A centrally located pearl in the middle of Old Town in Marbella. A B&B beyond the ordinary. Superb location, a calm, quiet oasis among the flower splendor of the well-kept alleys and close to both the beach, Plaza de los Naranjos, shopping and the pulse of the city. A warm and welcoming reception by the delightful Anna who contributed in every way to a successful stay. Small but well equipped rooms and a good fresh breakfast brought to the room. A lovely and genuine stay, highly recommended!

The system with requirements for locking/unlocking two doors to be able to enter the front door of the boutique was a little too much trouble. In the daytime, one door should be enough. Then there was a third key to your room also. We felt a little unsure what could have happened if there was a fire in the house, and then there must be a possibility to unlock the doors from the inside without using keys. Could be the difference between life and death in case of fire.

The Old Town is like a beautiful film set and the Tribeca fits right in. Firstly, the location is perfect. Very quiet yet right in the centre, just a couple of minutes walk to the stylish and vibrant cafes and restaurants. Luis the owner/Director is charming and a loves the personal touch. Ana the assistant manager is a pure delight also and both were so friendly, they felt like friends almost immediately. Room was stylish and well maintained. The shower is sealed well and so there are none of the leaks usually associated with hotels etc. I see that many reviews mention that the rooms are small however I don’t agree. There’s plenty of room and presumably you’re not in Marbella to stay indoors anyway. Finally, this is one of the very few places that will provide you with breakfast, which although simple, was enough and sourced locally. I liked the way you pressed the silent button and Ana brought it to your room. One final point. Remember to properly read and remember the booking in instructions. Don’t be that person who just turns up without giving a couple of hours notice (me!).

It's located in the heart of the Old Town, though not in the busier streets, which makes it great for the night. All the restaurants are extremely close, and the beach is at 10 minutes walking distance. The staff is great - the host provided us with a map with local recommendations of restaurants, bars, and beaches. They provide breakfast in the room, which has also a cool way of asking it - simply waking up, and pressing a button which notifies them to bring it to you.

There are only 2 things which we didn't like: 1 - the room was very small. There is no place to store luggage, or your things, which made it a little bit difficult to walk around without stumbling on something. 2 - we noticed ants in the bedroom, in the first day, and occasionally in the bathroom every day. This definitely made our stay less enjoyable, as we had to make sure everything is properly sealed and closed all the time, in order to avoid traveling with ants.

Tribeca Guesthouse is a little gem in the city center of Marbella. Within 1 minute you'll be in a vibrant atmosphere, surrounded by amazing restaurants and colourful buildings. The rooms are spectacular, very cute details. The staff is amazing, we chatted, laughed and had a lot of suggestions. Breakfast is great, served when you request in a marvelous box directly in your room. This place is highly recommended and if I'll be in Marbella I will book it again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, giving us a map and recommendations for places to eat. The room was very beautiful, well decorated, in the beautiful historic center (walkable from the bus station, or Uber can be ordered). It was a bit small but enough for us, especially because we stayed only for one night. We had a small table where we could eat a nice breakfast in the morning. The bathroom was big and clean. Would recommend and go back! Thank you.

We recently stayed at the B&B Boutique Tribeca hotel and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The location was perfect, with everything in walking distance. The hotel was impeccably clean and the in-room breakfast was a delightful touch. The host was warm and wonderful, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Not a lot, everything was great. Only minor details. The beds are a bit small. There is no bin in the bedroom which is annoying (only in the bathroom). The aircon was noisy but that didn't bother me. There is no fridge in the room which is a shame but nothing that would not make me go back, really really good place

Anna was an excellent host. She was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Location is superb. Very nicely decorated.

Room is very small but did have everything you need and check in time was a bit awkward although they did accommodate us by letting us check in an hour and a half early at 4.30pm. Check in is closed from 2-6.

Having stayed at the B&B before we pretty much knew what to expect and we weren't disappointed. It's location in the centre of Marbella Old Town is perfect for making the most of the local shops, bars and restaurants and it's less than a 10 minute stroll to the beach. All the rooms are individual and have their own character. The hosts are great and breakfast is fab, served to your room with a lovely selection of breads, meats & cheese, juice and tea or coffee.

The only negative is that there is no outside space, however you're on on the doorstep of the old town with plenty of places to sit and relax.

The host, Anna, was lovely and very helpful. Breakfast in the room was a treat and no problem at all. Great location, central but in a quiet side street. Lovely decor in the room.

The room smelt a little musty - we believe the quilt needed a wash! It's not easy with such humidity either though - it was very hot when we were there in July.
