The hotel is very well located in the town and everything is an easy walk. The staff were very friendly and generally we liked the room. We were able to store our bikes in the room. All of our needs were met, see comment about what we didn't like.

Unfortunately the first night there was a repetitive pump noise all night long. Cycling every 20 seconds or so. Was very disturbing to our sleep. We reported it to the hotel and we were not told what they were doing but somebody was in and seems to have done something to the water system (assuming a leak was causing a pressure pump to cycle on and off???). The noise was gone the next night, so was great they fixed it, but would have been good if they had let us know one way or another. We still thought the hotel was good value, and we reported the noise at midnight so having it fixed the next day seemed very reasonable.

This property is in an excellent location in Jaca. It is within walking distance of stores, restaurants, buses, and historical sites. The room was clean, cozy, and warm. It was chilly during my stay, so the down comforter on the bed was perfect! The cafe has a tasty menu, coffee, cocktails, and great service! The staff is wonderful! They are always helpful and kind. As a solo traveller, it was the best choice for my vacation. I felt safe and comfortable.

A great location and good value for money. Parking near th ehotel is also possible and is free between 8pm and 10am. Other times it's only a couple of euros for 2 hrs. Free public car parking is available 10mins walk away. Limited time for off loading directly outside the hotel is easy.

It's a carefully managed small hotel with very friendly and caring staff. Great location in the town centre within easy walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Clean room, comfy beds, good wi-fi, OK breakfast. Great value for money.

The hotel is on a pedestrian street, and has no car park, but a free parking is available within a couple of hundred metres.

The room was nice and clean. With a great bathroom. Location was great.

After a night of staying there. We asked for some hot water in the morning for our tea. We had our own cup/ tea and they charged us for the water.

Very loud because the doors and walls are thin. Hard to sleep. Shower was a little small. Sheets smelled weird.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, hotel is place in old town but it’s not loud outside. Rooms aren’t too big, for couple nights it’s great. Really tasty lunch and super big portions!

Great location in the centre of town, managed to park both bikes on the roadside parking bay 10m from door. Excellent English speaking receptionist who recommended a great tapas bar, very comfy rooms, great bar.

This is a lovely little hotel. We booked last minute for a very good price. It's situated really well in Jaca with lots of bars and restaurants around. We had a drink in the bar. The whole hotel was very clean and our room was clean and comfortable. We slept very well. The shower was good. Staff were all cheerful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
