spacious room with all the amenities. Breakfast was ok for the price (7 euros). Big screen TV is always a plus.

Desk staff communication and behaviour was occasionally a little lackluster, might be a language barrier thing (I don't speak Spanish and their English may be limited). Got all the info I needed though.

Comfortable bed. Beautiful view! Good location with lots of shopping and restaurants around.

The bathroom smelled like sewage most of the time. Would have been nice to know we would need to park in a city garage ($33!). Impossible to get to with your car. You have to park and walk which is fine, but that made it stressful at first.

Went for an overnight stay in Ceuta and selected this hotel. Ceuta is not too big a place so it’s a gentle walk from the ferry terminal to the hotel. It’s in a great location, very central with lots of street cafes and bars within walking distance. If we ever come back to Ceuta, this is certainly the hotel we would select.

The location was our favorite part about the property, though the hotel and staff were all very nice. We really liked it!

Probably the only part at all that wasn't good is though we stated a preference to have our three rooms close together and beforehand it looked as though they were going to accommodate us, we all ended up being on different floors and that was just very difficult with kids in terms of navigation. We made it work, and thankfully most of our kids are old enough, but since we booked our hotel several weeks in advance we didn't think we would be so spread out.
