The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The charming local cultural details throughout the property made for a truly unique stay.

Despite the hotel's many positives, a significant drawback was the unresponsive air conditioning. Although we tried to adjust the temperature on the remote, the changes didn't seem to have any real effect. This forced me to repeatedly turn the unit on and off to avoid the room becoming too cold, which was a frustrating inconvenience.

Very clean - one of the best showers so far, and a decent size room. The breakfast was superb..….eggs, bacon, granola, meats, fruit, other varieties of things. One thing I personally liked…an enlarged mirror in the bathroom. It had very good air conditioning. The staff was very helpful in assisting us in how to get to the Feria, which was going on at the time (an amazing experience) It was well located to all the main sites and plenty of restaurants. We walked from the train station to the hotel, but I would suggest getting a taxi instead. Upon leaving, we taxied back to the train station and it was pretty cheap. Except for going to the train station, you can walk everywhere - no problem. Even though they didn’t have coffee in the room (except for instant) the coffee in the breakfast room was super….two kinds….Jura machine expresso and “longo” and another machine that used capsules. I would return if we ever come back here.

The hotel was located 15 minute walk across a park from the train station and was a 10 minute walk to the main Mezquita/Catedral area in one direction and 10 minute walk to the main shopping area in another direction. The whole ambience of the hotel was fresh and welcoming; the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Breakfast was served until 10.30am on week days and until 11.30am at weekends and public holidays which is very generous.

Location is ok. 15 mins walk to train station and not far from the Cathedral and other attractions.

Couldn’t adjust the a/c temperature and the fan speed. The temperature and fan speed setting didn’t work. It could only be turned on or off. So once it was on it was full on! The room didn’t have any blankets, they only provided a flat sheet. Not sure if it meant to be like this, but this was my first time seeing a hotel provide no blanket but a flat sheet.

Good location. Great breakfast buffet (as I know it from NH). Friendly staff. Second room we were given was spacious and comfortable.

Why were we given a dingy room to begin with, when it didn‘t seem the property was full? It was stuffy (heating on) and the bathroom tiny. Barely able to squeeze in between sink and loo. We at first made do with it. But after coming back from dinner the room was still really hot, despite us having switched off the heating. We proceeded to open the window to a small inner courtyard which gave a bit of relief. But an other guest had the great idea of smoking out of his window into the courtyard which made us go complain to reception. We were given a different room immediately, but one wonders why it couldn‘t have been that one to begin with. The new one being spacious (bathroom too) and airy.

Good location within walking distance from the hestorcal side of the city. Also very close to the hob on off city sightseeing bus stop.Very clean and very good customer service. I have seoliac so when I asked the front desk about the availabilty of gluten free food the gentleman there came with me to the restaurant and discussed the matter with the cheff then the chef prepared a special dish for me! We also enjoyed the breakfast..all in all it was a very nice stay,,

Very close to the train station ( 9min) and very close to all the touristic attractions and in the same time away from the hordes of tourists. People working in the reception, cleaning and breakfast room were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was rich. Quality could be improved.

Standard rooms were a bit small ( however clean). The insulation between the rooms is not the best. We could hear someone snoring and a family having a party next door.

Hotel foyer and check-in area was comfortable, well appointed, spotlessly clean and above all, given the temperatures outside, cool. The bedrooms were of a similar nature. The sound insulation was excellent, although, that being said, the location was quiet anyway. The breakfast was superb, both in terms of quality and value for money

The toilet in the ensuite was too close to the wall. One had to sit sideways.

I booked this hotel for my parents and our golden retriever. We have been super happy with the pet friendliness of this structure. In Spain it is usually tricky to find a hotel that accepts dogs, and often they only accept dogs up to 10kg…. This place not only accepted our dog but even left a “surprise” in the room, i.e. a little bed for the dog, a brand new tennis ball, water/ food bowls and treats! Such a nice gesture for dog owners :) The hotel was also super central, tidy and the staff was very kind and professional. I don’t usually rate 10/10 but the kindness and love to make our dog feel welcome really made the difference! I strongly recommend this hotel.

Everything went perfect

The kind staff and a large lobby were enough to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The bed was comfy. The air-conditioner worked well. This hotel served an excellent breakfast. Hotel amenities were also decent. Mesquita is located in a 10~15-minute walk. It was good to have the Victoria market near the hotel to chill off the sizzling summer. Overall, staying at this hotel was enjoyable.
