Location was pretty good for going to the city center, this is a ski town and we were traveling through in the summer & going out to see some hiking sites mostly. Bed was comfortable. There is an old small lift to get to your floor. They had shades to darken (& keep warm) the room, b/c the lights in street are bright. They had a restaurant but it must only be open during the ski season. There were a few great restaurants nearby, especially a coffee boulangerie/patisserie just around the corner for mornings, and a great restaurant next to the (very cool old) chocolateria/patisserie in the old town. They said there was a parking garage but we parked on the street nearby.

the shower spilled out into the room because the glass was too short, needs a shower curtain.

Room was comfortable and have a fair amount of space for clothing. I was there to cycle the lovely mountains in and around the town and found the small refrigerator and shelf space perfect for one person.

I am a tall person so found the single beds too short, the shower stall tricky (hit my head on a shower crossbar), and the chair too small.

Receptionist was really helpful, pointed out we could park outside overnight and saved us using the underground parking. Clean, easy to find, short walk to the centre. Good price. Left too early to take breakfast but would definitely stay here again and hope I do. Communication before we arrived was excellent as well.

The staff was really friendly. She made a taxi reservation from Jaca to Ainsa on behalf of us as we cannot speak Spanish. We wouldn’t of able to sort it out without her. And very good location and comfy place!

Perfect location for exploring Jaca. Large comfortable room with a small balcony. Very comfortable bed. Garage parking for my motorcycle. Would be good if booking in could be a little earlier, say, 1500.

Very noisy occupants on the upper floor both late and then early.

The staff were lovely and the room was fab ( with our own balcony) ,even had a small fridge which was great .

Stopped doing breakfasts even though stated on Booking .com that they served breakfast.

Excellent hotel, safe garage for parking motorbikes in very comfortable room, clean, tidy and well presented. Easy walk into centre of Jaca. Will come back and base here for a longer period.

Easy walking distance to the old town but far enough away to be peaceful at night. Secure garage parking for motorbikes but to be fair the neighbourhood is nice enough to park your bike on the street if you had to.

The air con was locked at 27C due to government advice which made it quite hot at night but this was not the case at any other hotel we stayed at.during our 2 weeks in Spain.

Although the hotel looked new it felt very ‘oldy worldy Spanish’. We liked it a lot.

Banging my head on the sloping roof in our room. Maybe a warning sign or hanging object would help.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Room was light and airy. Breakfast adequate for the price. Good location. Short walk into the central part of the town.
