The appartment was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect, for the beach and restaurants.

The room was excellent for the price. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby where you can buy snacks, water, and other essentials. Jose is such a kind and welcoming person! I would definitely recommend staying here.

The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, but everything else was great.

Perfect location just up from the marina - 3 minute walk to the boardwalk for an early morning or late evening stroll/run and just below the old town. Jose and Emma are perfect hosts and the self-catering room/suite is very large and comfortable with a big desk and lovely firm bed. I should have asked for an exercise mat and a few more things for the kitchen because nothing is too much trouble for them. They give you a discount on the car park behind the hotel which is mega worth it but don't forget to book it with Jose in advance!

I'd have liked something more than a microwave but I can understand they don't want the fire risk of a hob; I felt there should have been a proper microwaveable dish provided automatically even if they'd have given me one if I'd asked.

I had a lounge/kitchen and a separate bedroom which was more than I expected. Two balconies, one facing south and the other facing north - Perfect. The hotel is ideally situated for the beach, the old town, shops, and restaurants. There was a good size shower with strong water pressure as a bonus. The air conditioner at night was very much appreciated when it got warm. During the day the through draft when the balcony doors were open kept the apartment pleasantly cool. Fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster were put to good use for breakfast and snacks. The rooms were serviced every day and kept clean and tidy.

There is no lift but the owner took my luggage to my room on arrival. I am in my 70's and didn't find the stairs a problem. In fact, I considered the stairs as my daily exercise.

Location Location Location 10/10. Close to everything !! 5 min walk to their BoardWalk/Paseo Marítimo , 10 min walk to Old Town, 10 minutes ride to Perto Banus. Super Safe . Adorable hotel. Family owned. Could not ask for more.

There were a couple of things I didn’t like however so minimal and unimportant to mention

I loved how it was conveniently located by restaurants, bars, and the beach. You could find almost anything nearby!

At our second to last day during our stay the water went out. However the staff was extremely attentive and helpful on getting it to work when needed.

The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from the old town. The area it's in has a lot of nice restaurants. The place is so cute and clean. Easy to find and check in.

There was no real communication with any staff. I didn't know whether we could get coffee or purchase anything from a fridge. I would've liked some advise from the client as to where we are and what to do.

It's a lovely hotel within a five minutes walk from the beautiful beach and the city centre. The room was comfortable and sunny. I enjoyed my stay very much and would be happy to stay here again if back in Marbella.

It can get a bit noisy on the front side of the building, but terribly so.

Great location in the city center, close to the beach and the old town. The hotel feels cozy and comfortable like home. José and his wife are the nicest people who are ready to help and advise you on everything you need. Complimentary tea, coffee and pastries for breakfast. Bicycle rental is also included in the price of the room. If I return to Marbella, I will definitely visit this hotel!

It was brilliant it had everything we needed the room was cleaned daily and had a lovely balcony!

The only thing the room was missing was a fridge.
