The resort is extremely spacious. Loved the fact that there were several pools to choose from as well as some water slides for the kids. Breakfast was pretty decent. A basic yet good selection for everyone

The hotel was pretty full and one of the elevators wasn't working. So we had to hike up and down the stairs for a couple of days, however on the bright side, we got some great exercise.

It was amazing, funny for kids, swimming pools and location. Not too expensive, excluding the parking which you have to pay separately!

The main problem of that hotel is that its very noisy, even after middnight, and starting again in the morning about 5 a.m. It wasn't so clean as we were expected, as it's 4 stars. The cleaners will come to change your bedding not every day, I am not talking about cleaning the room, even on last day they add only towels, no mopping.

Good hotel with a great location, close to the center and close to the bus station. Nice swimming pools and good food (you can choose only breakfast, half or full board.

The room was in the second building on the 1st floor, so the sun almost didn't come to the room as there were some bushes

Quick check in, very clean room with balcony, cleaning room every second day, hotel had many activities for kids like mini disco or junior club with painting face and swimming pools with slides, salsa and bachata dancing beside swimming pools, location 3 minutes walking and 5 minutes to the beach

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was good, but I hoped that there would be a renewal every day. The breakfast was the same every day. As for the car garage, I could not find a place for my car, and parking was very expensive per day, 20 euros. I hope this problem will be resolved or there must be a reservation. Online

Perfect hotel for families and children

The bed was absolutely horrible. In our room both double beds were very old and noisy. The springs on the bed were old and noisy. The old beds in the hotel MUST BE REPLACED! I had pains on my back and neck literally for the whole holiday. Apart from that a very good hotel.

All the activities prepared for the kids. Great staff always available for your needs. Every night they have something special prepared for the guests, quite impressive the whole planning and every night is something different.

Almost no parking available. All the restaurant have the same food, even if the name suggest that they are different style cuisine.

Biggest disruption was a few nights,where rooms above were very noisy,think desk was alerted as it didn't continue.It was noise above the norm

I love the entertainment program for kids, the swimming pools looked good, friendly stuff, really great choice of healthy food for the whole family. We had a big room (suit) which perfectly match our needs. It was quite basic inside but very spacious which is our main priority. Also good view to the swimming area and the stage where kids performances are.

The water in swimming pools was so cold (mid August)! My 6 y.o. would turn blue after 10 min there, while I couldn't get in for 10 min staying at the stairs trying to warm up. Some of the public areas - like hallways, conservatory (actually look dangerous) require maintenance. Really overcrowded. Kids club has almost no toys and some which are available - broken. Still (!) waiting for the payment of my deposit after free of charge cancellation of the original booking! (I made a different one after and cancelled the first one).

The food was great! The pools and the slides were fab! Great location near the beach

Barcelona fashion festival and an international modelling competition was taking place at the same time as our stay which spoiled it a tiny bit as probably busier than normal- would have been nice to have known before hand
