A reasonable sized room with a comfy bed. The bathroom and shower were also good. A spacious lobby with access to a bar area and restaurant. Very good choice of food for breakfast. We used the spa facilities twice - they were good, without being exceptional. Parking was on-street, outside or near the hotel - we never had a problem finding a space. The hotel is located a short walk from the main town, which we tended to use in the evening for food. If we were visiting Jaca again, we'd most likely stay at the Real again.

There's nothing to really pick out as a negative - it's a very clean hotel and more than met our needs. If I was to suggest any improvement it would be tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Very good location, close to but not directly in the old town. A few steps to access old town directly, so not ideal for those with mobility issues, but it meant a quiet location. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast choice and good snack menu available in bar. Off street parking available in secure garage.

For us parking wasn’t a problem, but the garage is very limited in space, so it would be worth booking a place ahead of arrival.

The hotel is a modern hotel in a great location - just a short walk up some stairs to the old town. The room was clean and set up well, although with little baggage space. The room was clean and laid out well with plenty of power points where needed, etc. It had a nice sized bathroom and shower, comfortable beds, and extra pillows if needed . Free car parking was available in the hotel but not needed as there was plenty of parking just outside the hotel. The breakfast was great with a good range of offerings for all cultures. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would certainly stay again when visiting Jaca.

The small baggage container - one small bag maximum. A second bag had to be placed on the floor and would make bed access difficult.

Clean and efficient with good parking accessed via. a rather tight steep ramp. The room was good, the food in the restaurant was better than average and overall we had a pleasant stay. The location is compromised by the physical geography of the town meaning that a fairly steep hill has to be climbed to reach the old town itself. However, providing it isn't raining (which it was when we visited in late October) the walk provides good exercise and builds up an appetite.

The restaurant was very "hotel" but served its purpose on a rainy night. The surroundings of the hotel are "urban Spain" so are not picturesque, but don't be put off by that.

The overall price for the 4 nights was very good and the room were fine and very clean. It was very close to the city center (4-5 min walking). Value for money amazing.

The food at the cafeteria/restaurant was poor and tasted bad. SPA is very small and not included in the price. Honestly in a 4 stars hotel I expect to be able to use it and without limitation of time.

Jaca is beautiful. Hotel is a great location. Lots of on street parking. Only stayed 1 night. The pool was very small though and cold. Looked bigger on the photos. Would stay again if we ever visited the same place. Didn't eat here so can't comment on the breakfast or dinner. Like the fact there was a bath too.

Nothing not to like.

Superb hotel that offered everything I needed for a one-night stay. Safe on-street parking immediately outside, lovely staff, handy cafeteria as well as a restaurant. A short 5 minute walk into the centre of Jaca which has a vibrant centre full of lovely shops, bars and cafes. After a long day in the car, I walked all around the citadel surrounded by beautiful views of the Pyrenees, had a couple of beers in an atmospheric and crowded bar in the centre before dinner in the hotel. I would stay again, highly recommended.

Very good location, mutes away from bars and restaurants! Hotel was surrounded by mature green belt, trees and gardens. There is a small dipping pool in the back and it’s quiet, nice and private. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Loved the breakfast and the coffee !! Wouldn’t hesitate to to stay there again !!! We will be back !

Good garage for motorcycles overnight. Modern ,clean hotel. Decent self service breakfast, and a reasonable evening menu.

Wished we could have used the sauna etc as a guest without a €25 charge

Very comfy bed, spotless modern bathroom, although the rainforest shower head didnʻt seem to work. Breakfast was perfect to fuel you before a dayʻs skiing in Candnachu & Astun.

Coffee could be better!
