The staff was pleasant. The pool looked inviting, though I did not use it. As I was traveling through for one night, I did not have to go into town center. The Spa is overlooking the historic area. I like this, as parking is easy. I took a walk on a local steep trail. The breakfast was buffet and nice.

Dinner was seated. Though I had prepaid for dinner and breakfast, the 2 women assigned to manage the 12 tables (and I think cook) was far to much work for them. Besides myself there were 2 other customers waiting for takeout. I had to get the desk manager to ok my takeout. I simply wanted to relieve pressure on these 2 women and get some food at 22:00. That also took 25 mins. The staff were nice. Considering I had to 'pick a time slot ' for dinner when i booked, it was not working. Pressure on staff.

The room was great. The food in the restaurant (evening meal) was delicious, and the waitress was helpful and friendly. The next morning, the breakfast was also good.

Despite checking in online as requested, the receptionist still insisted on having our passports and also requested that we sign the signature pads. The signatures I refused to do, as we had already done so online. I was then informed that they had sent me an email that morning stating that the Spa could not be used due to a problem. Unfortunately, it was sent at 9:22 am, and I had been driving to Jaca since 8 am, so I was unaware. Whilst disappointing, these things happen I guess, so I will return another time, to try out the Spa facilities.

We decided to take a walking holiday in the Jaca area and used the Jacetania Aparathotel as our base, the rooms are all like apartments with a kitchen, lounge etc but the location has a superb restaurant for a good breakfast and dinner if you require it. The apartments are very spacious and we were on the 2nd floor with a front view over the surrounding mountains and as we drive there we use the excellent under ground parking to keep the car out of the weather and safe. Highly recommended.

Great Apartahotel for the location for walking in the local mountains and Jaca and Cam-franc area. The apartment (for 2 people) was on the 3rd floor and exceptional well laid out with all the facilities required for a very comfortable stay. The restaurant was located on the ground floor and served excellent cuisine which having the full pension was very well received. The staff in the restaurant deserved special mention as they were very friendly and helpful at all time, highly recommended.

Generally everything was excellent however in the lounge area a table lamp or floor-standing lamp would be good for subdued lighting.

We are two self-catering 70+ year olds from Australia travelling around Portugal and Spain in a hire car for a couple of months. We stayed for one night. The hotel is set a bit apart from other buildings on a hill and we had asked for parking when we booked at E6 per night. But when we arrived at 4pm there was lots of free parking in the street and a large parking area in front of the hotel so we cancelled our parking reservation when arrived. We had booked a one-bedroom apartment for 2 adults and the photos in booking.com are accurate. We were in room number 6 which had windows on two sides which was great. It was modern and comfortable. Nice not to have to worry about lock boxes and codes to get in. We self-catered but there is a restaurant on site – although you can only view a copy of the menu on the reception desk. The kitchen has all the basics you need to cook a meal although there was no kettle and no tea towel. We were very comfortable in the room and didn’t stray as it was just a stop-over Buffet breakfast was included and it was good. There were hot scrambled eggs and bacon, and all the other usual cold items such as cereal, cheese and lots of pastries and muffins.

The reception staff speak very little English but pretend that they understand so if you ask them anything make sure you use google translate to be sure. The wifi connection was so poor we couldn’t use it and had to hotspot our phones. There was something wrong with our bed frame- when you sat on one side of the bed it creaked suddenly as if it was going to collapse. It was fine to sleep in. We reported it to reception so hopefully it will be fixed.

Staff were really helpful and friendly Rooms were clean, cool and spacious Beds were comfortable with enough blankets and sheets for all seasons Food in the restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced Pool area was clean and tidy Our apartment had a cooker, sink and fridge which was handy

The bar didnt open until 7pm. It would have been nice to sit and have a beer a little earlier as we checked in at 5.30pm and there wasnt much to walk to close by that we could see. The bathroom contained a bidet, a toilet and a bath with a shower over it. Whilst many may enjoy a long soak after a day in the mountains those with slightly less mobility might struggle to stride into the bath for a shower. Each bed only had one pillow. Had we been stopping for more than one night we would have asked for another each.

Lovely room, having a kitchen is such a bonus, just for the fridge! Swimming pool great, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa really good too. Great place to relax

Bar not open during the day, maybe because it was Sunday. No English TV channels, just to chill in the evenings as not anything around hotel that we found, which was fine for a stopover

After a long drive we arrived at this quiet and perfectly located hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. The apartment is extremely clean, spacious, well equipped, and with AC. Our apartment had two big balconies where we enjoyed the view of a big thunderstorm comfortably. It is possible to charge an electric vehicle in the private payed underground parking of the hotel (if requested previously), at the moment you arrive they will give you a key to the door on your parking spot that you open and find the plug (about 10A) where to to connect your portable charger. For us it was perfect and a huge advantage, just be a little more careful with bigger cars while manoeuvring. There also is free street parking just outside, in front of the hotel. They also have a restaurant and spa. This time we chose to explore the city and did not have the time to try the spa. Would return and recommend it!

the apartment was clean and decently furnished. they had a parking space for charging of electric cars (8euro per night). size of apartment was nice, toilet was nice, breakfast was great! spa was a nice addition.

we booked a 3 night stay, and in the bill, each night was a room+spa but I was informed that we had 1 visit to the Spa throughout our stay. maybe I misunderstood? There was no option to select the apartment with the double bed - so when we arrived, we were given 2 singles.

The location was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a good selection and fresh. We liked that we had to select the time for breakfast meaning it was never overcrowded.

The equipment in the kitchen was sparse- no kettle for boiling water and no space for washing up.
