A good hotel in the town centre of Ciudad Rodrigo. The 'historic old town' is well worth a look, and is uphill of the hotel. The modern town centre is in the opposite direction, and not as beautiful of course.

I struggled to make myself understood with the Reception lady, even though I speak several languages (but not Spanish). Used google translate in the end, but still struggled and was only sorted when the owner got involved. I was a tiny bit annoyed with the attitude I received tbh. Motorcyclists beware if using the underground carpark, as the ramp is really steep and has a 90 degree bend near the top.

Breakfast was included, basic but enough,yogurt, juice, toast,hot drinks. Parking was available, as it was underneath the hotel, with anything other than a smallish car, it was interesting. The hotel was so well situated for exploring Cuidad Rodrigo. It was a short walk to the market and the bus station. A number of bars and restaurants were at hand, 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is close to the old walled city. Parking was extra as stated but very tight to get into. The room was adequate with no frills but comfortable. Our window looked at a brick wall a few feet away. Breakfast was included and was a good continental spread.

Parking was in basement and tricky turning down into and spaces tight. The staff at arrival was not particularly helpful but morning one was very helpful.

Could hear neighbours very clearly through walls .. and the drinks machine by reception.. We were opposite lift... Just a note for bikers very steep curved slope to underground parking... One guy dropped his bike. Hubby found ok tho

The accommodation was adequate.

I am sorry to say that I found the staff indifferent. We arrived in heavy rain. The receptionist was engaged in a long telephone call. There was no non-verbal acknowledgement or apology when finished. In short no spoken welcome of any sort. The same applied at checkout.

It was good value for money and close to most areas we wanted to visit. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good which made it even better value for money.

The underground car park was too tight for my car and we needed to park in the street. Fortunately there was a space nearby.

Very well maintained, enjoyably clean b&b in the lovely small town of Castelo de Rodrigo. I had to leave early before the breakfast was officially served but I got it anyway. It was tasty and abundant. It was a tiny bit tricky to find a free parking spot in the streets near by as my big car might not have gone into the garage easily but the streets are very safe and peaceful. This is a hotel accommodation that I would return for a little free time break to explore the historic town with nice restaurants and good artisanal ice creams and the nature - such as storks and swallows .

Quiet location but close to the main town and square. Comfortable beds and room had air con. Breakfast was good

Limited parking on site but plenty of parking in the streets right next to the hotel. Felt a safe area.

Very kind receptionist. Amazing quality-price wise (39€ low season). Parking on the street is available 200mt away. Walking distance to many cheap eats, supermarkets and the historic center. Breakfast included with satisfactory buffet.

Wifi not working in room 205, low signal. Clean in general, but cleaniness in few hidden corners could be improved (tub mainly).

Clean, sizeable room. Excellent value for money. Underground parking, but has a very steep challenging entry point. Good breakfast.
