Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and made up daily, hotel location was only a short walk to the town centre. underground parking was great and locked at night time keeping our motorbikes safe.

the bar was very good, but was not open for the last 4 nights of our stay, this was the only real letdown. Booking.com website has underground parking down as an extra cost but was actually included when we arrived. Breakfast, if not included with your booking is actually cheap to pay at hotel than on booking.com website.

We have stayed at this hotel before and like it's position. A 15-minute stroll into the main town of jaca and situated in a quiet area with lots of free parking. The large rooms have mountain views and are quiet.

We wanted to eat in the main restaurant with a full menu but was told we only had the option of the bar menu. It was a limited fast food selection. So we had dinner in the town centre. The air conditioning did not work well.

We didn’t realise that you had to put the sign out if you wanted your room to be cleaned. The breakfast was €20. We thought it was a bit expensive.

It’s in a good location and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were pleasant but not very informative. The food at dinner was good even though it was buffet style. Unfortunately a coach party were booked in and it was a bit hectic with only one member of staff in the restaurant. Similar chaos at breakfast.

Everything was fantastic. Staff were delightful and welcoming, facilities were great, parking was secure (important for motorcycles) , the rooms were comfortable and well appointed, the bar was great and the breakfast was excellent.

I am surethat I booked inside parking as that seemed the only option on Booking. Com and cost 15 Euros but the parking was outside and free but I did not get a refund. Booking. com does not itemise what you have paid for on the confirmation email which makes it impossible to check what yobooked and the cost

EXCELLENT stay. Staff very helpful, facilites clean and updated, very comfortable. Two available pools, one indoor and one outdoor - very nice. Exercise room looked nice, too. Breakfast was AMAZING. Would go back just for the breakfast. Overall our favorite stay of our trip.

Great location for a break in my journey. Easy walk into town with some wonderful views of the high Pyrenees. Nice friendly staff and a good breakfast. Although plenty of free parking is available, I appreciated the secure underground garage.

I loved the two levels room The bed was very comfortable, I slept really well. I enjoyed the few complimentary snacks at the lobby.

That this was probably a good deal we found rather than the usual price. 😂 I missed a small coffee machine in the room.

The hotel facilities were excellent, room very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. special thanks to Luis who translated menus into English and assisted us with much more! food was excellent recommend the steak
