I spent a whole week with my family at the hotel, including all meals. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable, the meals were varied and delicious, the location was very ideal, and the staff's service was excellent. The only note that needs improvement is the mattresses.

Very good service, spotless cleaning, excellent full board meals with plenty of meat, seafood, fruits, and desserts. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location: beach and old town are within easy reach.

The manager of the hotel (and anyone else) could not take responsibility for agreements made via Booking.com messages. We had an agreement with hotel to pay in cash during the check-in. My booking was canceled after a failed card charge. The hotel told me they don’t know who replies on Booking and couldn't help.

Best location to old town ,beach and all amenities. Restaurants bars cafes ,I could go on. Service at the hotel was 10/10 ,hotel staff were very helpful always had a smile on thier faces. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Definitely value for money.

There are big rubbish bins outside the hotel so at night ,you hear people from the restaurants throwing in the rubbish ,the rooms are not soundproof so u do hear people closing the bedroom doors along the corridor but these are minor. It hasn't stopped me from coming to this hotel .

Location is great for the beach and old town. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was filling, and not a bad selection. Rooms were an ok size , maybe could do with a little updating. Nice balcony. They provide shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

The walls are very thin, and you can hear alot of conversations! There is no rooftop bar or facilities to get a drink whilst by the pool.

The staff, from the receptionist to the restaurant personnel, were exceptionally amiable and accommodating. The check-in and check-out processes were remarkably swift, and the hotel's location was highly convenient, being just a four-minute walk from the beach and in close proximity to numerous restaurants, markets, and the Old Town. The room was immaculate, and the view from the balcony was magnificent, although the soundproofing could be improved. Nevertheless, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and encourage others to consider it for their future visits.

The location is excellent! In the center, a few minutes to the beach, shopping streets and bars, and on the other side a few minutes walk to the wonderful old town. There is an excellent pastry/gelato shop under the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly (reception and waiters). The lary on the reception assigned us a large room, we also had a partial view of the sea and a bathtub (the joy of a child). On the roof, a smaller but deep enough pool to swim in.

The biggest minus, or the thing that can be improved, is the food. At dinner there was a few choices, without excess, we missed more Spanish dishes. The desserts were delicious. The breakfast is almost tasteless, exactly the same every day. There is no regular unsweetened yogurt (although it says it is sugar-free, it is very sweet), the coffee is tasteless, the churros are bad, hard and cold, the croissants are old/dried out. We would like to praise the waiters, they are really friendly and fast. Neyt time, we would only book a night's stay, without meals.

Great location across from old town. All staff very friendly. Nice pool on top floor with large sunbathing area. Very clean, nice balcony.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Looks like there may once have been a bar next to pool, but not now, maybe if they could at least offer cold drinks from a vending machine up there.

It’s really only few minor things, There was no full length mirror! which is particularly important as a solo traveller to check outfit before heading out. The hairdryer wasn’t the best, took ages to dry my long hair. The shower was difficult to get to good temperature & the pressure was not good.

Location, friendly staff , clean and super breakfast

The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the beach and at the same time 2 minutes from the city center. The staff is very friendly and everyone is ready to help. The food was good but could be better. Value for money is actually and the best option for an unforgettable vacation.

The place is noisy as it is centrally located and the night is relatively inconvenient. Everything else is the acceptable and I highly recommend it.
