This is the second time we book with this hotel. I love it. It's located in the perfect spot, easy to walk to town, not too difficult to park. The staffs are wonderful, friendly and attentive. Room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. the only thing that I have no comment is breakfast, we never ate in the hotel, there are just too many little bar/ resto to try.

Maybe don't wake the guests up at 9am to clean the room? and the sound from other room's guests is very loud and clear. Perhaps a bit work on sound insulation?

Location was great. Gorgeous old building with beautiful features. Lovely that they offer coffees. Great they have a lift service. Reception were very helpful especially when we had to leave early on our last day to catch a bus to Zaragoza. We didn't spend much time in our room because we were out every single day

High step leading into bathroom kept challenging us especially when half asleep in the night.... the shower was a tad challenging for me as I'm disabled so my husband had to assist me. Window in our room didn't have much of a view.... it was a view of the fire escape. No heating that we could see. Bed wasn't very comfortable. WiFi speed was really slow so I couldn't do the work I needed to do on my phone

Been using this hotel for over 20 years. It's in what looks like a big family house, an old building with lots of exposed beams, heavy traditional wooden furniture, etc. It's situated in a side street featuring a park, so it's fairly quiet. Parking near the property is usually possible; they have a dedicated unloading slot. It has a family feel, and I'm welcomed back like an old acquaintance. No restaurant but good breakfast, including Spanish options.

The location is good: a few minutes walk from the centre. This is better than the very centre, which is very noisy at times. You also have the possibility of parking in nearby streets. Breakfast is the typical hotel buffet: ham, cheese, bread, toast, cereals, coffee etc.

Some of the other guests were a bit loud late at night...

The hotel is located in a convenient area – close to the city center but on a quiet street. The reception staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, with plenty of space to organize your luggage.

Even though the bathroom was clean, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes.

Simple style rooms but quality furniture. Bathroom good quality and very clean. Quiet location, across the road from the centre of Jaca, quite a few bars/restaurants and shops.

Perhaps a walk in shower rather than over the bath. Fridge and kettle would be useful. Continental Breakfast was just ok, limited choice of cereals.

Location, the room and the staffs. The hotel is right in the center of the town, short walking distance to everything. Lots of little bars and restaurants within 5 mins of walk. The room has high ceiling and bigger than I expected. The beds are super comfortable. It's always clean and smells good. The staffs are super nice and friendly, super helpful. They make the hotel experience beyond wonderful.

If I have to pick something.....nothing, really.

Great location to walk to the old town and the many bars and restaurants. There is also a secure garage for motorbikes and cars, just a little hard to find for the first time. Staff were very good and patient with us as we battled with the language, although they spoke much better English than we spoke Spanish.

The breakfast was a little basic and didn’t really set you up for the day. But other than that everything was good.

Staff were wonderful, always helpful and they made our visit a pleasure. The hotel location is excellent being central and overlooking park. Nice breakfast. Good facilities for relaxing during the day.
