Alegria Fenals is a very nice hotel. I would like to return here. From the begining I want to public appreciate Berta from reception, Dan from restaurant, and the cleaning blonde lady from 7th floor. Berta was very organised with reservations, and placed us on the last floor, with silenced people, leaving young and ”funny” people toghether on another floors. The entire period Berta was very attentive with us assuring we have a great stay. Dan from restaurant was very nice, having also an hospitality attitude being fast with serving and cleaning, attentive with clients and helpful also with his colleagues. Blonde lady from 7th floor cleaning was extremly silenced and clean, hardworking and responsible. I mention that I cannot say something bad about other employees. The hotel is situated on second line from the sea (from some rooms there is sea view). It has a very clean pool with sunbeds. Has a very nice lounge area with palmtrees and baldaqueens. On some evenings there is live music. Prices from bar are good (and lower than prices in Barcelona). Rooms are good sized, clean, silenced. I liked that they receive guests with pets :) Food is variate and tasty. Worths having half pension. Melas can be taken inside and outside the restaurant on a very clean and fresh terrace.

This hotel is ideally located a stones throw away from Fenals beach, which is a little quieter than the main beach in Lloret de Mar. Some great restaurants and bars located nearby which have a laid back atmosphere, but if you're looking for buzzing nightlife take the walk over the hill to Lloret itself - or take a taxi for around 8é. The hotel itself had a good size room which was regularly cleaned, along with a nice balcony. The pool area was reasonably busy but not chaotic, and the pool bar had a good selection of drinks served by friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner services were good - plentiful selection of fresh food and drink.

The hotel was lovely especially reception area ,the dining area and lounge bar were fresh ,modern and immaculate .The pool and outside area was quirky and modern with different areas to sit .The only down side was bedrooms they were a dated but were comfy and clean. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and what I had was tasty. The staff were lovely and helpful .The location suited us lovely beach area and eatries and not too crowded . Normally I would not stay in 3 star accommodation in Europe but this was a wee extra holiday for us and i was delighted with this hotel and I would definitely recommend this hotel

Bedrooms a bit dated

The staff were exceptional especially the male Receptionist who greeted us on arrival. We arrived on the day of the big blackout in Spain so no lifts. He organised a room on the 3rd floor for me as I'm not great on the stairs and couldn't have done more for us. We were half board and the food was excellent. Always something to eat even for picky eaters. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel or staff.

The hotel room was really clean and cleaned was every day. The bathroom had good quality shampoo and body wash. The hotel breakfast was the best I've ever eaten. The chef baked you an omelette, pancaces or a warm sandwich if you wanted and one morning there were also churros! <3 The location of the hotel was perfect if you want to swim in the sea or go for walks on the good footpaths that ran along the seashores. The area was wonderfully peaceful, at least in October. The hotel was also really quiet. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay. The hotel went above and beyond our expectations for the great price. It was in a great location, very close to Fenals beach. The food for breakfast and dinner was superb. There was new selections of food each evening for dinner and plenty of it. The food was also of a very good quality. The room was just perfect - very clean and comfortable, with a lovely shower.

It would be great to have a mini fridge for our water in the room. It was a surprise to have to pay 5€ extra for the safe per day.

Perfect location close to the beach. All staff was friendly ready to help. Hotel has small stylish garden with bar, I would say perfect for couples without kids. 10-15 minutes walk from the bus station We will back there again.

Our room was too small we would prefer a bit bigger.

The location was great, near the Plaja Fenals and 20/25 min walking distance from Cala Sa Boadella and Plaja Santa Cristina. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood and near you can easily find restaurants and supermarket

It accommodates a lot of young people, the balcony could use some privacy as their all attached to each other and don’t really have a divider

The food is amazing!!The location as well as you are close to the beach and have some places near for water and stuff.The restaurant staff are more than helpful, as being gluten intolerant they would always help with gf bread at breakfast.If you have an ealy flight they can pack you something for the road but make sure to double check if you have any intolerances, as I specified but received a normal one..but only realised ob my way to the airport.

The rooms do have thin walls as most people say.We were lucky our room was next to the hotel stairs so we only had one room next to us.We were also 7th floor so no one above us.I would say that the restaurant staff was more helpfull than the gentelman that did our check in, I felt every questions I asked I was being rushed, even though I was speaking spanish.The ladies were really helpfull.

The hotel is amazing with it's location, service, stuff and food. I can not tell anything less than we were extremely satisfied and can't wait to come again. Thank you to all stuff especially in cuisine who were so helpful and polite, making our wishes come true. This hotel deserve more starts especially by it's food. Amazing again!

Light could be more intense in the room and toilet door are opening.
