It was recently renovated so everything was new and with modern decor. Location was also superb right next to old town

The quality of the furniture is medium and can get easily scratched and worn out. The bed was comfortable but it’s a spring mattress so it will eventually be worn out. The housekeeping was a major drawback. The bathroom was cleaned dialysis but the hair that is still on the floor even after cleaning is atrocious. The cups provided in the room were merely washed with just water and not changed. They don’t even use dishwasher liquid or sponge to clean. Fingerprints and remaining dry juice drops were always visible even when the glasses were supposed to be cleaned. I also didn’t like that free water was only given upon check in and never again later. We stayed for 7 nights. They only offered decaffeinated coffee capsules.

location is superb for beaches and old town. loved the terrace that had sun for hours. very clean hotel. very friendly staff. room was big, and plenty of space to hang clothes up.

the breakfast was a little limited for a 4* hotel maybe more cereals, fruits/nuts would have been nice. Terrace wasn't open all the time, which was a shame as it had full sun. They did open it when we asked though. There was a kettle, tea, milk and sugar in the rooms but no coffee. Asked three times and finally was given decaffeinated. I don't think it's a big deal but just fyi bring your own!

Great room.

Amazing location! It is a 5 minute walk from the beach, but also two minutes from the very pretty old town. The hotel is exceptionally clean, lovely staff, and smells amazing thrpughout.

The hotel looked freshly painted. For my taste, the decor is a little bit too neutral/beige and I would put in prettier soft furnishings with some blues and greens etc, paint the walls white instead of beige and add some really nice art to the walls. Something modern. The breakfast had a slightly corporate feel to it. They would benefit from having a cold buffet display but any hot food cooked freshly for you like most top hotels.

Perfect location, beautiful room. Just what we hoped for. We used the pool and rooftop bar on several occasions. Amazing cocktails! Staff very helpful, leaving cakes out for a special birthday we were here to celebrate. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again, thank you!

The location is excellent and with plenty of parking options nearby. The staff were all very lovely and friendly. Rooms are a good size and clean and comfortable, good coffee and tea making facilities in the room and TV had many international channels. The rooftop pool and bar was small but nice and had enough sunbeds. A great hotel for the price.

Nothing really, just take into account that the rooftop bar has live music at weekends and can be loud but it was not a problem as it was finished by about 10.30pm anyway!

Our experience was amazing from the second we arrived. That isn't to say everything was perfect and they didn't need to lift a finger. In fact, the road through Marbella is busy and noisy if you have a front room and enjoy the window open but they moved us to the back of the hotel with no fuss. Everything is very clean and new. The gym is well stocked. The roof terrace has lots of room in and out of the sun. It isn't staffed all day but there's a WhatsApp number you can text if you need something up there. The breakfast buffet caters for every taste even those weirdos that have ham and cheese for breakfast :) The location is great on the edge of the old town. Marbella is so clean and well maintained. They even jet wash the streets and there's no litter anywhere. It's better in that respect than Puerto Banus down the road which caters to the yacht club elite. My wife felt very safe too with just the right amount of police wandering and driving about. It really highlighted how far Britain has fallen in all of those municipal respects. It is a family owned hotel and that comes across in some subconscious way but it also has the best the big chains have to offer too. We couldn't hear much at all from room neighbours, very well sound insulated. The showers, and bathrooms in general, are amazing. There's soya and oat milk plus a couple of vegan meals across room service and the restaurant which was handy for us in a pinch. The room menu doesn't serve the whole restaurant menu but it was certainly good enough. It's also a great central spot to launch some sightseeing excursions. We did day trips to Gibraltar, Nerja and Puerto Banus by hiring a car from Enterprise just 6 mins walk away. The caves and town of Nerja are a must.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast room with view over the park. Comfortable room with (for once!) several English speaking channels on TV!! Finally…

The gym is very well equipped with new machines but they are a little too close together. A slightly larger room would be better.

The toom was very well cleaned and staff were very friendly. Nice to get a phone call asking if everything was OK. The location of the hotel is very convenient for everything.

I really liked the reception service and how the staff communicated with guests. It was also great not having to deal directly with the room cleaners, as sometimes they can be a bit intrusive. Additionally, the screen for choosing "cleaning" or "do not disturb" was a great feature that I really appreciated. The hotel’s location was perfect, and I loved the size of both the room and bathroom, plus the view from my window was amazing.

First, the air conditioner was really cold at night. I tried adjusting the temperature or turning it off, but it seemed like I didn't have control over it as a guest. Also, after returning to the hotel tired, I didn’t feel like asking reception for help, but I’m sure they would have been happy to assist if I had. Second, I tried heating water for coffee, but the kettle wasn’t working. Lastly, there were no slippers provided by the hotel.
