The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout, and the front desk staff were very welcoming—special thanks to Adame, who was particularly helpful and friendly during our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, which was a great way to start the day. The location is also a major plus—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and right at the tip of the main strip, so you’re close to shops, restaurants, and plenty of things to do. The spa and gym facilities, while smaller than they appear in the photos, were very well maintained and clean, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

One of the main issues was the room service, which closes at 11 PM. While this might be fine for some, it became inconvenient when we wanted a late-night snack or drink. To make matters worse, the hotel has a strict policy against bringing in any food or drink from outside. This left us with no options after 11 PM, which felt restrictive and frustrating as we would have to leave the comfort of our room to eat.

The food there is out of it's place. Amazing choice, not boring, amazing starters and other great, freshly made options. Congrats for chef! Personel super friendly, totally helpful in every possible way. Rooms are stunning and comfy. 15min walk to the beach. I also had a relaxing massage which was just amazing! I can totally recommend.

When booking I was not aware that kids are not allowed to use indoor swimming pool. There is a kids club when you could leave the baby when you go to the SPA or swimming pool, but from 4yo, and this was not the point. The indoor pool was one of the reasons why we chose this place, and we did not think that such restrictions may apply. Rooftop pool is also adults only. Good to know when you travel with kids.

Beautifully renovated hotel. The food selection at breakfast and dinner is plentiful, and the quality of the meals is premium category. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially Mr. Traore and the young guy with glasses at the reception. The rooms are clean, and it's a very good idea that the air conditioner is placed above the entrance door, so the cold air doesn't blow directly on your head. The windows are soundproof, so no noise can be heard at night.

The hotel is top class. We got upgraded to a fab suite. The staff the facilities ,pools, dining, breakfast everything was exceptional .I would love to give this a 10 out of 10 rating however the security is lacking and we found out first hand. My pool bag was stolen and the contents value plus replacements cost about €700 .

I feel the hotel needs to implement sone sort of identification in the form of a hotel bracelet visible to everyone who is a resident and more importantly who isn’t . When my pool bag was stolen it was such a low in our week which up to then had been perfect at the L’Azure . I couldn’t relax properly after that incident as I wasn’t sure who was loitering around the pool area .

The rooms were amazing with very comfy beds and a lovely balcony. Pool area was incredible and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very modern in a great location.

We could hear people running up and down the corridors at 3am onwards, very noisy as the rooms weren’t soundproofed that well.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was very well located. Close to the bus station and to the beach. Stores were nearby and restaurants as well. However we didn’t need to go out very much because the restaurants at the property were very good. We have breakfast and dinner at their La Plaza restaurant. We liked the variety and freshness of the food. Also liked that during dinner time different cuisines were offered and most of the food was prepared on the spot so you could see the fresh produce and how it was made. The hotel stuff was amazing and we had pleasant first family vacation there. If ever in the area would return for sure.

One thing we did not enjoy much was that smoking was allowed at the main pool area where a lot of kids were also playing and staying. As I personally don’t want to be a passive smoker or have my kid next to someone that smokes all day by the pool I was a bit disturbed by the fact that it was even allowed.

The hotel was the best we had after traveling since sept 9.. It was perfect....beautiful modern super clean staff was sooi nice food was excellent room amazing clean comfortable modern

Everything was more than enough and perfect We enjoyed our stay there The staff were amazing and lovely and very welcoming and helpful they were super nice and calm and ready for every question The breakfast was delicious very good and variety of food a little incident made the breakfast once not good but otherwise everything was great Our suit was very good and big and comfortable everything was clean and smells good The coffee was always new and we loved it

What made us a little disappointed was that one time when we asked the woman in the breakfast room about what the food (meat) was and she said it was chicken but turned out to be pork and we don’t eat pork we are muslims and we asked twice to make sure, eventually my daughters had to throw up It would be very nice if they considered muslims not eating pork and provide some chicken or other meat beside pork

Amazing Hotel, staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is really clean and provides everything you need. Gorgeous rooftop- (adults only pool) with day beds that follow the sun, massive bar and restaurant.

The welcome note, chocolates and complimentary drink were a very nice touch The breakfast was delicious. There was a lot of variety. Pastries, eggs cooked to your liking, cereals, fruit etc.I would definitely recommend. A great variety of milk. The beds were fab- I slept like a baby. The view from the room and the balcony was really nice. The staff especially the reception & activity staff for aerobics and painting.

If I had to pick at something it would be the tea and coffee which could do with a review, as my preference is Yorkshire Tea. Maybe offer a different selection of ground coffee.
