We were greeted so kindly by Frank ( amazing service that continued through out our stay) We were allowed to check in early, the apartment was amazingly clean and had everything we needed - two beds all made up/ sitting area/ beautiful spacious balcony / kitchen with a microwave, hob, fridge/ dining table. The cleanliness was exceptional. On our day of departure our luggage was safely stored, Frank ordered us a taxi and made sure all our requests were addressed. A beautiful authentic Spanish family Establishment. Also,Tatiana( Franks Sister) was amazing!! Thank you so much

Puerta De Aduares is the perfect location for a romantic and relaxing short break! Everything we needed and wanted was within walking distance, with no need for a car. Close to all transport links. We woke up the first morning immersed in the beauty of the old town, and felt like locals staying in this lovely loft apartment. The property is gorgeous and spotless. Lovely comfy bed. Cosy bathroom, with wonderful waterfall shower. Beautiful views from the terrace across the terracotta roof tops. We were left alone completely to enjoy our short break, but management was available when we needed and we were very well looked after. Frank at reception was very helpful and welcoming. We arrived late and an airport transfer and a late check in was arranged for us, which was wonderful. We had absolutely no worries. A truly perfect stay in this beautiful place. We last visited 9 years ago, and were delighted to find it just as lovely as it was then.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for us, but may be a little basic or cosy for some. It has a simple, romantic, bohemian kind of charm. It is spotless and lovely. It’s good to note that, as it is on the very top floor, the stairs are a little steep, if anyone has any mobility issues. There is no kitchen as such, but we had no intention of cooking as we were only here for 5 nights. The generous fridge was very handy for drinks and snacks and great for what we needed. The location in the heart of old town and the rooftop terrace is what this apartment is all about!

Great location in the old city of Marbella. The room we had had an unusual layout on three levels giving separate living room, bedroom and roof terrace. The roof terrace is a fantastic facility.

I was looking for a property with parking and the Booking.com app highlighted this property as having parking. It does not have parking there is public parking very close by but I do not recommend driving to the front of this hotel. There is a good chance you’ll get your car stuck in a very narrow street/alley! Also, this is not really a hotel, more like an Airbnb which has a reception desk man between breakfast time and 8 pm. This would not really work for a very late arrival

Everything was brilliant. I got a text to say the room was ready & all the instructions of how to get the keys. The room was just what we needed & everything was so clean. Air con was brilliant & the little balconey was nice. It was in the heart of Old Town which was fabulous & short distances walk to cafes. And about 5mins walk to the harbour & beach. Very close to the local bus & taxi services. I would definately come back to stay again

There wasn't one thing I could fault about this place

Though it's in the heart of the old town, it is a very quiet and relaxing area. The kitchen is equipped enough, the bed and pillows are so comfortable. the towels are renewed everyday, and the room is cleaned everyday. They were kind enough to wash our beach towels and gave us 2 towels to use at the beach. For myself i will not look for any other place to stay for my following visits to marbella.

The owners are incredibly kind, genuine, and very welcoming. It's a family-run business, and they helped us a lot by recommending many delicious places in the city. Although they mentioned they are not available from 2 to 4, they went out of their way to accommodate me when I arrived at 2. They met me at the parking slot, showing their genuine hospitality. The hotel has a super cute and authentic vibe—I highly recommend it!

One thing I noticed was that when we came to sleep, there was hair still on the bed sheets. I'm not saying it wasn't cleaned, but perhaps it got stuck to the sheet. This is just a note for them to pay a bit more attention. Everything else was very clean.

The apartment is located in the charming old town, so keep in mind that direct car access is not possible and you’ll need to carry your luggage a short distance. Once inside, everything is perfect — super clean, tastefully renovated, and equipped with all the essentials, including air conditioning. A great place to stay and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the old town.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Puerta de Aduares, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The accommodation itself was simply stunning. Moreover, the location couldn't have been more ideal. Situated in the heart of Old Center, Puerta de Aduares offered easy access to all the major attractions and picturesque streets of the city. The views from the accommodation were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The amenities provided were top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the air conditioning kept the room pleasantly cool during the hot summer days. Above all, what made my stay truly excellent was the exceptional service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request or recommendation. Their genuine warmth and dedication made me feel like a valued guest. In conclusion, I highly recommend Puerta de Aduares to anyone visiting Marbella. Fabulous, cute apartment right in the old town. We booked a second floor apartment with a lovely comfy outside space to sit in the evening to read and enjoy a glass of vino. Spotless clean, towels changed daily, air con worked great. Will definitely return when back in Marbella.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect, right in the old town, and the owner was so kind to provide us with recommendations. It has parking available and the room was much nicer than expected! Would happily stay here again.

It would be nice to have some towels for the beach available in the room.
