The one thing that left a bitter taste and cast a shadow over my vacation was the bartender at the restaurant bar. After a misunderstanding, he became very unpleasant and quite aggressive. He yelled at me and I believe he said some insults in Spanish. He was waving his hands and chasing me away as if I were a dog. I paid for my stay and the service there. Other waiters tried to calm the situation. I was with my 4-year-old child who got very scared and kept waking up throughout the night. The bartender is older, bald, and wears glasses. I think his name is Juan or Jose Niño, and he was the only unpleasant experience from my holiday and from Spain."

We only stayed one night but for the price we paid, it exceeded our expectations. The food was simple but really well presented and cooked well. The outdoor pool was great, clean and being early in the season didn't put the kids off even though it was cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were really comfortable and the bedroom simple but spotless. We paid £51 for half board and honestly, for the price, it was exceptional value. The location was handy enough, being a really pleasant 10 mins walk to the beach and set back a little from the really busy streets. Being so close to the bus station made it the perfect first night when we arrived in Lloret. We'd be happy to go back again.

The decking around the pool may need you to be a little careful as a little uneven in parts, but hard to complain about anything as price was so good.

It was a perfect location, and had everything we needed. Staff Joel P was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. So a credit to him.

Other staff members weren’t so nice. Especially the bald man with the glasses. He appeared to have attitude against British people staying at the hotel.

Really nice room - very spacious, clean, modern, good aircon. Very fast WiFi, very comfortable beds. Close to all the bars, restaurants, bus station - easy walking distance and 247 reception

The food wasn't great, same stuff for every meal every day with only a slight variation and often quite cold. Lots of items but all the same each day

I liked the pool and the food

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. There was no customer service to assist with even basic needs. Security was non-existent, making me feel unsafe throughout my stay. Shockingly, no towels or water were provided in the rooms, basic amenities that every hotel should offer. Overall, this place felt completely unprofessional and poorly managed.

Located close to the bus station. Beaches (both Fenal and Lloret beach) are 5 min. walk. Extremely comfortable beds (memory foam matraces and pillows) ensured good sleep. Good breakfast. Family pool area. Animation latin dance at the pool ;)

It is a huge complex with lots of guest even in early season. Sometimes a bit crowded at the restaurant. There is a beer garden and a crazy ‘amusement facility’ next door but they were not that noisy with closed windows. A fridge / minibar would be useful.

The hotel has an excellent location (about 5 min walk from the bus station). The hotel has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, with an excellent value for money. The room was very clean

Breakfast hours should be extended. Rooms should have a mini freezer, as with the daily temperatures it is not possible to keep drinks cold longer than 2 hours after they are purchased

The suite room was very comfortable with noise-proof double-glazed windows. There were a lot of people in the hotel but it seemed well organized and the staff very polite and helpful.

No real complaints, considering it is a hotel that caters to many people.
