The hotel is modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when was needed. Was a good choice given the price and will consider it again if I go back. Some reviews do exaggerate the negatives but if you don't mind a bit of walk to beach (12min to closest or 20min to central parth). La Cañada shopping centre is 35min walk but be prepared as it mostly uphill but worth worth it

The location is somewhat questionable given it is around the industrial area, with nothing around just few cafes that cater to mostly to the workers in area and closed over weekends.The area looks a bit dodgy especially evenings but we had no issues walking as long as you stick to main road.

For the money paid this had excellent size, nice beds, good bathrooms and a lovely staff. Location, if you know you Marbella, is also excellent. This is by no means a 5 or 4 stars hotel and if you have too high expectations you will be disappointed, but looking at the price this is one of the best hotels in all of Marbella.

The location, albeit excellent for us who knows Marbella, is a bit off and the hotel is in the middle of an industrial area which can put off a few people which also means that there are barely any views and if you look out a window you are more likely to see a truck or a forklift than a palmtree.

cool place in industrial area for Marbella, very good price for Marbella area, all what you needed, tiny but very comfortable, underground parking was available for 10 euro, Marbella beaches and town reachable without car, cool strand restaurants, restaurants in general, great fresh ice cream. the staff was very helpful on all questions

that the business next to it is working late hours, but ok if you keep the window closed, kind of depend which side room. is facing.

Modern, clean and located close to beach hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious, everyday cleaning and at very attractive prices. Around bars.

Hotel is located in industrial area of Marbella with many small businesses around. At night it’s possible to park nearby but during the day it’s impossible to find parking even in winter. Hotel has parking but extra paid.

This hotel is close walking distance from the see but the area is more like industrial, not typical beach/restaurants nearby place. The room was exceptionally nice and clean with overhead shower. Also there is a car park, even washing machine and dryer available. Noelia was really kind, gave recommendations what to see nearby and actually we had a really good conversation at the reception, she is really nice with friendly personality.

I couldn't find anything wrong.

I love the colorful design. The bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean and the staff was friendly!

The only downside is the location.

amazing for the price we paid. staff were very very nice and hotel was modern with lovely interior. great size room and en suite. location is decent too right near playa padre beach club 9 mins walk from beach. not super far from centre either.

industrial area but didn’t bother me. also breakfast was meant to be a choice of continental and hot food but we got told it was only continental as it’s the weekend? which didn’t make sense to me but I’m not sure if it was because the hotel was quiet. still not a bad deal though all in all!

The place provides good value for money. Everything we needed we received for a much more reasonable price than was offered in surrounding accommodations.

Our 3 children got a family room with a glass toilet/bathroom. There are some shaded areas of the glass, but not sufficient to allow privacy.

Everything was clean, and it was very quiet during the night. There was also parking available for us, which was very useful. The receptionist was speaking very good English.

The location is next to a gypsy neighbourhood and it was not suitable for a night walk. There was no place to dry our beach towels and stuff.

Good location with easy access to Marbella city centre and quick access to motorway. Good size rooms, comfy beds undergoing parking which is essential if you travel by car. Hotel staff is super nice and polite and I’ve stayed already twice already. Definitely can will visit again! Thank you!!!

Could upgrade with some English speaking programs or music TV Chanels, but this isn’t essential.
