I spent a whole week with my family at the hotel, including all meals. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable, the meals were varied and delicious, the location was very ideal, and the staff's service was excellent. The only note that needs improvement is the mattresses.

The staff, from the receptionist to the restaurant personnel, were exceptionally amiable and accommodating. The check-in and check-out processes were remarkably swift, and the hotel's location was highly convenient, being just a four-minute walk from the beach and in close proximity to numerous restaurants, markets, and the Old Town. The room was immaculate, and the view from the balcony was magnificent, although the soundproofing could be improved. Nevertheless, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and encourage others to consider it for their future visits.

The location is excellent! In the center, a few minutes to the beach, shopping streets and bars, and on the other side a few minutes walk to the wonderful old town. There is an excellent pastry/gelato shop under the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly (reception and waiters). The lary on the reception assigned us a large room, we also had a partial view of the sea and a bathtub (the joy of a child). On the roof, a smaller but deep enough pool to swim in.

The biggest minus, or the thing that can be improved, is the food. At dinner there was a few choices, without excess, we missed more Spanish dishes. The desserts were delicious. The breakfast is almost tasteless, exactly the same every day. There is no regular unsweetened yogurt (although it says it is sugar-free, it is very sweet), the coffee is tasteless, the churros are bad, hard and cold, the croissants are old/dried out. We would like to praise the waiters, they are really friendly and fast. Neyt time, we would only book a night's stay, without meals.

The location was excellent, very central, near the beach and the terrace was a bonus.The rooms were large and the bed comfortable. Tasty choices for breakfast and dinner. The hotel directory was useful and is not generally found in Spanish hotels.

I thought it was good value for the price and there was nothing to complain about.

It’s really only few minor things, There was no full length mirror! which is particularly important as a solo traveller to check outfit before heading out. The hairdryer wasn’t the best, took ages to dry my long hair. The shower was difficult to get to good temperature & the pressure was not good.

Everything about the hotel was very good. We had a family room which was a very good size with a balcony and large bathroom. All the beds were very comfy and the air con was good. The only annoyances with the room were that it was above the kitchens and the fans were quite noisy, and that the combination of trees outside and the rain meant it was mosquito heaven. We used the pool and sundeck a few times and whilst the pool isn't big the kids had fun and cooled off. We had breakfast and dinner included. The breakfast had lots of variety, cooked food, fruit, pastries, cereal. And for dinner there was something for everyone, all was perfectly fine but was a little hit or miss. The fried fish was always great as is the russian salad. The reception, waiting and cleaning staff were all fantastic. The location is also very good and even on the 1st floor there was little noise from outside. We would definitely stay here again and found it incredibly good value.

Would've been nice to have a coffee/ tea making facilities in the room. Our room was above the kitchen and the fans were quite noisy when on.

The food at all points was almost 1960’s. The restaurant is old. Tired. Basic. The food was mostly un-edible. The evening dinner was awful. Cold. Nothing matched up. It was in one word “horrific” Always book a breakfast at every hotel we ever stay at. But I would not have bothered in this one if i had time again. The cafes around the hotel would have provided 100% better food. Even the coffee was cheap.

We are coming second year to same hotel. We like central location, close to nice beach and cozy old town, in front of beautyfull Alameda park. Good breakfast served in the morning (take a breakfast in hotel and then go out just on another corner to drink cofee where local people drinking cofee in Guerolla bar, that was every morning routine for us 😌) Staff always helpful and nice. Good value for price.

Little bit outdated interior, but for the price you pay is more than ok. Eveinings walking street sounds coming from open windows in lower floors.

The location is perfect, the rooms are very big and nice, the room was clean and, overall, the hotel looked better than in the pictures.

We had half board included and the food was not so good, especially the one from dinner and the coffee is horrible. At the dinner you have to pay if you want some water. I understand to not have included the drinks but the water is a must and this is not so expensive. The dinner ends at 21:30 and, in the first night, we arrived at the hotel at 21:35, after a full day of travel, with a young child with us, and they told us that they can’t serve us the dinner but, instead, we may have the lunch in our last day. Of course, this din’t happened because we had to leave earlier in the last day (we stayed only for 2 nights) and, even if we mentioned that when we arrived, they didn’t proposed us something else.
